Starting today, February 17, 2022, and for another few days, our focus will be President Vladimir Putin of Russia. As I noted in my blog of February 15, 2022, following the guidance of Sananda and Sol-O-Man, we will see President Putin in a fiery pillar of light. (See picture below and to the right.)
He has the potential to be a modern-day Moses, to lead Russia out of the darkness of isolation and separation from his European neighbors and other countries in the Western Hemisphere; and into the light of the Promised Land, wherein Russia loves and serves the nations it once dominated and controlled by physical force. Transmuting in the fire from being a power-monger, President Putin will become a powerful lover of one and all. So we see it, so shall it be!
Following are my experiences with President Putin when I was in Russia during the Eastern European Mission from September 5 to October 5, 2012; and during the East Asia Mission, when I was at Olkhon Island, Lake Baikal, Siberia, Russia from May 14 to 21, 2013. Olkhon Island is the site of the Temple of Neptune.

Multiple Vladimirs
Vladimir is a common first name amongst Russians. It means “of great power, ruler of the world, ruler of peace, famous power, bright and famous.” The name Putin means “someone belonging to the way/road, someone who goes along the Way.” Thus, the meaning of Vladimir Putin’s full name is something like “a great ruler who travels the path/way of peace.” So may it be for Vladimir Putin. (And, Vladimir was also his father’s first name.)
The name Vladimir goes all the way back to Prince Vladimir of Kiev. He controlled the lands around Kiev (the capital of modern Ukraine) in the 900’s and is usually considered Russia’s first ruler. In 988, Vladimir made the most important decision in Russian history: he adopted Eastern Orthodoxy as Russia’s official religion. This set Russia apart from the rest of Europe, which was Catholic.
Vladimir Lenin
In 1917, Vladimir Lenin was one of the primary leaders of the 1917 Communist revolution that began in St. Petersburg, the then capital of Russia. Communists were atheists and especially during Stalin’s reign, 99% of the Orthodox churches and Buddhist temples were closed, and many were razed to the ground.
On September 13, 2012 in St. Petersburg, I came into communion with Sananda/Jesus the Christ. Before him stood the soul of Vladimir Lenin. Powerfully Sananda addressed Lenin: 
“I forgive you for the vast amount of suffering you caused in Russia and around the world. Go and sin no more.” Lenin was transformed, and he seemed eager to more forward in his spiritual growth. (See his picture to the right.)
Lenin, who had been an atheist, substituted his own political and philosophical theories for the universal, divine truths and principles Christ Jesus had taught and had demonstrated. Although Lenin proposed building an equal, classless, communistic society, he and his fellow revolutionaries instead formed a government that denied people their freewill expression and forbade them to worship God and His-Her Laws. The communist leaders essentially became the new czars and dictators of Russia, who not only dominated their own citizens but also sought to control nearby countries and the whole world.
Joseph Stalin, who succeeded Lenin, killed an estimated twenty million Russians whom he considered “enemies of the people”; in truth, they were opposed to his dictatorial, insane power. Today in China, the Maoist variation of Communion still holds sway over 1.4 billion citizens.
With the fall of the Soviet Union in 1991, Communism largely was dismantled and discarded, supplanted by the emergence of democracy, capitalism and freedom. Yet, czarist and Communistic lingering thought forms still contribute adversely to Russia’s psyche and actions. Thus, current Russian president Vladimir Putin tends to view Western Europe and the United Sates as adversaries of Russia. Rather that forgive and be forgiven, and move forward in peaceful cooperation with his neighbors, he promotes competition and separation. He practices an authoritarian, so-called vertical style of government that harks back to the strong-arm tactics of his czarist and Communist predecessors.
Summalt-Peter
On September 10, 2022, while in St. Petersburg, Russia, I awakened at 2 a.m. with higher energies coursing through my nervous system. I entered meditation, and Spirit lifted me in my light body to ship #7423 where Summalt-Peter greeted me. Summalt is the etheric commander for the Eastern Hemisphere in the hierarchal program. In a prior incarnation, he was Peter, Apostle of Jesus.
During out time together aboard his city-sized craft, he initially spoke and acted as my friend and coworker, someone I had known and worked with for ages and lifetimes. Only at the end of our communion did he “get down to business” and outline our upcoming tasks that he would direct from his etheric headquarters. By the time I redescended to Earth, the lines of communication between us had been solidly established.
