How would you like to join me in taking a one-week, working vacation in Paris, France, which is commonly called The City of Light?
Yes, you say? Well, that’s good, I’m thrilled to have you join me. So, let’s get ready to go. We are scheduled to leave shortly. It’s all been arranged. And guess what? Many other light workers will be joining us on this journey. So, quick, pack your bags and get set to fly high and to land low; to have your head in the sky and your feet on the ground.
Yes, it will be partly a pleasurable vacation, because we are going to vacate our mortal consciousness, to leave it behind, even as we rise, shine, travel and 
function in our immortal I Am, God consciousness and ascended light form.
And, yet, at the same time, it will be a working vacation. For, our true purpose for going is to work behind the scenes there, even as we are “cloaked,” to re-birth and re-open the Temple of Pluto in Paris to a new and higher degree. We are going to add our indwelling Pluto Power to further re-empower Pluto/Paris.
City of Light
Paris is the capital and most populous city of France, with a population of about 2.23 million in an area of about 41 square miles (105 km). It is located in the northcentral section of France. The City of Paris is the center of the region and province of Île -de-France (Isle of France), or Paris Region, with an estimated population of 13 million that comprise about 20% of France’s overall population.
Paris takes it name from the mid-1st century BC, when the Romans conquered this area that Julius Caesar called Luteciam Parisiorum (‘Lutetia of the Parisii’). The name became Parision in the 5th century AD, then Paris in 1265 AD. “Lutetia” means marsh or swamp. The “Parisii” were a Gallic tribe who lived in the Paris area before and during the time of Caesar, when this region was a primary trade center. (There also was a Greek god named Paris, but his name and representation had nothing to do with the naming of Paris the French city.)
Paris currently is often referred to as The City of Light. This is because it played a leading role during the Age of Enlightenment in the 17th and 18th centuries, AD. During this time, many writers and thinkers in England, France (including Rousseau and Voltaire), and other countries began to question established beliefs, e.g. in the authority of kings or of the Church, in favor of reason and scientific proof. The idea developed that everyone was of equal value and had equal rights, which carried over to, and helped to stimulate and sustain, the birth of the new United States of America that serves as the New JerUSAlem. As Thomas Jefferson famously wrote in the Declaration of Independence: All men are created equal.
More literally, Paris was called a city of light because it was one of the first large European cities to use gas street lighting on a grand scale on its boulevards and monuments; starting in 1829. Moreover, since the 17th century, Paris has been one of the world’s major centers of finance, diplomacy, commerce, fashion, gastronomy, science, engineering, medicine and arts. Thirteen Power Centers
Spiritually, we think of Paris as being a “spiritual city of light” because it is the site of the Temple of Pluto. As revealed via Nada-Yolanda, Phillel and me (Soliel-Robert), there are twelve such sacred cities of light or spiritual power centers worldwide, one for each of the twelve planets in the solar system. When Mark-Age moved from southern Florida to northeastern Tennessee in 1999 to establish the I Am Nation/Sun Temple headquarters here, Sananda/Jesus referred to this site as his “city of light.”
Thus, a “city of light” is another name for any of the 13 spiritual temples, power centers or vortices of sacred light around the globe. They serve as the key places where those from other planets and beyond the solar system, as well as ascended masters and guardian angels, initially inject higher spiritual vibrations and energies into the planet to lift it from the third to the fourth dimension, from mortal to immortal consciousness; thereby to prepare it for the Second Coming of Sananda/Jesus and Sol-O-Man/Mary.
These thirteen light centers form a gridwork for radiating spiritual energies to all other places, parts and peoples of Earth, starting with the 144,000 elect. Plutonians especially anchor their unique energies in Paris, France and the surrounding region. These Plutonian frequencies then radiate to all countries in Western and Eastern Europe; including to Moscow and all of western Russia (the area west of the Ural Mountains, with eastern Russia being east of these mountains and considered part of Asia, wherein the Temple of Neptune is located at Olkhon Island, Lake Baikal, Siberia, Russia).
Be Protected
Now, let’s get started on our trip to Paris. Are you wondering how in the world you are going to bilocate there? Does it seem a bit far-fetched, beyond your present capabilities? Well, let your doubts go and let your God or I Am Self/light body flow, in which you can be in two or more places at once–here, there and everywhere. Following are some key guidelines and suggestions for how to do:
Relax and get centered in your meditation. Wrap your aura and physical body in a cocoon of protective Christ light–surround yourself with First Ray Will and Power and Seventh Ray Peace and Love. Think of, and link with, Lord Michael, Lady Mariel, Lord Maitreya and Lady Maya who are overseeing this Pluto Project, and are inspiring, empowering and protecting you.
Call upon your body deva(s) to protect your physical body when you vacate it and up and leave. Your body deva will be happy to do so! Hey, what are devic friends for!?
Link in consciousness with your guardian angel(s), who will be a major part of your flight crew who will oversee and assist your trip to Paris. Yes, indeed, angels are our beloved, stalwart guardians!
Spacecraft Assistance
Image Plouton and Ploutana, the two co-leaders of the planet Pluto, standing to either side of you. Who better than them or their close Plutonian associates to be your major tour guides in visiting their “home away from home” in Paris!? Maybe they or some of their Plutonian associates will be the ones to take you on a Plutonian spacecraft to Paris.
