Seven days ago, in the early morning hours of March 25, 2023, I dreamt that I was with President Vladimir Putin of Russia. I was filled with Christ light and love as I stood before 
him, standing securely in my ascended light body. He was happy to see and welcome me, and treated me as his friend and mentor, basically as a father figure. (See photo to right of Putin.)
Together as one, we talked about his now switching courses and signing a peace-and-cooperation pact with the United States of America, the New JerUSAlem, which alone could truly help him and his beloved country to become great in a spiritual way, thereby to fulfill its destiny. Amazingly but clearly, this seemed like such an obvious and natural thing for Putin to do, despite his past crystallized ideas and behavior.
Split with China
Just previously, President Putin was deeply disappointed with the March 20-22, 2023 meetings with President Xi Jinping of China, who claimed that he had come to support 
Russia and to help it resolve the war with Ukraine. Putin, however, realized that President Xi (see his photo to right) was mainly interested in promoting China as the leader of the whole Eastern Hemisphere, including Russia.
President Xi offered Russia no significant new military or financial support, or anything else of any worth to aid Putin’s aims to become “the” power-mongerer in the area around Russia; nor did Xi support Putin’s desire to conquer Ukraine. It was all a big show on the part of Xi; primarily to build up China’s prestige in the world as an alleged peace-and-power broker and maker. It was a sham.
Therefore, President Putin rightly concluded as he and I lovingly, openly and honestly talked backed and forth about all of this that he would turn completely about face and sign a treaty with the United States, in part to counter Xi’s moves to subjugate Russia to China’s power and influence. Putin had seen the light! (Yes, Xi’s “turtle shell” had been shattered.) And so, now, Putin and I drew up such a basic peace and cooperation agreement to offer to the USA for its consideration; and he ceremoniously signed it with great satisfaction.
However, afterwards, I saw President Putin sitting off to the side, with a sullen, unhappy look on his face. He had come down from his “high” and was starting to doubt the wisdom of his new focus, wondering if he had been self-deceived or had temporarily lost his mind. Moreover, he was unhappy, even deeply disturbed, about giving up his lifelong hatred, distrust of and bitterness towards the United States and the West.
I noted this, was not disturbed by it, as it seemed only natural and normal that Putin would need time to absorb such a seemingly sudden and complete change in his thoughts, feelings and actions; to take one step backwards after taking two giant steps forward. I vowed to keep my eye single on his full resurrection in I Am, reborn, spiritual awareness and consciousness during this Easter/spring cycle. And then I awoke, and went back to sleep and dreamt about all of this again, as if to confirm and solidify it.
Keep Your Eye on Resurrection
Western Christian Churches follow the Gregorian calendar; this year, Easter in the West is on April 9th (my 77th birthday). Eastern Orthodox Christian Churches follow the Julian calendar; Easter there this year is on April 16th, one week later.
Prior to Easter in both sides of the world, we are to follow Sananda/Jesus’ guidance via Nada-Yolanda to take him off the cross, to see him instead in his sixth or resurrected light body. We are to do the same with Putin, as well as with Xi Jinping.
We are to see the future as now, a time when Putin and Russia, Xi Jinping of China follow the four-step Christ matrix of peace, love, cooperation and coordination.
Saul to Paul
By way of further interpretation of my dream/night vision with President Putin, I likened it to Christ Jesus appearing to Saul on the road to Damascus. Before this, Saul with religious, all-abiding and fanatic zeal, had 
captured early Christians and had them killed. Sananda-Jesus then had appeared to him in a blaze of white light, and said to him, “Saul, Saul, why do you persecute me.” (See painting to right.)
Saul was so “slain in the spirit” by this that he went blind. Not until one week later, after Ananias laid his hands on Saul, were the “scales over his eyes” shed such that he could see anew. Saul then went on to become named Paul, meaning “one who has been made little or humble.” He proceeded to become the foremost zealous follower of Christ Jesus in spreading the message of the Gospels to the peoples around the Eastern Mediterranean Sea.
In similar fashion, in my ascended light body, I had appeared to Vladimir Putin and he had been humbled and made small, slain in the spirit of peace and love, no longer a power-mongerer but rather one who was willing to the follow the Way as Christ Jesus had taught and demonstrated it. Putin’s apparent conversion, although only in my night vision, was equally dramatic to that experienced by Saul. Yes, with God, all things are possible!
Still, Saul who only slowly became Paul, spent the next three years in the desert pondering his experience and his new way of thinking. In other words, he needed time to absorb such a vast change in his consciousness. Paul was an incarnation of the Hilarion, who is the Chohan of the Fifth Ray of Unity, Integration and Healing; with his other known incarnations being as Plato the Greek philosopher and Charles Fillmore as the co-founder with his wife Myrle of the Unity Church of Practical Christianity. As Fillmore, he had had soul recall of his incarnation as Paul. Currently residing in the etheric realms, Hilarion is the etheric director of Healing Haven, with my being its physically incarnated director.