Slay the Mental Matrix of Errors
About ten minutes later, off to my right appeared the black, menacing figure of a man. Malicious and cunning, he had slit-like yellow eyes. I was not afraid of this negative entity, for I had abiding faith that I was protected by Summalt and his cohorts. Still, I sensed it was not the time for me to engage this dark force, for it could be dangerous.
Behind me, the wise voice of an unknown master relayed these thoughts: “Now you have seen the Evil One. Before you can slay this Satan with your sword of truth, look this evil in the eye and peer into his/her soul. The menacing yellow eyes partly represent errors on the Second Ray of Understanding and Wisdom, whose corresponding color is yellow. These soul errors of recent and ancient times are those of the mortal, selfish intellect; those theories, false ideas, psychologies and philosophies that have separated mankind from God and from the Christ in each child of God.
“What you have seen represents the mental matrix of errors of the collective soul of Russia. This is where your spiritual work must focus first. With faith in Father-Mother God and His-Her laws, and with faith-filled power and love, slay this crystallized mortal matrix and supplant it with the four-step Christ matrix of peace, love, cooperation and coordination.”
Sol-O-Man/Mary
A couple hours later, at breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant, Sol-O-Man/Mary transfigured me and conveyed the following flow of ideas/images/instructions:
“The Christ body of mankind has been torn asunder. I am the mother matrix to med this body and to restore its wholeness and holiness. This healing must being in the soul or subconscious, which is the mother of the physical form. The soul is the record or matrix of all the errors in Russia and elsewhere on the planet, which go back eons of time.
“I am the beloved mother of Russia’s soul and the protectress of her people, as I am of the whole world. My single focus long has been to bring Russians back to the sacred heart of my son, Christ Jesus–and to the sacred Self within each and every soul.
“You have seen the soul sickness, the subconscious evil, the satanic substance of the accumulated negative soul matrix of Mother Russia. Seeing it is the first step in slaying it. It has no power that is greater than the power of peace and love. Mother love then slays the Evil One, symbol of the negativity of the soul of Russia and all of Europe.
“At Sacré-Coeur in Paris, France, you ingested and incorporated the body of Christ, so you know from direct experience what the new four-step Christ matrix is. First, slay the evil, and then feed the Christ matrix to the purified soul of Russia, and in time to humankind worldwide. Only then can my son return to Earth to reclaim his rightful kingdom.
“Peace be with you. Love be unto you and in you. Together as one, we and all who work with us, on Earth and in all realms, cooperate and coordinate to mend the mother matrix of Mother Russia. So be it.”
Replace Fear with Faith
In Moscow, Russia, on September 20, 2022, I came into communion with El Morya, Chohan of the First Ray of Faith, Will and power. He explained that those in the fourth of the seven astral planes connected to Russia (who are very much like good, normal, but not spiritually awakened people on Earth), have taken two steps forward in healing and transforming Russia, but then one step backward to past forms, attitudes and actions. This same thing has happened with Russian leaders, including President Putin in the past.
At the core of their resistance and crystallization is a fear of change; they are frozen in fear. They are afraid that change will lead to anarchy, to the total disruption of their society and way of life. Current political, military, religious and economic leaders fear they will lose their elite positions in society.
They do not trust that the Russian people, given the chance, would bring forth the good within them, and that peace and love would triumph in the long run.
Forgive and Be Forgiven
Deep down, current political leaders also fear that Russia will not be forgiven by others, especially their former enemies in Western Europe and the USA. As a result, they project their concern onto others, seeing other nations as potential enemies from whom they must protect themselves. Rather than have faith in the new matrix of peace, love, cooperation and coordination, they still have remnants of a frozen, misplaced faith in competition, domination and separation.
Rather than forgive and be forgiven, they hope to return to the supposed glory days when they were one of only two world superpowers, competing with the USA during the cold War. Unsure of forgiveness, they maintain their self-centeredness and their refusal to repent and change their ways. They focus instead on the alleged sins or errors of others. They especially blame the USA for many of their problems.
Father-Mother God, forgive them, for they know not what they fear or do. Forgive us all, for in the past we have contributed in some way to this frozen, fear-based formation of the mortal matrix on earth. Under Your guidance and protection, may this frozen fear be fractured and dispersed, so that faith in You and Your divine love reigns supreme on earth. So be it.
