Seven days ago, on July 6, 2023, in my morning meditation, the strong inspiration came to focus on fully anchoring a huge vortex of sacred light and love into the 
Temple of Victory at and around Mt. Kilimanjaro. While pondering this, Victor/Kil-I-Man and Victoria/Afri-ka, who are the etheric co-leaders of this spiritual power center, contacted me. I also felt connected with Fish Eagle and Eagles Wings, the co-leaders of the higher astral realms of Afrika. (See Kilimanjaro to right.)
These four leaders shared that this project would complete the spiritual work with this Temple at the conclusion of the spring cycle, now overlapping into the summer cycle here in the Northern Hemisphere; and vice versa in the Southern Hemisphere. Not only would the focus be on Afrika, but it also first would be on each person’s, individual Temple of Victory. All light workers are now to fully become a Vortex of I Am Victory consciousness. To do so, I first saw myself anew in a 12-foot tall vortex of sacred light that encompassed and protected my aura and physical body.
First Ray of Will & Power
Since the 11th planet of Victory and the Temple of Victory at Mt. Kilimanjaro, the Serengeti Plains and Lake Victoria both demonstrate and radiate the combined energies of the First , 
Third and Seventh Rays, my meditation began by my calling upon Archangel Lord Michael of the First Ray of Will and Power, and his angelic counterpart, Lady Mariel, to guide, assist and work in and through me as a grounding point for the Victorian Vortex in Afrika. I also linked in consciousness with El Morya and Glo-Ria of the First Ray. (See artistic portrayal of Lord Michael to right; blue is this ray’s color.)
Shortly thereafter, Michael and Mariel contacted and directed me to breath in the collective thought forms of Afrika, to charge and transmute them with blue energy, and to replace them with new thought forms. Angels co-create all forms, maintain them, and then dissolve them when they no longer are healthy or needed. Forms begin as thoughts that then congeal into and manifest as forms. Angels oversee and guide this process. (See the opening chapter in our Mark-Age text Angels and Man.)
Following the example of Nada-Yolanda (see her photo to right), who trained me in this technique of breathing the light for individuals, groups, nations and continents, I united as one with the current thought form of the Temple of Victory and the surrounding area, extending out to the whole continent of Afrika. After doing so, the base of my two lungs and the bottom section of my heart began hurting, such that it was hard to take a deep breath, like someone had hit me in my lower chest area (will expresses via the lungs and respiratory system, and love manifests via the heart, liver, spleen and blood).
Dispel the Darkness
Clairvoyantly peering into this area of my spiritual anatomy, dark, nasty-looking gunk, like congealed oil, appeared in the deepest area of my two lungs, as well as in the bottom part of my heart’s two ventricles. This black stuff symbolized the remaining negativity in my own soul of my will and love aspects, the residue of my own ancient history until these modern times of letting others impose their will on me and not forgiving them for their power-mongering; and of my imposing my will on them.
Mostly, however, the back gunk represented the thought forms of the Temple of Victory and of all Africa, the remaining ways in which it is still the “dark continent,” versus being a land of light and love in which its people choose to love one another and to forgive all the sordid history of Europeans conquering and dominating every part of it. The oil, which has come up from deep into the earth (subconscious), also symbolized the past in which Africans enslaved each other, with this setting the stage for Africans to be sold into slavery and shipped to the Americas and elsewhere.
Some remnants of “slavery” still exist in parts of Afrika, in which one region or group wars with or dominates another, and in which various countries allow power-mongering nations like China to buy their vast mineral deposits at bargain basement prices, which money mostly goes to corrupt African leaders.
I especially called upon Lady Mariel to help me cut out this dark, negative, congealed energy in my soul and in the collective soul of Afrika. (See artistic depiction of her to the right, with a sword of truth in her left hand.)