Finally, link in consciousness with the Soliel spacecraft positioned over Paris and all of Europe. I (Dr. Robert) Am a representative or spokesman for this group of solar system spacecraft that come from all the planets. One such huge Soliel ship is now over Paris, as shown to me in my recent visions, with numerous other spacecrafts nearby. They are under the direction of St. Germain/Dr. Hannibal aboard his spacecraft #1235, who is the coordinator for all etheric spacecraft in the Western Hemisphere. (Europe, by means of its thinking and actions, is considered to be in the Western Hemisphere, although it is not physically located in the Americas.)
Rise, Shine & Redescend
Place your hands over and slightly above your regenerative chakra and reproductive organs in front of the base of your spine. Connect via your light-filled hands with your indwelling kundalini or serpent power, the fire of light within you that rests or is coiled at the base of your spine. Slowly draw your hands up, lifting up your kundalini or life force via your spine to the next higher chakra, the sacral center and its corresponding organs of elimination–place your hands above the lowest part of your abdomen, hence the sacral center or chakra.
Then, slowly proceed to each higher chakra, lifting your hands up to, over and through your solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye and crown centers; and their corresponding physical organs and systems. Then draw your hands up and over the top of your head.
The ascending kundalini/life force/fire of light looks a bit like a tall water fountain whose center column contains “the water of life” that widens as it ascends 
upward, gathering “steam” or power, until it goes up and over your crown chakra; up through your astral body and into your ascended light body; into and through the astral planes to the etheric realms. Remember that as you travel through the astral planes you are fully protected by your guardian angel(s) and by Plouton and Ploutana of Pluto, as well as by higher astral plane guides.
Now, see the water arching outward and downward, pouring around you, down your spine and your seven chakras in your astral body, surrounding it and your physical body. This is redescension after ascension. You now are enclosed within your seventh or ascended body, one with Father-Mother God, in fourth dimensional or I Am consciousness.
Light Up the Temple of Pluto
Once you are surround and secured in sacred Christ light and power, repeat this visualization and physical enactment with your arms and hands. This time, however, when your kundalini rises above your head, it goes much further upward. When it comes down, twelve streams of liquid-light-power flow outward in all directions, which are like twelve ribs in an umbrella top. One such stream goes all the way out and down into each of the planetary Temples worldwide. Especially see and feel the flow of one stream of liquid-light to Paris, France, which is the epicenter of the Temple of Pluto.
As the Christ light-power-water of life flows into The City of Light, keep your eye especially on the area of Paris that is called Montmartre, the highest point in the city. “Mont” means hill and “martre” means martyr. St. Dennis, the first Bishop of Paris, was beheaded there in the 3rd-century AD, along with his companions Rusticus and Eleutherius. In following centuries, other Christians were martyred and buried there. Currently, St. Dennis is the patron saint of France and Paris.
Sacré-Coeur
Atop Montmartre is the Basilica of the Sacred Heart (Sacré-Coeur) that was constructed from 1875 to 1914. This gorgeous temple/church/basilica is devoted 
to Marguerite-Marie Alacoque’s visions of Jesus’ sacred heart, 1675-1689 (click here.) Its white-stone exterior shines with light that radiates to all of Paris around and below it. This unique stone does not tarnish or darkened because it is impervious to water and releases calcite that prevents bacteria, fungi and lichens from growing. (See image of Sacré Coeur to right.)
To me, the three domes as seen in the above picture represent Sananda/Jesus-superconscious, El Morya/Mark-conscious, and Nada-Yolanda-subconscious, with the largest/top dome symbolizing Sananda/Jesus as the Prince of Earth, the Prince of Peace and Love.
This Basilica also is a symbolic representation of the Temple of Pluto, whose spiritual light anchors into and radiates through Paris to all of France, and from there to all European nations. (An estimated 10 millions visitors come to Sacre-Coeur each year. Only Notre Dame in Paris has more yearly visitors.)
Pluto’s co-leaders, Plouton and Ploutana, are symbolized by the two small domes to each side of the bigger dome that portrays Sananda as co-leader of Earth. All visitors from all other planets serve under and with Sananda and Sol-O-Man, his twin soul and co-leader of Earth.
Thus, as we currently visit and re-energize this Plutonian Temple in the next seven days, we will come into communion with Christ/Jesus and Sol-O-Man/Mary and especially with their sacred, golden hearts; as well as with Plouton and Ploutana, the masculine and feminine co-leaders of Pluto, plus their associates in their spacecrafts in the etheric realms.
Affirm and Know
If you are not familiar with Sacré-Coeur, then instead of zeroing in on it, you can focus on the Eiffel Tower that is perhaps the most highly recognizable landmark in Paris. Moreover, rather than go through all the steps listed above, you may simply imagine yourself being in Paris, without any specific imagery–in God’s good time and way, you will be there–affirm it and be it.
Maybe you just clairsentiently know that you are one with Paris; or you may dream about being there. As always, follow your own I Am Self guidance and that of your innerplane teachers. Go with the flow. Keep your heart open. Be your Self. Be the unique son or daughter of God that you are. In that I Am consciousness, you are in Paris, France, as well as interconnected with all the other spiritual temple sites.