Vladimir Putin as my Brother
In Moscow on September 21, 2012, Sananda and Sol-O-Man overshadowed me and anchored a Christ cube over central Moscow, including the Kremlin, Red Square, St. Basil’s Cathedral and multiple governmental buildings, as well as President Putin’s home and office. See picture of St. Basil’s Cathedral below and to right.
Following breakfast, waves 
of Third Ray personal love flowed into my heart. In my inner vision, President Putin stood before me. Until now, I had not been allowed to penetrate the tough shell he usually presents to the world. Now this outer crust was dissolved; his heart was open. Tender love flowed through me to him, which he readily accepted.
To my surprise, beneath his macho persona, he had the makings of a tenderhearted, caring leader. In our heart-to-heart communion, he was my beloved brother. This is the new image of him that we should hold until he himself can realize and manifest it.
Mr. Putin had risen from relative obscurity to become president from 2000-2008. From 2008 to 2012, he was prime minister. In May 2012, he was elected again to the presidency and has been president since that time. The Russian Constitution has been rewritten to allow him to continue to be president.
In prior years, perhaps in order to establish himself and to deal with multiple problems, he had to be a typically tough Russian leader. Now that he is in firm command, however, he has the opportunity to become more loving, compassionate and friendly, not only in his native land but also with neighboring nations. At the same time, he may be tempted by the trappings of personal power and revert back to traditional power politics. This choice between love and domination is what is confronting President Putin in his current dealings with Ukraine in 2022.
Sol-O-Man Shines
Still in Moscow on September 23, 2012, I dreamt that Sol-O-Man/Mary, standing behind me, enveloped me in a powerful First Ray blue light that anchored in my neck and throat. In my meditation later, Sananda appeared and reminded me of what he had declared as Jesus: “I came not to send peace, but a sword.” (Matthew 10:34) “Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division.” (Luke 12:51)
Later in this meditation, Sol-O-Man overshadowed me. We stood behind President Putin and projected to him the necessary complementary energies of love and wisdom. He is to be as loving and wise as King Solomon (one of Sol-O-Man’s incarnations) when dealing with the tyrannical leaders of Syria and Iran, whom he supports, as well as with any deceptively peaceful Muslims. He can best discern his friends and enemies by knowing them by their fruits. He has more friends in Western Europe and the United States than he realizes; especially in the USA.
In light-body consciousness, I recognized that since I am a citizen of the United States, the prototype of the New JerUSAlem, over time my loving and wise Christ connection with President Putin automatically and subconsciously would help lead to his realization that the USA is Russia’s foremost ally. So may it be.
El Morya’s Sword of Truth
On the sixth full day of this visit to Moscow, September 24, 2022, El Morya appeared above a dome of light anchored over Moscow and the surrounding area. He plunged the sword of truth down through the dome’s central axis, anchoring the tip into the earth elements below.
He proclaimed: “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word became flesh. In the beginning was the truth of the four-step Christ matrix of peace, love, cooperation and coordination, which now is anchored and will manifest in Moscow. The sword of truth has descended from the etheric realms, through the astral planes, to the Earth plane: as above so below.
El Morya brought before me the soul of President Vladimir Putin and pointed to the letter V in Vladimir. V represents the descent of the Holy Spirit; also, the bottom of the V is like the tip of the sword of truth. El Morya inserted the sword into Putin’s crown chakra and cerebrum.
As a spiritual surgeon, he carefully directed it down the president’s spine and chakras, clearing and straightening multiple blockages and deviations, until the point of the sword reached the base of the spine, at the regenerative chakra. El Morya then decreed: “In God’s time, divine will and power will materialize via President Putin as he brings forth peace and love in all that he thinks, says and does.”
Russia is Resurrected
That afternoon in my meditation, I clairaudiently heard multiple voices singing, “We rejoice in the resurrection of Russia.” Sananda stepped forth from a vast group of angels, ascended masters and space visitors. Following is the gist of what he mentally conveyed:
“This is Sananda with Sol-O-Man. I speak on behalf of all the forces of light in all dimensions that have gathered here for the Eastern European Mission. I rejoice with them in the resurrection of Russia. It is done: Russia is resurrected, resolved and remanded.