Lift Others
Michael and Mariel directed me to embrace, “take on” and transmute the remaining Afrikan dark thought-form negativity. This technique can be dangerous and self-destructive if one is not protected and assisted by angelic guardians. If is like if you, without sufficient training and wisdom, or a wise mentor, become a counselor for alcoholics, illicit drug users, sexual deviants or criminals. Unless you are strong and whole within yourself, and aware of your guardian angel or ask for your mentor’s help, the darkness and negativity of those whom you seek to heal can overwhelm you. In like manner, if you counsel too many depressed people, you are liable to become depressed yourself, unless you get sufficient rest and work on your own healing and spiritual protection.
In my own case, it has only been recently in this 40-plus-day cycle, that I have reached a high enough level of soul healing and light-body consciousness that Spirit has directed me to use this light-breathing technique. I’ve used it before but mostly for individuals, small groups, even whole cities, but seldom for a whole continent. By my now helping others, my own residual darkness dissipates, for I Am laying my life down for a friend, just as Jesus did in his lifetime. By his willingly and lovingly incarnating on Earth, not because he had karma here and thus was obligated to do so, but rather because he was evolved enough to lift all mankind into spiritual awareness, he was so firmly anchored in I Am consciousness and light-body expression that he allowed his crucifixion and then resurrected and ascended.
The world has not been the same since that epic demonstration, as well as that of Sol-O-Man/Mary who also ascended in her light body. As Jesus proclaimed, I, when I be lifted up, draw all others unto me. This is the highest form of light-body breathing and healing!
Inhale Darkness, Exhale Light
Michael of the positive, masculine polarity and Mariel of the receptive, feminine polarity joined with my mind, body and soul so that together we could breathe in the dark distortions 
and disease still in evidence in the thought forms and congealed negative feelings of Afrika, as reflected in my own aura and body, which now are manifesting on Earth. Upon inhalation, I took these dark thought forms and feelings into my lungs and heart, filled them with superconscious, I Am victorious light and energy, and then breathed them out into the Temple of Victory. This took a series of about 4 or 5 such slow, in-depth breathing cycles, for a total of about 5-10 minutes in length.
Then I pulled back and re-centered myself in my indwelling ascended or seventh body of fourth dimensional light. Upon doing so, I noted that the pain in my lower chest was about one-third less than when I had started this healing, transformative work. I re-affirmed, I Am a Victor of Light and Love who brings Victory to others. I called upon my Afrikan brothers and sisters to rise and shine with Christ, I Am light. In I Am consciousness, I directed them to wield the sword of truth in order to move forward and upward into the light of a new day and new way on their beloved continent with its 55 countries and its 1.4 billion souls.
Third Ray Personal Love & Dedication
After a short rest period, Lord Chamuel, Archangel of the Third Ray of Personal Love and Dedication, and his angelic counterpart, Lady Chamuel, transfigured and surrounded me in 
vibrant pink light, which is the corresponding color of this ray. (See artistic portrayal of Lady Chamuel to right.) I also felt the presence of Lanto and his twin soul, Anna, both of the Third Ray.
The day before this, in the sharing after our HBM, Phillel and I had discussed that in the channelings via Nada-Yolanda, there was only one specific mention about how the ancient misuse of the Third Ray had occurred throughout the solar system.
At the time, Lucifer was the Archangel of the Third Ray, who worked in tandem with a segment of mankind who wished to manipulate, control and take on physical bodies, who together made up the Luciferian forces. With Lucifer’s downfall and the downfall of man to some degree into physical bodies, this angel was replaced by Lord Chamuel.
Regarding this ancient history, on October 26, 1971, Lord Chamuel channeled via Nada-Yolanda: “The fact that the Luciferian forces were on the Third Ray or third aspect, of love, is the key to the hidden complexity or lock of this entire solar system and the race of man as he is evolving through this solar system.” He further explained that the primary error of the segment of mankind that fell into matter, particularly those of Earth that became the lowest vibrational planet in the Solar System, had been that of selfishness in all its many forms: self-will, self-power, self-love, self-aggrandizement, and feeling separate from God and His-Her creations; all errors in misusing and abusing the Third Ray functions.