Paris is the Hub
El Morya/Mark and Nada-Yolanda toured Western Europe in 1975 and 1977. On their first mission in 1975, they linked seven major governmental capitals in Europe; on 
the second one in 1977, they united seven spiritual centers there. Yolanda in 1975 was in the seventh phase of her fifth initiation of transfiguration, lapping over into the first phase of her sixth initiation of crucifixion-resurrection. By 1977, she was starting the fourth phase of her sixth major step or initiation. (See picture to right of Mark and Yolanda, 1969.)
In 1975, when Mark and Yolanda were in Paris, Sananda channeled that, for purposes of spiritual projections, Paris is the hub or center of the entire European continent. Therefore, in fall 2012, when my ex-wife, MariLyn, and I began what then was called the Eastern European Mission, but which really was also the European Mission, we began our tour with a five-day visit to Paris, France, which is in Western Europe.
Our spiritual goal for this mission was to link and unite Western and Eastern Europe. From Paris, we went to St. Petersburg and Moscow in Eastern Europe; the next and final site was Odessa, Ukraine, located next to the Black Sea, also in Eastern Europe. Eastern Europe includes all those countries, like Ukraine, that Russia controlled following WW II; such as Poland, Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria. (See the previous map of Europe above.)
In 1975 and 1977, Mark and Yolanda, without their consciously knowing it, had initiated the first stages of re-opening and re-empowering the Temple of Pluto in Paris, France. Therefore, MariLyn and I did not need to spend much time in Paris or other cities in Western Europe, such as London, England; Berlin, Germany; Lisbon, Portugal; Madrid, Spain; and/or Stockholm, Sweden. Rather, we spent just a few days in Paris, but most of the rest of the trip was to Eastern Europe that Mark and Yolanda had not visited during their two trips to Western Europe.
Crucifixion-Resurrection
On June 13, 1977, as Yolanda sat on the front steps of Sacré-Coeur, Sananda/Jesus channeled the following:
“No heart on Earth can be untouched from the radiations which stem from this center to all the world. All centers are connected to this; as the body of mortal man connects each part through the heart or the blood of sacrifice and sacred love. [In other words, the Temple of Pluto in Paris, symbolized by Sacré-Coeur, is interlinked with all of the other eleven planetary spiritual temples and the Temple of the Sun.]
“See only one truth. See only one light. See only one purpose in all that you do and all which you invoke for unity and love of man for his fellow creatures on 
Earth; but, above all, for his love of God and the laws of God as they operate impersonally on Earth for the good of all manifestations. [See colorized drawing of Christ Jesus to right.]
“I am come again. I have risen and I have returned. You see me not with physical eyes for your hearts are still closed to my message, my life’s blood and my heart’s innermost intentions. But through this work of love, sacrifice, dedication and mortal undertakings, I begin again to become visible to those with the eyes to see and the hearts intended to live and to love according to my last and final commandment to mankind of Earth: love ye all one another unto the last and final breath of your bodies and mortal existences.
“I am here among you. Be deceived not by those of mortal or material arguments who say that all that is true and real is physical. For I Am in the flesh form of light, love and life. That is the singular and the single strength of all which you have known and have understood. I cannot deviate a single iota from this master plan and invocation.
“Each man, woman and child who seeks the truth, the light of love and life shall know me and become blood in the veins of the Christed body of mankind; which is the same as to say, in the light form or the fourth dimensional form for the New Age, the new step of evolutionary grace. Only by love and through sacrifice can this become a reality.”
Have a Contrite Heart
A short time later, as Yolanda sat before the main altar inside the basilica, Sananda silently channeled a second discourse:
“Let this shrine of Paris, for all of France and as an example for all secular governments of the material world, be as an example and remain the hub or the center of the linkings of the seven [Western] European spiritual centers.
“Let me explain. All errors of mortal man, all errors of controlled political regimes must come to sacrifice in their hearts every error of overt power and misuse of energy, as this basilica represents. Let it not be mistaken or misunderstood: I excuse no future errors of France or any nation, not of any political domineerer, not of any priest or prophet. But I invoke sincere repentance and a contrite heart and mind which devotes itself to impersonal advantages and the general good of all equally.
“Since realistically I see no evidence of this immediately in time, I instruct all to prepare for the last and final judgment day when the Christ inwardly sets the balance and seeks rectification of all improper thoughts, words and actions. So it shall be for individuals, for unions of two or more, for man in all communities both large and small.
“Here, then, in this peaceful and symbolic, sacrificial setting I send forth one inspiration to all the world. For the spirit of truth needs but one channel, one outlet, one example, one unmanifested form in order to reach every single cell, every single heart and every single mind in manifestation on the Earth.
“This also is a symbolic example of the ways of love and the system physically of one’s heart. One contrite and true moment of repentance can and will repurify every single organ, thought and act forever. So be it. Jesus. I am the Christ in you, now and forevermore; a single example of the Son of God made manifest forever in the fleshly form by the sons of man.”