“Even you two two on Earth, as my ambassadors [Robert and MariLyn] cannot know the full magnitude or magnificence of what has been accomplished for my Second Coming program. You sense only glimpses of it, feel only a small part of its full impact. You will just have to have faith that what I say to you now is true, and to wait for it to manifest. Russia is resurrected.”
Sananda showed me an expanded version of the dome of light over Moscow. It extended north to the Arctic Ocean, south to the Black Sea, east to the Ural Mountains, and west to all of Eastern Europe.
The word “remand” puzzled me, but Sananda repeatedly insisted that I record it. I thought of it in legal terms, as when a court case is “remanded” to a lower court or a prisoner is placed in custody. Later, I found it also means “to return, restore, recommit.” Russia fell from grace during its atheistic Communist era. But now it has been returned and recommitted to Sananda’s sacred heart–remanded to the custody of Christ.
Peace Be Unto You
On September 25, 2012, our final full day in Moscow, I felt a tightness in my throat and chest. Sananda lowered himself as I rose to him. He lovingly intoned: “Peace be unto you. All is well.” With that, most of my symptoms disappeared. Sananda revealed their primary cause: auricly, I was resonating to Vladimir Putin’s anxiety and upset following yesterday’s insertion of the sword of truth.
To my psychic vision, the president appeared to be encased in a turtle shell whose individual plates had been partly separated. The light of his I Am Self was shining through the cracks. That frightened and confused him; he did not understand he was “molting.”
Sananda and I worked to pacify President Putin, reassuring him this was the normal process of decrystallization and recrystallization. With our auric balancing, he calmed down and continued his transformation in relative harmony. Sananda inserted the sword of truth down his spine, and twisted it slowly to clean out remaining debris. The reaming revealed previously hidden gems within Putin’s soul. They represented new spiritual talents soon to surface.
Sananda informed me that all that could be done for Putin had been finalized. To infuse additional higher frequencies into his force field might cause him to resist and to retreat, or to come apart at the seams. The same was true for Russia as a whole. How Putin and his fellow Russians would respond was up to them; as the saying goes, you can lead a horse to water but you cannot make him/her drink. It would take years before we would see definitive results of our spiritual intervention and assistance.
During the work Sananda and I performed for President Putin, I gradually lost any sense of being separate from the Master. In hindsight, the astounding part to me was how utterly normal and natural our oneness felt, as if I always have experienced it with him. Under his fatherly tutelage, I too had molted and been reborn.
Feminine Will & Power
Eight months later, shortly after midnight on May 12, 2013, in Moscow, Russia, I awoke with higher energies pouring through me. Though Moscow’s thought atmosphere seemed improved since my previous visit here last fall 2012, it still was congested with thought forms of domination and power over others.
The spirit of President Vladimir Putin was brought before me. He had grown spiritually in the last six months; however, his aura was constricted and dark in the area of his throat and lungs, particularly on his left (subconscious) side. The soul impaction had resulted from his ongoing misuse and abuse of the will and power aspects, which express via the respiratory system and the voice box, respectively.
Outwardly, his soul blockage has been evident in his recent dealings with Syria. Rather than join with the United States and the European Union to promote peace, he has been sending weapons to Syria’s brutal ruling regime. He has also opposed the West’s commonsense efforts to deal constructively with Iran. In Russia, he has squelched public protest, blunted political opposition; basically, he has ruled the country as a power of one. He often has criticized the United States for its minor faults, but has not admitted or dealt with Russia’s major flaws.
The will and power difficulties, evident on his left or feminine side, also reflected his excessively masculine attitudes about willpower. He tends to dominate his soft, receptive, compassionate, feminine side; therefore, like most Russian males, he tends to dominate Russian women. In Taoist terms, he has too much yang or male energy and too little yin or female energy. So in dealing with individuals groups or nations, he is competitive, combative, dictatorial and authoritative. Although he has accomplished much that is good for his country and other nations, he still does not purely demonstrate peace, love, cooperation and coordination.
Put the Christ Back in Government
Lord Michael, El Morya and Glo-Ria of the First Ray overshadowed me and worked through my arms and hands to remove the darkness in Putin’s throat or power center. Then they placed a golden globe of Christ light into my uplifted hands. I lowered it into the president’s crown chakra/cerebrum, and thence down his spine into the other spiritual centers Programed inside the golden sphere was Spirit’s core command: Put the Christ back in government.
