Here’s our song for today by sassy, saucy, earthy, shock-rocking grandmother Kelly Fox, age 71. I am not going to give away the theme of the song by telling you the title of it. But I will say that the song may be a bit over the top for some people.
At times, however, I like to have some fun, to get down and dirty, so to speak. So, I am taking a little chance in sharing this. It’s not a typical spiritual song, not something you would hear in a church, synagogue, meditation meeting or yoga group. But I will say that I laugh every time I see it. As in, go granny! And thanks for inspiring the unique exchange between Simon and Amanda three quarters of the way through the YouTube song. (You’ll see.)
And need I remind you that laughter is the best medicine?
All I can say is that I wish I had had a grandmother like her, a woman who stands up and takes no trash from anyone. No more, no more. Hey, all of us could use more of this unique soul talent!
