Happy Ascension! Today, May 18th, in conjunction with those in Western Christian Churches (Roman Catholic and Protestant), we focus on, celebrate and emulate the upliftment of Christ Jesus into heaven (the three etheric 
realms), where he returned to and took residence in his city-sized etheric spaceship #10 that serves as the primary Hierarchal headquarters for the whole planet.
Eastern Orthodox Churches (click here) who follow the Julian rather than the Gregorian Calendar, will celebrate ascension this year on June 1st. In the Western and Eastern churches, there are an estimated 2.6 billion Christians in the world, which comprise about 32% or 1/3 of the planet’s 8 billion inhabitants.
Rise & Shine
As given in the Gospel of John 12:32, Jesus, prior to his crucifixion and resurrection on Easter Sunday, said to his Apostles and disciples: “I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw every man to me.”
Forty days after his resurrection, with Easter Sunday being counted as the first of these forty days, as given in Acts 1: 1-12, Jesus called his eleven remaining Apostles to him at the Mount of Olives: “[They] asked him, ‘Lord, are you at this time going to restore the kingdom to Israel?’ He said to them: ‘It is not for you to know the times or dates the Father has set by his own 
authority. But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you [Pentecost]; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the Earth.’
“After he said this, he was taken up before their very eyes, and a cloud hid him from their sight. They were looking up into the sky as he was going, when suddenly two men dressed in white stood beside them. ‘Men of Galilee, they said, ‘why do you stand here looking into the sky? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven.'”
Seventh Step
Ascension and redescent is the seventh step or major initiation in our spiritual growth from mortal to immortal consciousness. Even as we remain incarnated on Earth in these Latter Days, we ascend in our seventh or ascended body, and then redescend in this seventh vehicle and demonstrate Seventh Ray Peace and Love on Earth. Jesus proclaimed before his ascension that he is with us always, in all ways. He and other ascended masters and angelic guardians, plus visitors from other planets, lift us into cosmic oneness with him as the Prince of Peace, the primary spiritual co-leader with his twin soul Sol-O-Man/Mary of Earth.
Prior to Jesus’ ascension, he knew that it would take about 2000 years for the whole planet to become spiritualized, lifted sufficiently from the third-dimension of physicality to the fourth dimension of I Am awareness and consciousness. Before he can redescend, 144,000 elect as spiritual light workers still must lay the groundwork for his return. We do so by following his teaching to Love God and Love One Another; and by implementing the four-step Christ matrix given to us in 1993 by Lord Maitreya, who is Sananda’s master teacher, which is peace, love, cooperation and coordination.
This diamond matrix must first be fully anchored in the primary thirteen spiritual temples, power centers or vortices of sacred light all around the planet, which has been our major project since 2010 when MariLyn and I began touring he world as part of re-opening and revitalizing these temples.
There is one temple for the Sun of this solar system, and one vortex for each of the twelve planets, nine of which are visible to our physical senses, telescopes and space probes; and three of which are invisible since they are of a higher dimension. All thirteen temples are now in the ongoing process of being lifted up, drawn up unto Sananda and Sol-O-Man who oversee this entire project. We continue to rise in our gradual, step-by-step process unto him and her, and they lower themselves unto us.
The thirteen temples form a gridwork for Sananda’s and Sol-O-Man’s redescent. From these 13 power centers radiate love and light that first uplifts the 11,000 of so elect in their forcefields (144,000 divided by 13), who then radiate and spread fourth-dimensional, spiritual energies to all life on Earth.
Forty Days to Fulfillment
Today we begin our final step in this current spring cycle to uplift the thirteen temples, within and without us. Our indwelling I Am, Christ or high Self is like unto the Sun of this Solar System. Our Christ light gets expressed via our twelve spiritual powers: faith, strength, love, wisdom, etc., which manifest by way of our twelve physical organs or systems. These twelve powers correspond symbolically to the twelve planets in the Solar System.
Thus, inwardly and individually, we are a miniature solar system. So, for today and the next two days, we first will concentrate on bringing forth within our consciousness our own unique temple of the Sun-Son-Daughter that we truly are; and then in the next two days on linking with the Sun itself and the Sun Temple located in northeastern Tennessee.
Following these initial three days, we will move sequentially through each of the twelve spiritual temples or power centers or vortices of sacred light around the planet. We will spend three days on each of the twelve planetary temples, which will carry us to the end of the spring cycle here in the Northern Hemisphere, a few days after the summer solstice on June 21st (the winter solstice in the Southern Hemisphere).
We will spend forty days on this current project. The number “4” stands for manifestation, crystallization and demonstration. The number “40” means this 4th Ray manifestation to the next and higher level.
Thus, in the past, it rained for 40 days and nights prior to the Great Flood that swept ancient Atlantis into the sea. Sananda in his incarnation as Moses spend 40 days atop Mt. Sinai, receiving the Ten Commandments, and then spent 40 years guiding the bickering Israelites in the desert to the Promised Land. Sananda as Jesus, after his baptism with fire, spent 40 days in the wilderness facing his temptations. The Mark-Age period and program initially was scheduled for about 40 years from 1960-2000, but so many light workers aborted their spiritual missions that it may take as much as another 40 years to complete these End Days prior to the Second Coming and the birthing of the Golden Age of Aquarius; thus sometime between now and 2040 AD.