Soliel Shines
About one month before MariLyn and I departed for our trip to Paris, on August 12, 2012, I (Dr. Robert) dreamt I attended a large convention of New Age light workers and scientists in Paris, France. One of the leaders pointed out a man who was the foremost expert on the UFOs that were positioned around Western and Eastern Europe. These spacecraft were under the command of a group of extraterrestrials collectively named Soliel, who had come from throughout the solar system and beyond. As I was about to introduce myself to the expert in order to learn more about the Soliel forces, I awoke.
In the dream, I heard the name “Soliel” as spelled with an iel in it, hence the pronunciation Sol-i-el, with the accent on the first of the three syllables; which was a name I never had heard before. But when I Googled it online, only a small number of references were made to people with this name and to a few companies. Instead, I was directed to the name Soleil, with an eil in it, and is pronounced in two syllables Sol-eh or Sowl-ey, with the “ey” being like a long “a” as in “ate.”
In French, “Soleil” means sun, which is the source of light and energy in the solar system. In Spanish, “sol” means sun, which comes from the Latin “sōl” that likewise means sun. More people had the name of Soleil, but still not many. Their name “Soleil” means sunny, bright, cheerful, energetic.
SOLEIL Scientific Center
Researching Soleil, I also found that in all caps (SOLEIL) it was a backronym for a huge synchrotron located in the suburbs of Paris (see picture of it to the right.) This 
is a particle accelerator, especially of electrons. SOLEIL stands for Source optimisée de lumière d’énergie intermédiare du LURE (with LURE standing for optimised intermediary energy light source).
The internationally known and respected organization SOLEIL also does fundamental research in physics, chemistry, material sciences, life sciences (notably in the crystallography of biological macromolecules), earth sciences, and atmospheric sciences. It offers the use of a wide range of spectroscopic methods from infrared to X-rays, and structural methods such as X-ray diffraction and diffusion. For more information about SOLEIL, click here2.
Hence, SOLIEL as a broad-based, major scientific center in Paris is in keeping with the planet Pluto being a higher dimensional, superscientific planet, as described in my last blog. However, I knew nothing about this correlation with Pluto at the time MariLyn and I went to Paris. Moreover, the correct location of the Temple of Pluto in Paris was not given to me until nine years later in fall 2021.
Meaning of Soliel
Twelve days later, on August 24, 2012, my primary feminine guardian angel, Lord Uriel of the Seventh Ray of Peace, Love and Rest, drew me up in my seventh or ascended body into the higher etheric and celestial spheres. She informed me telepathically that the correct spelling of Soleil was Soliel, as I originally had received it. She added that Sol-i-el (to show its three syllables and pronunciation) not only represents a group of space visitors, but also is the name of my I Am or high Self. On Earth I am a spokesman for the Soliel space forces of light who have come to Earth to serve Sananda and Sol-O-Man in the Second Coming program.
Pondering my high Self or “solar” name, I was reminded that Sananda had channeled via Nada-Yolanda that his name also may be spelled “Son-Anda” and “Sun-Ananda.” His twin soul is Sol-O-Man who was Yasodhara in India and Mary, mother of Jesus. Her name means soul of man aspect. But it also means the daughter of God, she of the sun who is the divine feminine or mother aspect of God as expressed on Earth. As Soliel, Sananda and Sol-O-Man are my spiritual parents. Sol-O-Man is my master teacher. I Am their spiritual son or disciple on the Seventh Ray.
Furthermore, Nada-Yolanda’s channelings specify that Sol-O-Man also is a code name for “a group or band of spiritual workers concerning this aspect of man’s teaching and awareness about the Mother or soul polarity of God.” Sol-O-Man is my primary spiritual mother. Just as she represents a group of solar women who like her work for the healing of the soul of men and women on Earth, so do I as Soliel represent those masculine and feminine representatives from all the planets who have come to Earth to serve the two co-leaders of Earth, Sananda and Sol-O-Man.
With my being of the Seventh Ray, with a Fifth Ray mission, most of the Soliel band of interplanetary workers are of the Seventh Ray. But they also include those of all other rays who likewise are focusing on the healing of humanity on and about the Earth.
The “iel” in Soliel stands partly for my work with the angelic, devic and elemental kingdoms. All seven archangels have iel or ael at the end of their names. As a Seventh Ray worker, I am particularly skilled in working with the devic-elemental forces, under the guidance of the angels. Currently, I am the primary Earth leader of these devic-elemental beings.
Earth, Astral Etheric
Prior to receiving my I Am Self name of Soliel, since 1975, I had thought that my high Self name was Zan-Landa, as Nada-Yolanda had intuned and described it. But Zan-Landa turned out to be my soul name. It referred to my lifetimes in Atlantis when I worked under the direction of Sol-O-Man, who then was called Zolanda, and was the high priestess of the Earth Temple that then was located on central Long Island, NY.
“Zan” means allegiance to the Hierarchy. “Land” refers to my scientific research and right use of the Earth’s elements in healing, which was done at the Earth Temple. The lower case letter “a” at the end of the name stands for Atlantis, as well as for I Am or Abel consciousness; so the name can also be spelled Zan-Land-A. I carried over credits and debits from Atlantis into my current incarnation as Robert H. Knapp, MD as Director of Healing Haven. Having finally cleansed my soul of about 90 per cent of karma debits, now in my seventh major initiation, Spirit via Lord Uriel revealed my transcendent, I Am Self name of Soliel to my conscious awareness.