Lord Michael disclosed that with the greater influx of higher energies, President Putin and all leaders and people worldwide will reap more quickly what they sow. Leaders especially, given the power they wield, cannot continue to act selfishly (have their cake and eat it too) or to speak hypocritically (speak out of both sides of their mouths) without immediate repercussions.
Throughout its history, going back to the czars and the Soviet Union (USSR)), Russia has used its power to dominate other nations. To heal this error pattern, Michael said, Russia must lovingly serve, assist and uplift other countries. Only Iove in action will balance the scales of divine justice.
Twelve Apostles
The next early morning in my meditation, May 13, 2013, still in Moscow, Summalt/Peter worked with me to fill Moscow’s auric envelope with Seventh Ray peace and love. To augment the projections, his hieronic space beam encased my head and strongly activated my heart. Scores of other spacecraft, positioned around Moscow under Summalt’s command, simultaneously directed hieronic energies to light workers throughout a region that extended many miles from the city.
Later that morning, Summalt showed me an image of a huge fountain. Its waters shot hundreds of feet up a central column and showered down around it, forming a watery canopy. Using this as my visualization, I rose up the central conduit of my spine, then out through my head and into the higher realms. I ended up in my light body aboard Summalt’s ship #7423. To my utter surprise, with Summalt/Peter were Jesus’ other eleven apostles (each represents one of twelve spiritual powers that express in the physical body as twelve organs or systems, as given in our text Birth of the Light Body).
Once I connected with the Twelve, they joined in a circle, faced outward, and radiated magnificent streams of their particular power (faith, strength, love, wisdom, etc.) in twelve directions. They produced thereby a dome of etheric energy that flared from Moscow for hundreds of miles before spilling back down to Earth. MariLyn, my ex-wife, and I served as grounding rods, twin towers, to anchor this Christ canopy on the planet.
Church of the Resurrection
After I redescended, I recalled an experience in St. Petersburg last year. One morning, Sol-O-Man/Mary had given me the image of an umbrella with twelve ribs or spokes. The struts morphed into rays of Christ power and love that emanated from the twelve apostles, to form a canopy of light over the city. (Picture to right is of the Church of the Resurrection of the Spilled Blood in St. Petersburg, Russia)
Hours later, MariLyn and I, while visiting the Church of the Resurrection of the Spilled Blood were astonished to see a painting (see picture to right) on one of the cupolas that depicted Mary sitting on a throne and the 
twelve apostles, seated in a circle, radiating rays of light to the world. (Long ago, Nada-Yolanda had received that when Sananda/Jesus returns at his Second Coming, Mary and the twelve apostles will redescend with him to usher in the Golden age.)
Father-Son
At this point, while my form was greatly expanded in light-body consciousness, President Putin as a young boy crawled up into my lap and into my spiritual heart, and basked in my divine, unconditional, fatherly love. He was relieved to have a respite from his staggering responsibilities as president. Not even his closest associates knew the depth of his challenges or the angst he felt in trying his best to serve Russia.
Unlike yesterday, he made no attempt to impose on me his will and power, for he had been slain in the Spirit. Without any urging from me, he felt safe to enter my heart. My example showed him a new way to demonstrate his power and love; to be a good father to his nation.
As a light worker, my job was to love, protect, nurture and guide him; to be a spiritual parent who utilized every manner of tough and tender love to help him grow spiritually. Even with my attention, however, there was no guarantee he would choose to heal his soul imbalances, to open up his heart. He had free will to do as he pleased.
“Dear God,” I prayed earnestly, “help me be a good parent to my son, Vladimir, a fellow child of God. His soul has been entrusted to me and to all light workers who project positive power and pure love to him.”
Confirmation of the Twelve
After MariLyn’s and my return to Tennessee, in the stillness, peace and protection of the I Am Nation HQ/Sun Temple, on June 29, 2013, Sananda communed with me and informed me he had directed the contact with the twelve apostles when we were in Moscow. My forty years of devotion to the twelve-powers approach, plus my steadfast dedication to him, had made it possible for me to serve as a grounding rod for the Twelve. (See below Leonardo da Vinci’s painting of the Last Supper.)