Based on this, and my own evolving intunements and communions with Lord and Lady Chamuel, over the years, I had concluded that all twelve planets had descended somewhat from the fourth into the third dimension, including the three current planets that presently are fourth dimensional and hence invisible to our earthly, physical detection. The phrase “lock of this entire solar system” seemed to indicate this. But still, it was somewhat non-specific. Thus, my remaining question was: Did the current three fourth-dimensional planets (10th: Clarion; 11th: Victory; and 12th: Vulcan) participate in the fall or had they remained in the fourth dimension? Had these planets over the ages re-evolved from third-dimensional involvement and actions back into the fourth dimension? I knew the only way to know the answer to this for sure was to call upon Lord and Lady Chamuel to reveal it to me. So I did so that night before going to sleep. Little did I know that he would overshadow me the next morning in my meditation.
They All Fell
As soon as Lord Chamuel with Lady Chamuel now contacted me, before I could ask him any question, he strongly proclaimed: “They all fell.” In other words, I had been right all along in believing that “they” (referring to the three current fourth-dimensional planets), to one degree or another, had participated in the fall into third-dimensional, selfish consciousness. These three planets had indeed been part of the Solar System lock, as Chamuel previously had describe this, but they had risen back into spiritual, I Am consciousness and expression, leading the way for all other nine planets to do likewise. Spirit and the agents of Spirit had lifted them, so now they can lift others. Visitors from these planets, including from Victory that is the second highest vibrational planet in the Solar System, have come to Earth to help us in our own and the planet’s transmutation.
Before I could thank Lord Chamuel for this direct, blunt, power-packed, to-the-point message, he quickly changed gears and moved forward. By so doing, he was basically saying that the task now was to deal with the present, to move forward, to spread new Third Ray pink light and love into the Temple of Victory at Mt. Kilimanjaro; not to look back and speculate about the intricacies and details of the past. In other words, get on with it and make it right, however much or little you remember of your soul history!
Herein was my own message in dealing with the residue of my own shame, guilt and fear of repeating past ancient mistakes, which still darken the bottom part of my lungs and heart. Yes, you and I, and all light workers, are to remember enough of the past so that we can be love into action in this moment of now. This and this alone will heal whatever happened in our souls throughout our millions of years in this Solar System.
Transmute Water to Wine
With my being imbued with Chamuel’s scintillating pink light, I consciously focused once again on the Temple of Victory. This time it was mostly my heart that hurt deeply. Despite the pain, and to transmute it, I began breathing in pink light into my lungs that flowed into my heart and soul. Holding the pink light primarily in my heart-of-hearts, with each repetition of the inhaling and exhaling, my blood and the blood of Africa was changed from symbolic water into wine or Christ life flow, just as Jesus had turned water to wine at the Wedding in Cana, which location was just across the border from present-day, northeastern Afrika.
Five breathing cycles completed this Third Ray transmutation, which took 5-10 minutes. At the end of this, my heart had two-thirds less darkness in it than it had when I first looked into and felt it at the start of this light-breathing project. Peering at the forcefield surrounding Mt. Kilimanjaro, it too was much brighter and filled with more pink light.
So, I pulled back, resurrounded myself in spiritual protection, and saw myself anew in my 12-foot tall V or Vortex of Victory. Now, I Am Victory consciousness filled most of my mind, heart and soul. My name was Victor. I knew in my heart that Victory was now at hand for all of Afrika. So be it.
Seventh Ray Peace, Love & Rest
After this came the final thrust and action, that of working with the Seventh Ray of peace and love, with its gold and white colors. Lady Uriel, Archangel of the Seventh Ray, and her angelic masculine counterpart whose name is Lord Ariel, now made their presences known to me. Since I am a Seventh Ray worker, they are my primary guardian angels. Over the years, they have guided and assisted me in so many ways. Their presences are so special and heart warming to me. With them was Sananda and Sol-O-Man, the co-leaders of Earth.