Solar Self
Soliel in its simplest definition means one who shines like the sun. As given by Nada via Yolanda on April 12, 1972, I have evolved throughout the solar system in the highest etheric planes of all its twelve planets, nine of which are physical and three of which are of a higher dimension. I also have had sojourns and training on the Sun, such that at times I refer to myself as Soliel of the Sun. At times, my travels and training also took place out of this solar system into the adjoining regions of the Milky Way Galaxy.
Confirming Nada’s revelation that I had been to the highest etheric realms of the twelve planets, on September 1, 1990 (which was Yolanda/Pauline’s birthday), I dreamt that Nada-Yolanda gave me an intunement. She said that I had trained for eons with twelve ascended masters, while I was on Earth and throughout the other planets of the solar system. The twelve masters were the twelve masculine leaders of the twelve planets, such as Sananda on Earth and El Morya on Neptune. I had also trained with the twelve lady masters who were the twin souls of the masculine planetary leaders, hence like Sol-O-Man on Earth and Lady Master Meta on Uranus, the twin soul of Hilarion, Chohan or Director of the Fifth Ray.
My past soul interplanetary travels and studies are not unique, for many other light workers have done the same. As noted in our Mark-Age text Evolution of Man, when we first came to this solar system, we came from the Central Sun of the Milky Way Galaxy to the Sun of this solar system. Then we spread out to the twelve planets as they became livable.
Most current light workers have little or no remembrance of any of this, which does not mean they are of lesser spiritual evolution. For, we are not spiritual because of our past-life recalls but rather because of, and to the degree which we Love God and Love One Another. Moreover, such recall may now come to conscious awareness in those who read these blogs, as we all work together to uplift the planet into the fourth dimension. More recall will come in the next 2000 years of the Age of Aquarius.
Lots of spiritual initiates talk a good game, and have some recall of past lives. However, they do not walk their talk — all of us are self-deceived to some degree as long as we remain in physical bodies. Simple folks living simple lives of loving service around the planet are often more loving than those who profess to be spiritual. Therefore, we are to know them by their fruits, just as Jesus has instructed us to do. If any of us need to know anything more about our akashic or soul record, Spirit will reveal it to us. We ask and receive. If nothing comes, that is the answer.
European Mission Begins
Thus, when on September 5, 2012 MariLyn and I started our East European Mission, I had some initial understanding of my I Am Self name of Soliel and my powers therein that I had developed in past sojourns throughout the solar system. But I hardly was sure that this name was the correct one, or that I could actually live up to it. I knew then that it would take time to verify it. I only shared this name with Phillel and MariLyn, and then waited about one year before I wrote about it in one of our I Am Nation Newsletters.
Departing Knoxville, TN on September 5th, MariLyn and I flew to Atlanta, where we caught a connecting overnight flight to Paris. We slept maybe two hours on the way, but felt much comfort from Uriel and Sol-O-Man who were with us the whole way. We arrived the next morning, procured our luggage, and took a taxi to our hotel that is located about a 10-15 minute walk from Sacré Coeur.
However, we were informed that our room would not be ready until mid-afternoon, so we ate lunch and relaxed at a charming nearby sidewalk café, and thoroughly enjoyed watching the people in, and feeling the ambience of, this place. MariLyn spoke some French, because she had visited here during her junior year abroad in college. I had taken three semesters of French in college, but remembered little about it, other than a few words and phrases. Most everyone we met, however, spoke some English as about 2 million Americans visit France every year.
Sananda & Sol-O-Man Welcome Us
After finishing our leisurely lunch, we walked up to the Basilica of the Sacred Heart (Sacré-Coeur). In Catholicism, a Basilica is a special church where some saint had lived or where such a saint or particular religious teaching is honored. In this case, those attending this Basilica are devoted to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, as Jesus had revealed it to Marguerite-Marie Alacoque in her visions.
Upon getting there, about 200 people were lolling around on the lawn in front of the church and at its door, waiting for admittance. We finally got in, and shortly walked into the central sanctuary and took a seat in one of its numerous pews. Everything was quiet there, no talking, no cameras, no movement other than for visitors to come in, sit down, pray and leave. The vibes were so peaceful and loving, which touched my heart. It was heaven on Earth.
Above the altar is a dome-shaped ceiling, with a marvelous, huge mosaic of Jesus on it, showing how he appeared when after he resurrected and rebirthed his light body. In particular, I noted 
that his clothing was white, hence of the Seventh Ray; he had a golden halo around his head with an equilateral cross in it, with gold also being a color of the Seventh Ray; his sacred heart was golden and surrounded by a golden crown of thorns; and he had nail wounds in his hands and feet, thus still manifesting the marks of his painful crucifixion and still experienced the thorns around his heart.
Mary, his mother and twin soul, is to the lower left position next to him, and she too has a golden halo and heart. She, however, is much shorter in stature, denoting that the prevailing Christian wisdom that she is not his equal; not his twin soul on the Seventh Ray.
I immediately felt connected from my heart to his and hers. Before this, from the time we had stepped into the basilica, a strong spacebeam had clamped on my head, especially in my two temples. We stayed about a half-hour in the sanctuary, which was all we could tolerate, given as deleted as we both felt. Near the end of this quiet, devotional time, Sananda overshadowed me and telepathically conveyed, “I am here in your sacred heart.” MariLyn also felt his definitive presence in her heart.