Russia’s Conversion
On July 13, 1917, over a century ago, the spiritual work with Russia began in earnest. On that day, Sol-O-Man/Mary appeared to the young girl Lucia at Fatima, Portugal and said: “God wishes to establish in the world devotion to my Immaculate heart. . . . If my request are heeded, Russia will be converted, and there will be peace. If not, she will spread her errors throughout the world, causing wars and persecutions of the Church. The good will be martyred, the Holy Father will have much to suffer, various nations will be annihilated. In the end, my Immaculate Heart will triumph. The Holy Father will consecrate Russia to me, and she will be converted, and a period of peace will be granted to the world.”
Edgar Cayce, while in a deep trance as the “Sleeping Prophet,” gave the following reading on June 22, 1944: “In Russia there comes the hope of the world, not as that sometimes termed of the Communistic, of the Bolshevistic; no. But freedom, freedom! that each man will live for his fellow man! The principle has been born. It will take years for it to be crystallized, but out of Russia comes again the hope of the world. Guided by what? That friendship with the nation that hath even set on its present monetary unit “In God We Trust.” [Thus, the United States.]”
Seven Steps
My (Dr. Robert’s) first, specific light-body communion with Vladimir Putin came in a dream on August 21, 2006, about one year after Yolanda made her transition on November 8, 2005 and ascended in her light body. In my dream, a wise master/being of light, who I later realized was Sananda/Jesus, my spiritual father, appeared before me and told me that I was being used by Spirit and the agents of Spirit as an anchoring and relay point for new I Am images and ideas that were being broadcast to Russia, including to hose in government, starting with President Putin (he had become the Russian President in 2000 AD). I looked at a huge, outdoor TV screen in Red Square, Moscow, where interested Russians were watching and welcoming this transfer of higher, Christ, fourth-dimensional energies for their upliftment.
At this time, without my consciously knowing it, I was starting the first phase of my seventh major initiation of ascension and redescent. I was following in the footsteps of Christ Jesus, Hilarion/Paul the Apostle, as well as those of my master teacher, Sol-O-Man/Mary. Nada, in ascended consciousness in the etheric realms likewise was guiding me, as she had done so well and thoroughly when she had trained me in the thirty years I had been on the Mark-Age staff with her when she had been here on Earth.
Three days later, on August 24, 2006, at our weekly Hierarchal Board Meditation, I concentrated on uniting with light workers in Russia, and especially with Vladimir Putin, who was consolidating his power at that time. “Up and out” I went in my ascended light body. Upon coming back to conscious awareness, before me stood a Russian Orthodox Priest who proceeded to ask me about my understanding of the Second Coming of Jesus.
I shared the Mark-Age teachings with him, which he was thrilled to hear, because he had already received parts of these himself. My sharing thus was confirmation for him. He said he would now spread these advanced teachings throughout the Russian priesthood and with all the various people who attended their churches. Before awakening, I felt like this priest was, or represented, my spiritual counterpart in Russia. From I Am Nation headquarters here at the Sun Temple in northeastern Tennessee, Christ light had been transferred to this representative priest, and from him to all in Russia.
Our Son, Vladimir
Over the years since then, until now, I have had numerous communions with President Putin and other Russians throughout the country. Slowly, gradually a strong light-body connection has been established. In many of these spiritual contacts, El Morya, Chohan of the First Ray of Faith, Will and Power, has worked in and through me with Vladimir; for all of Russia comes under the strong influence of the First Ray Temple of Neptune located at Olkhon Island, Lake Baikal, Siberia, Russia. El Morya, with his twin soul Glo-Ria is the co-leader of Neptune, which examples and radiates the First Ray throughout the System.
Once, when I was in Moscow, Russia on the Eastern European Mission in 2012, at the end of a series of communions with Putin, he appealed before me and morphed into a young boy who crawled up on my lap, and hugged me as his father. He was my beloved son, and I have looked after him every since then, even though he mostly has been a prodigal son. But even the prodigal son in Jesus’ story eventually came back to his loving Father/father. May that time be now for Vladimir Putin!
In many of these contacts and exchanges with Vladimir Putin since 2006, I have shared with him the truth that the United States of America holds the potential to be the best friend of his country. This is because the USA honors and practices free will decision making, whereas so many countries in the Eastern Hemisphere do not — like modern day China, they never be Russia’s friend, but will always be partly its enemies, willing to pounce on Russia if it would enhance their own willfulness and power-mongering.
