Below is a link to a uplifting, inspiring, happy, joyous video about Archbishop Desmond Tutu and the Dalai Lama, formerly of Tibet, now living in exile in Dharamsala, India.
They met for the Dalai Lama’s 80th birthday for a week of serious yet joyful sharing. The resulting book is The Book of Joy: Lasting Happiness in a Changing World, which can be ordered from Amazon. I shared about this in a previous post.
Now there is a free video of this weeklong series of meetings in April 2015. It is wondrous and delightful to watch these two together, so joyful and so spiritually serious at the same time, especially when you consider the hardships that the two of them have overcome in their lives.
They give excellent guidance about how all of us can be more joyful in our lives. I highly recommend the 90-minute video, which is available free now, online, for only the next four days. So do give it a look.
