Today, October 23, 2022, a 2 + 3 = 5 day, our focus is on Fifth Ray healing of the soul of Africa. This subconscious or soul aspect is symbolized by Lake Victoria, the largest lake in Africa, which is located along the borders of Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda. We are going to see the 
descent of a new Lake Victoria, which we will call Lake Afri-Ka, named after the feminine co-leader of Planet 11 who is now positioned aboard ship #137 above Mt. Kilimanjaro, the Serengeti Plains and Lake Victoria/Afri-Ka. (See map to right/above and the one below/right.)
Mt. Kilimanjaro symbolizes the conscious, masculine polarity of Africa, as overseen and aided by Kil-I-Man, who is Afri-Ka’s masculine twin soul. Lake Victoria, soon to be Lake Afri-Ka, represents the subconscious, feminine polarity of Mama Africa. It is the water/soul polarity; located mostly below ground, hence the subconscious. (Without water, there would be no life on Earth — our bodies are 65-70% water. If we did not have a soul wherein our memories are stored, we would be totally lost and ill-equipped/unable to live on this planet.)
In my dream/vision about ten days ago, I had envisioned a heart-shaped lake surrounded by mountain peaks. Symbolically, the ascended masters were showing me that Lake Victoria was to be transmuted with love until it became “heart-shaped” and love-filled Lake Afri-Ka. First, however, it has to be cleansed and healed
Victoria to Afri-Ka
Prior to the British coming to Africa, what is now called Lake Victoria had several names given to it by the Native African tribes loving around it. In 1858, the British 
explorer John Hanning Speke renamed it Lake Victoria, in honor of Queen Victoria, who reigned from 1837-1901. During and after her reign, explorers and armies from throughout Europe colonized all of Africa, robbed Africans of their own country, grabbed and exported their riches, and treated them as subordinates and slaves.
From the late 1600s on, an estimated 15 million African slaves were taken from Africa to England, North America and South America; and elsewhere. Some Africans had contributed to this tragedy, with one tribe subjugating another, and then selling them as slaves to the slave traders. And slavery has existed around the world since time immemorial. But, probably its current worse expression was in Africa.
All of the negative thought forms, feelings and memories of those days now are immersed and anchored on Earth in Lake Victoria, plus other lakes around the continent; not to mention in the astral planes around the Earth above Africa, and in the group subconsciousness of African people. These negative, pain-filled energies have congealed and jelled in the waters of Africa, which now need to be cleansed with the First Ray sword of truth and imbued with Third and Seventh Ray love.
African Mission
Ten years ago in fall 2012, the Hierarchy initially guided MariLyn and me to visit three sites in Africa, after our visits to Russia, Ukraine and Turkey. However, the Turkey Africa parts of the mission had to be cancelled due to terrorism in Turkey, Egypt and other places. In Africa, we had planned to visit the Cairo area of Egypt, Mt. Kilimanjaro, and Madagascar: staying each place for about 5 days.
After our physical return from Russia and Ukraine, starting on November 4th and extending unto December 7th, Sol-O-Man/Mary and other ascended masters worked in and through me to project higher energies to the sites we had not been able to visit physically. They showed me how in the light body I could effectively work from the distance in uplifting these areas. Now, ten years later, I/we will be building upon that past work, as we re-open and re-birth Temple Eleven in and around Mt. Kilimanjaro, Lake Victoria and the Serengeti. With the re-generation of Temple 11, Lake Victoria will be know to us as Lake Afri-Ka. All of Africa will be quickened and lifted from this power center, spiritual temple or vortex of sacred light in central-eastern Africa.
Be Here and There
In your quiet times today, after surrounding yourself and your aura in light and love, imagine being in your light body and traveling to Africa. Your master teacher, other ascended masters, angels, higher astral plane guides and space visitors, especially those from Planet 11, will take you there. High above Lake Victoria, look down upon the lake, maybe even view it from aboard ship #137. (See the satellite image of this lake.) From there, pour down Christ energy, love and light into the lake, filling it to the brim.
Rather than seeing yourself going there, you may want to see Lake Victoria right in front of you. In this stunning, clear image before you, see yourself standing on the lake’s shore, high enough up on the banks such that you can look out on the vast lake. (To the right, see one small inlet of Lake Victoria.) “There” is now “here.” You are one with Lake Victoria, coming to it as a victor of the light who will enlighten its 
waters and life forms, including the humans who live there. The waters of life, light, peace and love pour down into the top of your head and into each lower chakra, then out through your third eye and heart to Lake Victoria. Speak the word via your throat chakra: Lake Victoria is morphing into Lake Afri-Ka. Be sure of this. Feel it in you “gut” or solar plexus.