Due to their past discipleship with Jesus, as well as their ongoing works in the higher planes and in physical incarnations during the past two millennia (for example, the apostle Philip had reincarnated as Mahatma Gandhi in India; the apostle John, as Francis of Assisi, Leonardo da Vince, and Shakespeare), they had a special ability to infuse the twelve divine qualities through the astral planes and into the Earth.
Their participation in the Moscow projections was essential, because that power center is the principal laggard and roadblock in the entire European region.
Four-Edged Sword
It was not until 8 years later, on June 25, 2021, that I once again had communion with, and worked to implant the sword of truth in, President Vladimir Putin. Much had happened in those eight years, but there seemed little outward or even inner confirmation that he had grown spiritually and was now ready to implement the four-step matrix of peace, love, cooperation and coordination. From 2016-2020, I had focused primarily on my own transmutation and healing, and had paid scant attention to the news via TV or online.
By 2021, however, apparently Spirit felt that I was ready to once again focus on President Putin as part of a six-month review from June through December 2021 of the 2010-2015 tours to the 13 temples. This was to prepare me for this year’s focus on touring these thirteen temples. Moreover, president Putin also was ready. Since the Temple of Neptune was at Olkhon Island, Lake Baikal, Siberia, Russia, I focused first on it.
So, on June 25, 2021, in my early morning meditation, I came into communion with Lord Michael, Lady Mariel, El Morya and Glo-Ria. Michael and Mariel formed one double-edged sword, whereas El Morya and Glo-Ria formed another two-edged sword. I envisioned the two swords at right angles to one another, to make a four-edged sword.
In my light body, I visualized myself hovering over the small town of Khuzhir on the western banks of Olkhon Island, where MariLyn and I had stayed during our visit there in 2013. Then I grasped the handle of the four-edged sword and plunged it down into the town and surrounding area. Its four-edges cut a flap in the form of an equilateral cross in the auric membrane or veil over this region. With my hands, I opened the four flaps to further release the lesser, lower thoughts, feelings and memories that had congealed in this area. Etheric light now poured into the town and the whole island.
Once that opening had been completed, I turned my attention to President Vladimir Putin who appeared before me. I slowly plunged a four-edged sword into the top center of his head, gradually down his spinal column, in order to open him up. The new, higher degree of spiritual power flowed into each of his chakras and down and out his arms and hands. The whole procedure went smoothly and easily, without noting much in the way of blockages or resistance. The four-edged sword represented the doubling of etheric, Christ, or I Am faith, will and power that was anchored into the president. Indeed, he had grown spiritually in the last eight years.
Dream Communion
An hour or so later, after eating a light breakfast, I took a nap. I dreamt that I was in a room adjoining President Putin’s office, which I never had visited before during my light-body work with him. His office doorway was open, so I walked through it into his office and sat down on a couch there, which may have been a bed against one of the walls. President Putin barely seemed to recognize or know I was there. He made no effort to acknowledge my presence or to remove me as an intruder.
He was intent on reading a multi-paged report from his various associates, such as his cabinet members, if he has such. The paper of this report was a light green color, with the letters of the words being a deep, emerald green (hence representing healing and unity of the Fifth Ray). About ten minutes later, after quietly observing him, I put on his green, lightweight jacket and went into the adjoining room from which I initially had come, and rested there in a bed. I awoke feeling peaceful and in loving oneness with the President. We were one in the One.
I took this dream as confirmation of the prior work with the four-edged sword with Vladimir Putin. He was now open to my visitation in a way that he had not been in prior years. I actually was able not only to visit him, but then to stay in the adjoining room, which meant in another room of consciousness, in my light body. In our Father’s house, there are many rooms, many dimensions. I was now one with the President in fourth-dimensional, light-body consciousness. And he trusted me to be there with him. After all, eight years ago, he had entered into my heart of hearts, into that room or spiritual center of my light form or temple. This apparently was the next step.
Second Dream
The next morning, June 26, 2022, in my predawn meditation, El Morya overshadowed me and used the tip of his sword of truth to cut away a web-like, sticky substance that was around my heart. Slowly, I was able to peel it away such that my heart was totally free of it, and beat normally and rhythmically.
This represented the release of the astral residue of President Putin and others around him that had clung to me after my visit with him the previous day. It represented that his heart was still somewhat clouded and webbed with negativity, which affected me. It was the “blowback” of my communion with him. By removing this web of mortal stuff, not only was President Putin being healed, but so was I, hence my heart beating regularly when in waking life I still had a-fib.
