Friends, music lovers, here’s our song for today: You Are the Reason, a cover by Esther and Ezekiel Mutesasira, born and raised in Kampala, Uganda, now living in Canada with their Mom, Julie.
I have selected this song because it is so beautiful, so well sung, and such a touching tribute to their Mom, who is a Ugandan Gospel singer and their vocal coach.
Moreover, the capital city of Kampala is located on the northern shore of Lake Victoria in Afrika, site of Temple 11 there and at Mt. Kilimanjaro and the Serengeti. So this song helps us once again to project light and love into Lake Victoria, which I have renamed Lake Afri-Ka.