No Pain, No Gain
When you become one with Lake Victoria, be aware that you may begin to feel its pain. How could you not? The pain, the hurt, the terror, the shame, the anger of the past is stored there in the waters, in the soul record of the place and the people. It presses into you, such that your heart may hurt, your gut may tightened, your throat may shut down; such that you feel horrible; such that you feel like an African.
This is the diagnostic part of your being a Hierarchal holistic healer. You become able to diagnose people’s imbalances, diseases and emotional disturbances by your becoming one with them, such that you know where people’s pain has congealed. However, do not “take on” this pain and make it your own. Rather, switch gears into the treatment phase, whereby you radiate out the corrective healing energies and images. Thus, once you feel it, you can heal it. Without first feeling the pain and then adding the proper emotions, those of the pure Third Ray, little healing can take place — instead, your efforts tend to end up being an intellectual “head trip.”
We Heal It
See the lake’s symbolic heart beating regularly and rhythmically with love. See the area and people around the lake becoming balanced mentally, emotionally, soulwise and physically. See everyone in this region rightly wielding the sword to lift themselves and others into higher consciousness. See one and all in 1-3-7 integrated, holy, harmonious consciousness.
As you do so, be aware that many in the higher planes are inspiring and working through you, especially those of the female polarity. Thus, “I” of my self can only do a little. But when I become one with my fellow higher astral, etheric and angelic healers, “We” can work “wondrous miracles.” We can heal whole lakes; whole nations; whole continents.
Connect especially with five lady masters: Glo-Ria of the First Ray, Anna of the Third Ray, Sol-O-Man and Nada of the Seventh Ray, and Afri-Ka of the combined 1st, 3rd and 7th Rays. It takes all three rays working together to re-generate Lake Victoria until it is reborn as Lake Afri-Ka. It takes light workers on Earth, in the higher astral planes, and in the etheric realms, working together as one, to heal humanity in Africa and elsewhere.
Link in, also, with other feminine space beings from Planet 11 who work under Afri-Ka. Symbolically and literally, see there being about 137 of them, who singly and in group are interconnected with you as their grounding agent and feminine healer here on Earth, whether you currently are in a masculine or feminine body. Male or female, you have a feminine soul and thereby are equipped to do soul/subconscious healing.
Victors
See all Africans rising to new levels of faith, personal love and abiding peace. See them becoming victors over, not victims of, the past. No matter what others have 
done to them, or what they have done to themselves, as children of God they are fully capable of rising again into I Am healing consciousness and expression. And we, although we, too, have committed errors in the past, are capable of seeing their souls imbued with, and nourished by, the healing waters of life and love and Son/Daughter light.
Lake Victoria now is Lake Afri-Ka. The soul of Africa is healed another degree. The Sun-son has risen and is shining anew. Thank you, Spirit!
I am originally from Rwanda, but now live with my family in Canada. In Uganda, the native people called the Lake “Nnalubale” that means “a spirit of feminine or motherly qualities” or “the mother of guardian goddesses.” The river Nile flowing through it from the southern countries of Rwanda ,Burundi and Tanzania was called “Kiira,” meaning the great way to Egypt which the native people called Missiri (the land of great agricultural estates)!
The local tradition and American Researchers say that a city may have been buried under under the lake when all the land sank under pressure from tectonic outbursts and the the water from river Nile (Kiira)flooded the whole land once for all! JK Mugonza from Ugangda who claimed to be a master of of wisdom wrote in his book “The Redeemer of the New Age” that the area of the Kagera National park of Rwanda was a landing spot for UFOs! The Roman historian Herodotus wrote that the new Lake Victoria (Nnalubale) and people from that East African area had braved the many cataracts of river Nile to go up to Egypt and gave it the name of Missiri that is used in Many Bible books in East Africa! Even today people who use this lake throw food, fruits and animals(goats, sheep, etc.) as gifts and sacrifices to calm this lake which is believed to hold divine powers! However the river Nile that carries heavy particles of soils never mixes its waters with the lake; and from above you can see the mass of the river crossing the lake!