Also present were my masculine and feminine body devas, who work under their guidance. The devas carry out the instructions of the angels and anchor and express them into the astral and physical dimensions of Earth, by way of working with the elementals. My devas were in full harmony with the devas of Afrika. To some extent, I was also aware of the EloHim and EloHer of the Seventh Ray, as well as the presence of . GalacTos and GalacTia. I felt their glorious love flowing into and supporting me.
In the following light breathing, my lungs and heart filled with the white and gold light of the Seventh Ray. The remaining gunk slowly dissolved and disappeared, its energy released back into the Cosmic Void wherein and whereby it can be used in positive fashion to create new forms. Nothing is lost, but all gets transformed and transmuted, from the third-to-the-fourth dimensional vibrations and expressions.
We breathe in and embrace the darkness, imbue it with Seventh Ray light and love, and breathe this divine love of God out and into the whole atmosphere and thought form of Afrika, starting with the Temple of Victory there. In my case, which is typical, this took another 5-10 minutes to complete. By then, the base of my lungs and heart no longer had any black gunk in them. The Vortex of Christ light at the Temple of Victory in Afrika was rejuvenated and reborn.
Planet of Victory
I thought my meditation was over. But to my total surprise, however, my full attention was drawn primarily to Lord Michael and Lord Maitreya, who are the Co-Titular heads of the Hierarchal Board, whose highest governing body is the the Council of Seven that is comprised of the seven Archangels and Seven Chohans or Directors of the Seven Ray of Life. Maitreya is Sananda’s master teacher. He is the Christ of the Solar System, like unto Sananda being the Christ leader of Earth.
With one voice, Michael and Maitreya, with Mariel and MaYa, now instructed me to implant and surround the entire planet in a huge, cosmic V. Here was the progression: from my own V, to the V in Africa, to the V all around the Earth, thereby uniting and encompassing all of the thirteen spiritual temples, power centers or vortices of spiritual light. This would complete the spring cycle, and set the stage for new work in the summer cycle, whose overlapping has already begun.
Upon doing so, Michael and Maitreya took me in my ascended light body to high above the North Pole of Earth. Then, together with them and all the other Archangels and their angelic 
counterparts, and all of the Chohans and their twin souls, a V was inserted into the North Pole, traveled down the central axis of Earth, until the apex exited from the South Pole. The entire Earth was within the forcefield and energy of this huge V. (See to right.)
Thus, Earth was now a planet of I Am Victory consciousness that would continue to uplift it into the fourth dimension. All thirteen of its spiritual temples were linked even more powerfully together as one circuit that envelopes the whole globe. All was in divine order. So be it.
Afterwards and throughout the day, my heart pulsed with personal and divine love, such that several times I had to lie down and to take short walks to absorb all that had taken place. Sometimes, my heart hurt as I felt the blowback from those negative souls on Earth and in the lower astral planes who were resisting this new change and challenge to clean up their acts or get deported from the solar system. It took me another day after this to feel fully grounded, protected and at peace about all of this.
Repeatedly, I gave heartfelt thanks to all Elohim, angels, ascended masters, Solar System space visitors and those from the Milky Way Galaxy and beyond it, devas, elementals, higher astral plane guides, and all light workers on Earth who have participated in this ongoing project to lift Earth’s vibration. This further prepares it for the redescent of Sananda/Jesus and Sol-O-Man/Mary in their ascended light bodies, who then will usher in the New or Golden Age of universal brotherhood and sisterhood on Earth. Victory is at hand.
Be a V
In your meditations today and for days to come, as guided by Spirit and the agents of Spirit in all realms, see yourself once again within a 10-12 tall V that encases and protects your auric field and physical body, and anchors into the holy ground below you. Be centered in this V. Welcome it anew. Feel charged by it to yet a new and higher degree of spiritual power, peace, and love. Reaffirm that God’s will be done.