In my past blogs, I’ve chronicled many others of these light-body healings and transmutations with President over the years, so there is no reason to repeat these now. I just wanted to share enough above to show that my current dream with him is not a sudden flash in the pan, but more so the fulfillment of at least 17 years of communions with him, plus the one hundred of more years of spiritual light works with Russia that set the foundation for this present step.
Verifications
Per usual, following my current dream with President Putin and his near miraculous awakening, I waited a week before now sharing it with you. Time and again, I asked Spirit and the agents of Spirit, to confirm and or/correct what had given to me. Not once was there indication that I had looked through a glass darkly. No major corrections were needed.
Thus, on March 27th, I dreamt that I was with a large group of light workers in Brazil, who recently had been energized and prompted from within to work more diligently for the spiritual awakening of Presidents Putin and Xi Jinping. Brazil is the home of the Fifth Ray Temple of Uranus that is located at Manaus in the north-central region of the Amazon Rain Forest. Russia and especially China have vast financial investments in this huge country, and are steadily gaining power and influence over aspects of the Brazilian government. Moreover, in neighboring Venezuela to the north, Putin has backed a dictator rather than the democratically chosen leader, and has sent troops there to aid this power-mongerer.
In a following dream that morning, I was in southeastern Vietnam, the site of the Temple of Vulcan, which is the 12th and highest vibrational temple or power center around the globe. Like the Brazilians, the Vietnamese light workers recently had been quickened to work with, and protect themselves from Putin and Xi. Russia had supported Vietnam during the Vietnam War with the USA, so Russia has had its tentacles and roots anchored there, and still tries to influence this country to suit its own needs. Recently, Chinese ships have invaded Vietnamese territorial waters in the adjoining South China Sea, attempting to expand its authority and presence there. Although living in a Communistic country, the Vietnamese light workers want to sever their negative connections with both Russia and China.
Both dreams show and verify the power of the light-body work with Xi and Putin radiating out to the world, out to those of the 144,000 elect around the world, in the West and in the East.
Mother Love
The next day, March 28th, Sol-O-Man totally transfigured me in her Eastern aspect as Yasodhara, wife of Siddhartha Gautama before his enlightenment. I had been incarnated then, either as their son, Rahula, or as a beloved disciple or son unto them. In any case, now Yasodhara fully surrounded me in her exquisite, feminine love vibrations, such like I felt I was in her cosmic womb. She said that she as my MaMa would birth me during this, my astrological birth cycle, from March 21st to April 21st; in other words during this spring cycle. My, oh my: What a feeling and boost in confidence and love this was!
To me, it meant especially that all the information and work with President Putin was in divine order, that it was directly under her ongoing guidance and mothering. Sol-O-Man always has confirmed any new spiritual experiences I have had, or has added some refinement to them. Her blessing always has sealed the deal for me.
Moreover, Sol-O-Man conveyed that my birth would coincide with Vladimir Putin’s spiritual awakening and birth, since he and I are so strongly interconnected and linked together. Indeed, together we shall be consecrated to her sacred, immaculate, loving heart. To put it another way, I, when I be be lifted up or birthed, will lift him and birth him in spiritual consciousness. He already is pregnant with light, love and pure I Am power, hence his changing course and signing the new peace and cooperation treaty with the United States. But now, this Christ seed planted in him needs to gestate and then to come forth.
Have Faith in Love
My sense in the last few days in that Putin’s newly awakened faith is wavering, so he needs all of our prayers in order for it to be shored up. Not only my spiritual rebirth, but also your spiritual birth as a fellow light worker, will coincide with his spiritual birth, because we are all in this together as one united network of healing light that spans the globe. The battle still rages within Putin as to whether he will put his faith in love, or put his faith in physical, psychological, psychic power. He thus is in the midst of a deep soul crucifixion, hopefully to eventually enter his tomb/womb (Sol-O-Man and others will be there with him), and then to resurrect.
Thirteen years ago, on March 25, 2010, I had dreamt that I was with multiple spiritual masters, including Sananda, Sol-O-Man, Hilarion, El Morya and Nada. They told me that the current difficulties in Europe, especially in Russia, were due to a residual lack of trust and faith in God’s love. Not having this, over the centuries, the Europeans have resorted to fighting with one another. The key to their current healing and harmonization, including Russia’s spiritual connection with the United States, was to have faith in love.
So, what will Putin now choose? After all, he still has free will. Nothing is guaranteed about our spiritual work with him, for he can still opt out and self-destruct. But, our ongoing, steady prayer, hope and I Am image is that he will now continue to chose faith in love –he will put his love into action. Our love will help to ease the way forward for him, should he chose to move onward and upward. This spring apparently is the starting or turning point. But how long Putin’s full spiritual rebirth will take, and in what way and form it will happen, is totally in Spirit’s hands. We light workers just take one day, one dream, one meditation at a time. Always, Thy will be done!