Then, for about an hour, we walked around the outer perimeter of the basilica. It has numerous small rooms and chapels, with statutes and paintings of the twelve Apostles, various saints, angels (including Lord Michael) and several of Mother Mary. I felt her definite presence as I looked at her statues. It was her love tap, just enough to let me know she, too, was with me/us.
Louvre & Notre Dame
That night, both Marilyn and I slept twelve hours, having taken a large dose of melatonin to reset our biological clocks. In my morning meditation, Sananda briefly directed me to radiate his love vibrations to the sacred hearts of all in Europe; particularly to those among the 144,000 elect. The Master also showed me images of a multitude of space visitors, from through the solar system, who were stationed in interdimensional spacecraft above Western and Eastern Europe. He said they were comprised primarily of the Soliel group.
After a leisurely breakfast, we took a taxi to the world-famous Louvre Art Museum, where we headed straight to the room containing paintings by Leonardo da Vinci and Paolo Veronese. Leonardo was an incarnation of Kut Humi, Chohan of the second Ray of Understanding and Wisdom; two of his other incarnations were as John the Beloved and St. Francis of Assisi. Paolo Caliari, the Veronese, was an incarnation of Lanto, Chohan of the Third Ray of Personal Love, Feeling and Devotion to a High Cause.
I especially liked Leonardo’s paintings of Anne, Mary, Jesus and Lamb (see to right); and the Mona Lisa, perhaps the most famous painting in the world. Paolo’s huge mural of the Wedding of Cana was outstanding, but MariLyn and I especially enjoyed his painting of the resurrected Jesus in The Supper at Emmaus. We felt linked in resurrected consciousness with the two Chohans.
Next, we walked a half hour to Notre Dame Cathedral, which like the Louvre was mobbed with tourists and visitors. When we finally got inside, we sat in a roped off section for visitors and watched as a Mass was said. Both of us felt strong space beams. I felt Mary’s definitive presence and noted the accumulated loving through forms of those who had prayed here to her over the centuries. Sacré-Coeur is more so devoted to Sananda/Jesus whereas Notre Dame obviously is more so Mary’s home.
Breaking Bread with Jesus
After another long, restorative, good night’s sleep, following breakfast on September 8th, we headed back to Sacré-Coeur, hoping to arrive there before the crowds. Entering shortly after we arrived, we headed back into the sanctuary. As soon as we sat down and began meditating, Sananda/Jesus appeared to my clairvoyant vision and imbued us with divine love.
Sananda gently tilted my head back and began to pour himself into my open mouth. He relayed telepathically that he was “feeding” me his light body, which I was to incorporate in my mind, body and soul. Thousands of small “packets” of his Christ light body, imbued with his love, entered my mouth and traveled down my esophagus to my stomach and small intestines, where the light-filled morsels were digested and assimilated.
This reminded me of the Last Supper Jesus broke bread and offered pieces of it to his twelve Apostles, saying this bread was symbolic of his body (meaning his light body), which each of the twelve was to ingest and incorporate in honor and remembrance of him; to be just like him.
From my solar plexus chakra and digestive system, Sananda’s light form spread to my entire body and permeated my auric field. This process took about twenty minutes, until I felt filled to the brim with all of the Master’s light body that I could incorporate and hold in my force field. All through this ingestion and assimilation I was suffused with ecstatic peace, love and joy.
Sananda then commanded: “Take this food of my light form to Russia and Ukraine, and feed my sheep there.” After I dedicated myself wholeheartedly to this task, Sananda shared that MariLyn and I had completed our spiritual work in Paris. We were cleared to travel the next day to St. Petersburg, Russia. I did not know it then, but this also completed the current step in re-opening the Temple of Pluto in and around Paris, whose vibrations radiate throughout Western and Europe.
Mars to Pluto
It was this experience of ingesting and incorporating Sananda/Jesus’ “bread” or packets of light-and-love that eventually lead me three years later to hypothesize that the Temple of Mars was located in Paris, France. Mars is the primarily Fourth Ray planet in the solar system. This is the Ray of Manifestation and Crystallization; of decrystallization followed by re-recrystallization. This process takes place partly in the body via the digestive system.
However, I was not at all sure of this designation, as there had been no other confirmation of it, which always has been the case in discerning the correct location of the various spiritual temples or power centers.
What I did not know at the time is that Pluto likewise partly has a Fourth Ray vibration and function. Pluto is one of the higher dimensional though still physical planets, on which spiritual science is taught and demonstrated (see my last blog). Thus, those who study and practice science on Mars and Saturn also may go to Pluto to receive additional spiritually scientific and holistic healing.
Looking back now in 2022, there were several indications when MariLyn and I were in Paris in 2012 that demonstrated this Plutonian connection; including the site of SOLEIL in the outskirts of Paris, as well as this city’s long demonstration of multiple forms of science, technology, engineering and medical research. But it was not until fall 2021 that the right designation and place of the Temple of Pluto in Paris was revealed to me.