Following this, in my later morning dream, I was once again in Putin’s office area and adjoining room, with my being mostly in the adjoining room to his. The President came from his office through the door to this room, greeted me warmly like an old friend and indicated that he had talked with me before, as in yesterday’s dream. He was friendly for the most part, although with just a slight edge of suspicion. He spoke in fairly good English. We were sitting down, with my being on the couch or side of the bed there.
With a big smile, he said that he had discovered a better way to be a good leader: It was because of his linking and communing directly with Mary, mother of Jesus who is revered in Russia. He was to be more loving and caring, he said. I agreed with him wholeheartedly, without trying to be too enthusiastic. But, he seemed so receptive that shortly thereafter I shared that I felt the same way about Mary, and even told him that she was my master teacher. He took this in without any reaction or resistance. In fact, he smiled and thought it was wonderful! We talked a little more and then we parted. END of dream.
President Putin the Christian
Needless to say, this current dream was an astounding confirmation of what I had received the prior day. Now he seems to know I am there with him and has felt my presence in some way. He knows I want what is best for him, his country and his relations with the USA and the rest of the West.
The incredible thing is that he is having communions with Sol-O-Man/Mary. This is his and my deepest bond. As the president of Russia, he has greatly improved the relations of the government with the Russian Orthodox Church — he has been seen and filmed worshipping at numerous such churches. He also has been seen numerous times being bare-chested and thereby revealing that he always wears a silver crucifix on a chain around his neck, and has said how deeply important this is to him, without giving details to the press about it.
There’s a fascinating story about all of this, as given by Hillary Clinton who was Secretary of State under President Obama (see her book Hard Choices, pages 242-244). In September 2012, she met with President Putin, and told him about her recent visit in St. Petersburg, Russia to a memorial for the victims of the Nazis’ siege of the city (then called Leningrad), which lasted from 1941 to 1944 and killed more than 600,000 Russians. During this time, Putin’s father, who was a Russian soldier in the army, had returned from the front lines for a short break. When he approached the apartment where he and his wife lived, he saw a pile of bodies that had been stacked in the street, with men loading them into a waiting flatbed truck.
As he drew nearer, he saw a woman’s legs wearing shoes that he recognized as his wife’s. He ran up and demanded his wife’s body. Putin’s father took her body in his arms and realized that she was still breathing! He carried her up to their apartment and nursed her back to health. Eight years later, in 1952, their son Vladimir was born. Is it any wonder, given this background, that Vladimir Putin hates and mistrusts Germany but also other European nations, and wants to insure that Russia never be invaded again!?
Silver Crucifix
As to the silver crucifix that Putin wears over his heart chakra/center of his chest, I read in this Web article (click cross) that his mother took him as a young boy to be secretly baptized in one of the very 
few Russian Orthodox Churches that were still open, but widely watched by the Russian KGB, its secret police. She was deeply religious. In those days, if the KGB had discovered Vladimir’s baptism, she, her husband and Vladimir could have been treated badly by the Russian authorities. But they remained safe, protected by Mary.
Perhaps, therefore, President Putin’s love of Mary originally came from his own mother. In any case, he is very proud of wearing the crucifix, although he barely talks about it. In many photo opts, he has been shown bare-chested, hence being macho, but at the same time showing the crucifix. The photo above is of him emerging from a lake in a ritualistic, Russian Orthodox Church celebration of Epiphany.
Thus, it seems that Putin has two faces or sides of his personality. One side is the tough, outer, masculine shell of a male Russian dictator. The other side is feminine and soft, loving of Mary and others. He is at war between these two sides of himself, as are so many in Russia today, especially men.
Twelve years earlier, I had dreamt on March 25, 2009 that I talked and communed with several male and female spiritual teachers, whose identities I could not fully remember when I awoke. I thought two of them were Sol-O-Man/Mary and Glo-Ria, twin soul of El Morya. In the dream, this group of etheric ascended masters told me that the current difficulties in Europe, and particularly Russia, were due to a residual lack of trust and faith in God’s love. Not having this, they put their faith primarily in physical power, and they resorted to fighting and competing with one another. The key to the healing of Russia and all of Europe is faith in peace and love.