See & Be
In your prayers, meditations, silent periods and projections from now until Easter here in the West, but also extending another week to Easter in the East, begin by fortifying your First Ray faith in the healing, resurrecting, transformative power of Seventh Ray peace and love. Call upon the ascended masters and celestial guardians to guide, support, empower and fill you with love divine.
Already, you may be going through some degree of your own crucifixion. And remember, countless conventional Christians around the world are focusing primarily and excessively on such crucifixion, on all of Jesus’ pain and suffering, etc. Too much does man of Earth focus on crucifixion and too little do women and men keep their eye on, and give thanks ahead of time for, the resurrection to come. Crucifixion and resurrection go together, hand in glove.
Link especially with Sananda/Jesus and Sol-O-Man/Mary, as the Seventh Ray co-leaders of Earth. Welcome visitors from throughout the solar system and beyond. Make sure you have more quiet time devoted to this, and less to worldly and personal things that pale in significance. Of course, render unto the third dimensional its just due. But keep your mind and heart focused more so on the rebirth and resurrection of spiritual awareness and consciousness on Earth: on the second coming of spiritual enlightenment to man of Earth and the Second Coming of Sananda/Jesus and Sol-O-Man/Mary in their ascended light bodies.
Link with the Christ/Buddhist/Taoist core of Xi Jinping, minus his turtle shell, and with the Christ Self of Vladimir Putin. Especially see Vladimir’s new spiritual quickening and has becoming a loving friend of the United States and all peoples who love one another (including Ukrainians.) It still may seem impossible to you at times, as it does still to me, that he can be having such a dramatic change of heart, after a whole lifetime of being in another space and mode and thinking.
Disperse your Doubts
Moreover, there is nothing in the news thus far that Putin has been spiritually quickened. Nonetheless, shake off your doubts, let them off of you like water off a duck’s back. See things with your spiritual, all-seeing, cosmic eye, beyond the physical to what is truly happening behind the mortal, physical façade. Remember that Saul’s dramatic conversion to Paul. No one believed it at first, not even Saul himself until his sight was restored. He wandered around in a daze, in darkness until that healing. So keep the faith in your own dark times and in your work with others near and far from you.
Come back time and time again to seeing and calling forth the Christ in Putin. See him in the pink, with a pink heart, wherein he loves others instead of trying to control and dominate them. Affirm time and time again: President Putin now has a pink, loving heart; he now is dedicated to the Second Coming program; his newly birthed pink power transcends and slays physical power hands down.
Second & Fourth Rays
Especially in relation to Xi Jinping, link also with Kut Humi/Lao-Tze and with Serapis Bey. They strongly contacted me on March 29, 2023. Kut Humi is the Chohan of the Second Ray of Understanding and Wisdom. As Lao-Tze, whose name means “a Wise Master or Old Man,” he taught the Way, as he wrote in his book the Tao Te Ching, whose title to me is best translated as The Way of Wisdom. Kut Humi’s twin soul is Ella, known at a soul level as Nuwa.
Serapis Bey is the Chohan of the Fourth Ray of Manifestation and Crystallization. His name comes from his last incarnation in India. His other known incarnation was as Pythagoras, the Greek philosopher. His feminine twin soul is Clar-I-Ty.
The Temple of China in Xi’an comes under, and exemplifies, the Second and Fourth Rays, so Kut Humi and Serapis Bey now were telling me again that they and their cohorts, including Ming Xi, were especially working with Xi Jinping and other Chinese leaders, as in the Fourth Ray decrystallization or shattering of Xi’s turtle shell. Now Xi needs to recrystallize his new, higher, I Am Self wisdom that will supersede his limited, mortal, intellectual understanding as a power mongerer. Of course, President Putin could use some help in this area as well.
So, be guided. Each day, see how Spirit inspires you to work especially with Putin, since you already have focused on Xi. But remember, these two power-mongerers in a way are joined at the hip. They are the two most powerful power-mongerers in the world. Now, it appears that they will be splitting apart, as instigated by President Putin, with the very real possibility that both will have a spiritual awakening to a whole new level of I Am awareness and consciousness.
Stay Strong and Steady
Steady as she goes. Keep the faith. One solid step at a time. Be at peace, no matter the turmoil around you and in the world. Be kind to yourself and those around you, even as you work through your own crucifixion and transmutation. Love always. Then you will resurrect.
Remember that power is a handmaiden, a servant, not a weapon. Those who live by the sword will die by the sword. So, listen up all of you in Russia and China!