I had no idea back in 2012 when Sananda-Jesus fed me packets or “crystallized chunks” of his light form, that Plouton, Ploutana and or other Plutonians were with him, assisting him, adding their Plutonian energies to him, and “feeding” me with Pluto Power. Now it began to make good sense. More about this will be presented in my next blog.
See the Light
After this experience with Christ Jesus’ feeding me, MariLyn and I walked outside the Basilica so that we could climb up a huge, spiral staircase in order to reach the deck around the bottom part of the main dome of Sacré Coeur. Once there, we looked out and beheld an extraordinary, panoramic view of Paris below us. We viewed two other major landmarks: the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe de l-Etoile (the Triumphal Arch of the Star) that stands at the western end of the Champs-Elysées (a major boulevard in Paris). It was a bright, clear day with a beautiful blue sky. In my light body, I felt like I was in the etheric planes, looking down through the astral planes upon the city.
As glorious as the view was, however, it was disturbing to see that a dark haze hung over the city. This apparently was the result of air pollution from cars, trucks and other vehicles, as well as from manufacturing and other buildings in the city. To me, this darkness symbolized mankind’s dark thoughts and feelings, the residual selfishness of those in Paris, and man’s mistreatment of the lower kingdoms out of greed; plus the negativity in the surrounding lower astral planes. The decrystallization, dissolving and dispersing of this “black gunk” is what will be needed in the years to come with the ongoing re-opening, re-birthing and re-manifestation of the Temple of Pluto in Paris.
Take the Seventh Step
About 18 months later, on April 10, 2014, during the East Asia Mission, MariLyn and I flew from New Delhi, India to Paris, France, where we once again stayed at the same hotel below Sacré-Coeur. We were completing our round trip of the entire Northern Hemisphere of the planet, having previously gone from Tennessee to Los Angeles, California; Maui, Hawaii; near Tokyo in Japan; Taiwan; Thailand; and India. What a whirlwind trip it had been totally uplifting and fulfilling, but somewhat exhausting roundtrip journey thus far..
In my predawn meditation in Paris on April 12th, Sananda/Jesus appeared to my inner vision in brilliant Seventh Ray white and gold light. He repeated: “My son. My son. My son.” Each time he pronounced “son,” it propelled me deeper into my Christ Sonship as Soliel, which was now crystallized anew in my mind, soul and body. In speaking thus to me, he likewise addressed all sons and daughters of God on Earth and in the astral planes, especially those Earthlings who had read my daily blogs during this global circling and had worked together with MariLyn and me as one. He affirmed and called forth each one’s I Am or high Self.
He reached out his arms to me, assuming the pose depicted in the mosaic mural above the central altar of the Basilica of the Sacred Heart (Sacré-Coeur). Unlike in this mosaic, however, in my vision he did not have a crown of thorns around his sacred heart or nail wounds in his hands and feet. Rather, he was fully ascended beyond any residue of his suffering on Earth. He was fully in his seventh or ascended body, redescending now to me as a prelude pf, and preparation for, his Second Coming, completing his seventh major initiation of ascension and redescent.
He now exhorted light workers to rise above the sixth step of crucifixion and resurrection into the seventh initiation of ascension and redescent; from the sixth or resurrected body to the seventh or ascended body; from focusing on cleansing and transmutation to peace and love.. He called upon one and all to demonstrate Seventh Ray peace, love, balance and harmony; Seventh Ray peace, love, cooperation and coordination. Reaching around the globe, he held it in his golden heart. He prompted me to likewise hold the planet in my sacred, golden, ascended light body heart. We were two gathered together in the One Heart of God.
Sol-O-Man Shines
After breakfast, MariLyn and I walked up to Sacré-Coeur. While we meditated inside, Sol-O-Man overshadowed me and conveyed the following thoughts, the gist of which I recorded in my own words in my notebook: “What is still missing in this basilica is a full, righteous, accurate view of myself as Sol-O-Man, the twin soul of Sananda. In this aspect, I am coequal with him, the divine feminine love that complements his divine masculine love. Like when he was Jesus, I, too, as Nary, ascended in my light body; although the church fathers today still say that I only was “assumed.” In other words, these male priests do not see me as equal to Sananda-Jesus, and not capable of ascension.
“Truly, Sananda and I are the Seventh Ray corulers and coleaders of planet Earth. In the years to come, when all things have been made new, Sananda and I shall be recognized, honored and loved in this way.
“So, anchor my Seventh Ray divine feminine love in this basilica and imbue the Mother Church with my cosmic, ascended love. Today, the church is dominated by men who tend to subjugate women and deny them their God-given equality. Until mortal men of Earth–including the priests and other spiritual leaders of every church, temple, mosque or other places of worship–conceive of and treat women as their coequal partners, they shall not experience the full rebirth of their I Am Selves. Until mortal women of Earth transmute their second-class status, which they have accepted, they shall not return to full spiritual consciousness.
“I am Sol-O-man, standing front and center with you, before you and in each of you, with Sananda fully behind me as I have been behind and alongside him every step of the way. Together, we portray Seventh Ray love in action for every son and daughter of God. So be.”
White and Gold
In this wondrous, loving, heavenly visitation, Sol-O-Man was wearing white and gold clothing, and had a golden, sacred heart, with her arms reaching out to and through me to one and all in Paris and around the planet.