Brotherhood of Man
About one week later, after my communion with President Putin, and his talking about his love of Mary, on July 2, 2021, I talked with my older brother on the phone. He shared that he had had a very “weird” dream that morning before I had called. In it, he was watching and observing President Putin as he visited all the former nations like Ukraine, Poland, East Germany, Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia and such that Communist Russia had dominated after WW II in the days of the Cold War with the West.
My brother said that Putin previously had rattled his sword/power in still trying to control these countries, although they were now free nations. However, in these current visits to the above nations, my brother was amazed to see that President Putin was friendly, loving, open and considerate of all these countries. It was a new Putin. Later in the dream, Putin had become a midget. (Like Paul, he had been made small and humble.)
I about fell over when I heard my brother’s dream. He, too, was totally amazed by the explanation I gave him of the background. I had not shared any of that with him in the past. So his dream was a wondrous confirmation of the ongoing work with President Putin, and his new receptivity to it.
My brother also represented the brotherhood of man worldwide. Men around the world are becoming more receptive to work with their feminine or subconscious side, their loving, nurturing side, in order to rid themselves of their past power abuses. To overcome these, they are to love the very people and groups that in the past they have harmed with self-righteous power.
A couple days later, in another phone call, my brother relayed that he had felt that he too had been visited by Mary, mother of Jesus, and that this served him deeply in his ongoing soul healing. After all, for the last 150-200 years or more, Sol-O-Man/Mary has been appearing in her light body all around the planet. Now, these appearances are to grow in number and power. President Putin is just one such focus!
12 Powers of Man/Woman
To cap off this recent series of 2021 dream communions with President Putin, on August 7, 2021, I dreamt that I was once again with President Vladimir Putin, who was my friend. He had come to me and asked me to explain about and teach him how to use the 12 Christ or I Am powers that externalize via 12 major organs or systems; hence faith via the cerebrum of the brain, and love via the heart and circulatory system, etc.
President Putin was seated before and somewhat to the right of me (conscious side). I authoritatively, but lovingly and in a balanced fashion, explained to him a brief overview of the 12 powers approach. He listened attentively to me, and asked me a few good questions. It was a loving, mutually respectful exchange.
Upon awakening, I was again astounded by this latest dream, and yet by now had basically come to expect that such new, loving exchanges were to occur. And that is what is happening right now. On February 15, 2022, as shared in my previous blog titled “A Modern-Day Moses,” I came into communion with Sananda and Sol-O-Man, who placed a pillar of fire over and around President Putin.
Sananda and Sol-O-Man said that Putin was capable of making a total change or turn around, to be like Moses who led the Israelites out of Egypt through 40 years in the wilderness, whereupon Joshua led them into the Promised Land of Canaan.
Right now, Russia has isolated and separated itself from the rest of Europe. Russia is basically a wilderness, with no apparent European friends, even as Russia, at Putin’s command, is poised it seems to invade Ukraine. Putin is at a crossroads. Will he be the tough Russian dictator and power-monger of the past, or will he finally chose to have faith in love, to love his neighbors as himself, to serve them?
Keep the Faith
This morning in my meditation, February 17, 2022, the ascended masters, particularly Sananda with Sol-O-Man, told me that all was in order with Putin’s ongoing transmutation, that he was doing pretty much as they thought he would do. Yes, yesterday, I had had throat symptoms, such as coughing, being short of breath, being hardly able to eat, which were due to Putin’s being sorely tempted to misuse his power. But after working with him for close to an hour in my prayers, he had mellowed out and seemed ready again to be more loving.
Sananda-Jesus (see picture to right) originally said that it would take at least 4 days (February 16-19), or maybe more, for Putin to come through the current fire. Our prayers for President Putin continue to light the way for him, assuring him that he has friends who he previously thought were enemies.
Please continue to see him in the fiery tower of power, the pillar of fire than is about 5-6 feet in diameter and which ascends up through the astral planes to the etheric realms.
In working with President Putin yesterday, I was shown a deep, royal-blue light before me, that then was placed in my hands, via which I transferred the blue light into his head and heart, especially his heart. He is to have faith (royal blue) in the power of peace and love to heal one and all.
This applies equally to all the leaders of all European countries and all light workers therein. None of them are perfect. All of them need more faith in love in order for Europe to become one Europe, indivisible, and thereby an example of love power for countries around the world.
So be it!