Light Body Demonstrations
So, for this current 40 days, we too will demonstrate and bring forth a whole new level and functioning of the I Am Nation on Earth. During this time, there will be shaking and quaking, like in times past, when light workers have moved from one level to the next. This is decrystallization, that is to be followed by recrystallization. We will feel and experience this within ourselves to some degree, but we will especially see it all around the world as more Sun-Son light is anchored, manifested and crystallized on Earth. Steady as she goes!
During these forty days, the etheric masters, angelic guardians, space visitors, Elohim, devas and higher astral plane guides will fill us to fullness, to our maximum spiritual level at this time for expressing Christ consciousness in and through our seven bodies: physical, astral, emotional, mental, light body, resurrected body and ascended body. We will demonstrate more of our light-body talents than ever before in this lifetime.
During this time, Sananda’s and Sol-O-Man’s plan is to appear in their redescended light bodies in all of the thirteen spiritual temples and to receptive souls all around the planet.
Shine Like the Sun
Today, Thursday, May 18th, our key focus is the Sun Temple that we are as a Son or Daughter of God, a masculine or feminine creation of our Father-Mother Creator. So, in your meditations and other quiet times, be still 
and begin to listen to the still small voice within you. Wrap yourself in a Christ cocoon of protective First and Seventh light that surrounds and encloses your aura that is composed of your astral, emotional and mental bodies.
Leave an opening at the top of your crown chakra/cerebrum from which extends a Christ column of light into and through the astral planes to the etheric realms. Above all, focus on being at peace and having love in your heart, so that you may shine like the Sun-Son.
As you feel so guided from within, reach up with both arms to form a letter Y, with the central horizontal pole of this letter representing your physical body and spinal column. This total Y position symbolizes lifting your subconscious 
mind (left, masculine side) and your conscious mind (right, feminine side) to God the Good, and to the Sun of this Solar System.
In so doing, you are following in the footsteps of Nada-Yolanda, who when incarnated on Earth from 1925-2005 demonstrated each of her seven major initiations. In Atlantis, she was Yolanda of the Sun, the high priestess of the Sun Temple that was located off the shore of present day Miami, Florida; and that in 1999 was moved to Pioneer, Tennessee.
Be One with the Sun
Start by seeing the Sun before and above you. But as you get more comfortable with your connection to, and oneness with, the Sun, see and feel it directly over your head. Your two hands are at the base 
on bottom of this brilliant solar sphere. Then slowly lower your arms and hands, such that the bottom of the Sun enters your crown chakra and cerebral computer center.
If you are not visually oriented or talented, simply affirm that the Sun is lowering itself into you, that it represents your own Sun-Son-Daughter-I Am Self, which more and more descends via your spine and illuminates and enlightens all of your other six chakras or spiritual centers: third-eye, throat, heart, solar plexus, regenerative and sacral.
Continue this process until your are entirely and securely encased by the Sun that is about 10-12 feet in diameter. Settle into it, especially feel its vibrations in your heart chakra. Rest in the peace of your I Am Self. Be the Son-Daughter that you are and always have been. Let your Sun light and love shine. You need try to radiate spiritual/Christ energies to others at this time. Rather, re-affirm: Now that I have been lifted into I Am, solar consciousness, I draw all others unto me. I let God’s light shine in and through 
me to others, and like a magnet they will be drawn unto me in cosmic oneness. Thus, it is not the physical Sun that deliberately shines its light on the other planets. Rather, it is simply its divine nature to let this occur. So, let there be peace on Earth, let it begin with you, which will automatically bring greater peace to one and all around the globe; especially to those who are open and receptive to this.
In time, see and feel the Sun expanding in size until it surrounds your entire meditation room, house or apartment, until its vibrations extend out to the property around you and to miles away from you. Affirm again: I Am a Temple of the Sun; no matter what goes on around or within me, time and again I come back to my center and feel fully at peace, knowing in this calm centeredness my Christ love and light automatically radiate to one and all, everywhere around the planet; especially to each of the twelve planetary centers.
Sananda & Sol-O-Man
As you do so, feel Sananda/Jesus’ presence and energy. He descends to you as your mind clears, as the clouds are dispersed above you. Remember yet once again that he is always is with you in consciousness, in Christ light. He comes to you now in his trifold names and nature as Sananda, Sun-Anda and Son-Anda.
Welcome the redescent also of Sol-O-Man/Mary, who represents the soul of man. But she also symbolizes and portrays the feminine Sun energies, hence the “Sol” in her name. Feel her motherly solar presence, her feminine golden heart and love, her glorious peace and power. (See to right a painting of the appearance of Sol-O-Man/Mary as the Virgin with the Golden Heart in Beauraing, Belgium 1932-33.)
Say “hi” to your Mom of moms. Be at one with her and Sananda. Be three who are one in the One God; with the three of you portraying Father, Mother and Son-Daughter for all on Earth, for all who have the eyes to see and the ears to hear and especially the heart to feel.
Be an I Am Sun Temple on Earth. Be the embodiment of peace, love, cooperation and coordination in all that you think, feel and act. As you do so in this demonstration and crystallization, all is well. So be it.