This imagery reminded me of how she had appeared thirty-three times in her redescended light body to six visionary children in Beauraing, Belgium in 1932-1933. Afterwards, she became known as the Virgin with the Golden Heart. (See painting of this to the right/above).
After her present Seventh Ray appearance to me, MariLyn and I walked once more around the perimeter of the Basilica, where we stopped at its gift shop. 
There displayed was a 8-inch-tall stature of her wearing gold and white clothing, with her hands out to me/us, just as I had seen her. Here was my confirmation of her just prior presence.
Here was my confirmation of her previous presence. I purchased the statue and brought it with me back to Pioneer, TN, where it now stands in a prominent place in Hilarion House. Every time I gaze at it, I feel teleported to Sacré-Coeur and to Sol-O-Man’s golden heart!
(See picture to right of this statue. I have yet to seen another such gold-and-white-clad statue of her. Typically, when she appears in her ascended light body to me, she wears white and gold clothes and radiates white and gold light.)
Seven Steps in Seven Days
It’s time to meditate! To start, however, get out your calendar. In the box for today, Monday, September 12th, write “CROWN.” For the following Tuesday or 13th day of the month, pen “THIRD EYE.” For Wednesday, the 14th, note “THROAT” and “HBM.” For Thursday: HEART. For Friday: SOLAR PLEXUS. For Saturday the 17th, enter “SACRAL.” For Sunday: “REGENERATIVE.”
Thus, for each of the seven days, in methodical, superscientific fashion, we are going to birth the Temple of Pluto in and around Paris, France, and all of Western and Eastern Europew. We are going to anchor a dome of light over, around and anchored solidly into all of Europe, such that all peoples and countries therein become healed, united, awakened and Pluto Powered.
Sit in the Sanctuary
Begin your Monday meditation by wrapping yourself in a Christ cocoon of protective light. Draw up your indwelling kundalini or fire-of-light power from your regenerative chakra all the way through your spine and other chakras until it rises above your head. See and feel it showering down and around you as you fan your arms and hands down and around your entire physical form. This I Am, etheric, Christ energy anchors especially in your crown chakra/cerebrum/pineal gland.
Then, in a second series, when the liquid-light begins to descend, see yourself going through one strand of it to the Temple of Pluto in Paris, France. When there, descend into the Basilica of the Sacred Heart. Walk in the front door, and move forward into the central sanctuary (see picture below). Take a seat in one of its numerous pews. Phillel and I will be sitting nearby.
So will be other light workers, known and unknown to you. So will Plouton and Ploutana, and numerous other Plutonians. You may not see them but you sure will feel their presence. You will know from within that the place is packed with Pluto Power that lifts you to high heaven, even as part of you remains seated in your pew. Yes, head in the sky, feet on the ground, like the good, superscientific Plutonian Earthling that you are.
Moreover, feel the presence, power and heart-purity of Sananda/Jesus and Sol-O-Man/Mary. See and feel them feeding you particles of the “bread of life” from out of their own ascended light bodies. This is the ultimate brain food.
Hold and radiate the key thought: Have faith in love. Love is the key to the kingdom of heaven. Faith in love is the key to reopening the Temple of Pluto and to healing and harmonizing all countries of Europe. For centuries those in Western and Eastern Europe have had faith in personal, military power; they have warred with one another time and time again.
Even today, Russia has basically separated itself from Western Europe and has tried to re-conquer Ukraine in Eastern Europe. Putin has gone mad–he definitely needs some new brain food, plus some new heart nourishment. Let him and all other Europeans have faith in love; in the four-step Christ matrix of peace, love, cooperation and coordination. This is the key to their healing and unification as one whole/holy continent.
Imagine a dome of Christ light being placed over Sacré-Coeur that is a mile or two all round it. As you see and have faith in this, it occurs.
Ongoing Descent of the Dome
Then, the next morning and day, Tuesday, when the energy comes down on you in the sanctuary of the Basilica, it stimulates and anchors mostly into your third-eye chakra/thalamus/pituitary gland. You receive and radiate new I Am images and ideas to facilitate the ongoing re-opening of the Temple of Pluto and the further descent and anchoring of the dome of light over Paris. On this second day, the dome expands such that it encases all 40 square miles of this city with its 2.23 million inhabitants.
On Wednesday, especially link with Phillel and me here at I Am Nation/Sun Temple headquarters at 3 PM our time, during our HBM or Hierarchal Board meditation in which you and we will be focusing on Pluto Presence in Paris. Via your throat chakra and vocal apparatus, speak the word for the re-empowerment of the Temple of Pluto and Plutonian consciousness throughout France and adjoining countries, such as England and Germany. Chant some Oms. Sing a beautiful, spiritually inspired song to soothe and harmonize the citizens throughout the continent.
Then continue this process each following day. Each new day, feel the descent of the waters of life-light-love flowing primarily down, into and through the next lower chakra. As this occurs, the dome continues to expand in size. By and on the seventh day, Sunday, the Plutonian Temple or power center is fully opened, and the dome is securely anchored over all of Europe.
As you serve Europe and feed “manna from heaven” to all people there, as you serve Sananda, Sol-O-Man, Plouton and Ploutana, so are you served, fed, lifted and nourished anew. So do you rebirth your own Temple Of Pluto.