Then shift your focus to the Temple of Victory at Kilimanjaro and the surrounding area, including the Serengeti and Lake Victoria. For its upliftment, start with the First Ray of Will and Power. Be at one with Kilimanjaro and all its people nearby. The front of your aura that is before your lungs and heart connects in with the auric field and thought forms of the Victorian Temple. Breathe in blue light and radiate it to this Afrikan power center. Be aware that as you do so, you may well feel the pain and hopelessness, the defeated attitudes of the people in this region and around Afrika, as well as the power-mongering going on there. Breathe in this darkness, hold it in your lungs, charge and transmute it with electric blue light, and breath it out into the atmosphere. Hold and radiate the thought: With God and your God Self, all things are possible; with God’s help, Afrikans can and will be reborn.
After a rest period, shift your attention to the Third Ray, and link especially with Lord and Lady Chamuel, but also with Lanto and Anna of the Third Ray. Your focus this time is mostly in and around your own heart. Let go of any soul pain you still have there, any remaining fear of making mistakes or being unloved, or any other such such mortal feelings, including those of all forms of selfishness.
Be at one with the heart of the Temple of Victory. Imbue it with Third Ray pink light. Transmute its blood (water) into Christ life flow (wine). Let Afrikans know the truth that those who have sunk the lowest can rise the highest. From out of soul-searing pain comes a fiery passion to begin anew and do things right this time. So be it.
Finally, focus on Seventh Ray peace-and-love redemption. God loves you. God loves all Afrikans. We and they are to love God with all our/their minds, hearts and souls. Then all will become golden giants. Africa will be golden! So be it.
Planetary V
Picture yourself over the North Pole. See a huge V being lowered there by those in the higher planes of consciousness, all under the guidance of the entire Hierarchal Board. You are one grounding point for the anchoring of this V down through the ice and waters, along the Earth’s axis all the way to the South Pole, and out into the atmosphere there. The whole planet is now surrounded in, and imbued by, a Vortex of I Am Victory. May it be so. (See image to right.)
On other occasions, as I have, see the huge V being lowered into you wherever you now live. It goes down and through you, into the Earth’s elements, travels to the molten core of the planet, and then continues to the point directly opposite from where you live.
In my doing so here at the Sun Temple in northeastern Tennessee, when the apex of the V emerged on the other side of the planet, it was near the city of Perth in Western Australia, the home of Dr. Ken and Di Collins, who I wrote about briefly in the last blog. Ken is in the higher astral planes interconnected with Australia. Diana is still living in Perth.
Get out your globe or go see a person who has such a globe, so you can determine the exit point of your V on the other side of the planet. As you do so, realize that many other light workers around the planet are doing the same thing, in their own way and time, to whatever degree that they understand and apply it.
See an imaginary globe before you, touching your heart, and then reach around it with both your hands to the other side of it to find your approximate exit point, and to link with the light workers there. If you want to be specific about this, go online and get the latitude and longitude of your location and of the location on the other side of the globe where you have determined that the likely exit point of your V is located. East and West become one. North and South become one. Earth becomes one whole, united, integrated planet in your consciousness. Peace and love fill all of it. Love conquers, or is victorious over, all. Yes! Yes! Yes!
The whole globe is golden. All 144,000 light workers especially are charged with new spiritual will and power, personal love and dedication, and divine peace and love that radiate out to all other souls. Earth now is following in the footsteps of the Planet of Victory that is fourth dimensional in vibration. In time, our beloved planet is destined to, and will be, in this same higher consciousness and expression. Already, it is in the initial stages of becoming a fully functioning Vortex of Seventh Ray Victory. As we see it, so will it be.
Amen! Thank You! Hallelujah! Spring is now fully sprung. Forward and upward we go.
