On the night of February 27, 2022, I slept like a log. I usually get up by midnight, but it was1:30 AM the next morning, February 28th, before I woke up. I was so overshadowed with higher spiritual energies that I was dizzy and discombobulated. Very slowly and carefully, I went to the bathroom, got a bite to eat and took some vitamins. Then I tried to meditate in my chair.
Not long into the meditation, I “went out” and fell asleep. When I awoke, I remembered a wondrous dream I had had during my time “out in the ethers,” in the etheric realms. In this vision/dream, a higher force, probably an angel (who may have been Lord Hophiel, Archangel of the Second Ray of Understanding and Wisdom) and/or an ascended master like Kut Humi, Chohan of the Second Ray), had taken me in my light body to far above a high mountainous area.
Nestled within the mountain peaks was a valley that was about 5-10 miles in diameter. In it was a dazzling city of light, with out-of-this world homes and other buildings. It shimmered with brilliant light/energy whose aura or glow was a light yellow to light gold in color. I was totally transfixed by this vision!
Upon awakening, I pondered the dream in meditation and went right back to sleep again. Then, I dreamt the same dream, viewed the same city of light in what seemed to be the Himalaya Mountains, as if to emphasize and confirm my previous dream. As this second dream came to an end, I was talking with Phillel, trying to explain to him what I had seen. When I awoke, however, I still did not understand what had been shown to me. I was still too dazzled and energized by it all.
Be with Babaji
This time, I was able to stay awake and alert when I meditated. Above and surrounding me in what appeared to be an etheric tube of a light-yellow hue, similar to that of the aura of the city of light of my two dreams, was Babaji. (His name means “beloved father or grandfather.”)
I easily remembered his unique vibration and energy signature from my contacts with him before and during the India Mission in March-April 2014, during which the Temple of Mercury was first re-opened. I now did not see him in his light body form, with a face and all, but only felt his Second Ray energy all around and flowing into and through me. His light body was a pillar or tube of pale-yellow, vibrant, highly charged light.
On November 6, 1969, Kut Humi had channeled via Nada-Yolanda: “Babaji is my personality [light-body] projection in the 
Eastern Hemisphere for indoctrinating the Hindu faiths on the advancement or demonstrations of their doctrines as expressed by Christ Jesus, Sananda of the Hierarchal Board.” Hindus comprise about 80% of India’s population.
As described by Paramahansa Yogananda in his Autobiography of a Yogi, Babaji was able to project himself for short periods of time in his light body to Earth and to appear so solid that he seemed to be physically present. Following these visitations as a spiritual thought personality, he then had reascended to the etheric realms. (Picture to above/right is an artistic rendition of how Yogananda saw Babaji.)
Babaji’s light-body appearances to Yogananda and previously to his spiritual teachers (gurus) was similar to Sol-O-Man/Mary multiple apparitions in her light body; particularly in her hours-long appearances above the Zion Coptic Church in Zeitun, a suburb of Cairo, Egypt (which is also now called St. Mary’s Church) in 1968-71. An estimated 1 million people saw her there over these three years.
Temple of Mercy is Re-Opened
In my communion with Babaji the morning of February 28th, as described above, he began to explain my two dreams to me. He said that the location of the dream indeed was in the Himalaya 
Mountains, near Lumbini, where Siddhartha Gautama the Buddha had been born of Queen Maya. The city of yellow light symbolized the Second Ray Temple of Mercury, whose corresponding color is yellow. (Mercury is the primary center or planet of the Second Ray in this solar system.)
The circular forcefield of the Temple of Mercury extends from about Lumbini for about 250 miles in all directions, thus being located partly in southern Tibet as well as in Nepal, and in northeastern India (see map to right/above, whose yellow circle is the Temple of Mercury’s forcefield).
Babaji further revealed that the Temple of Mercury now had been re-opened and revitalized to a new and higher level! My traveling to, seeing and being in the presence of the city of light nestled in the Himalaya Mountains portrayed and symbolized the new re-birth and re-empowerment of this temple.
However, Kut Humi cautioned me that it would take an additional 7-10 days for this rebirth to reach its final size and conclusion. In this time, light workers who read these blogs, (as well as other light workers in their dreams and visions), would be called upon to see and support this re-empowerment.
My symptoms of being dizzy and discombobulated, of feeling out of this world in another dimension, would be similar to what others would feel during this time period. (Above map to the right shows the location of Lumbini and surrounding major Buddhist spiritual centers/cities in northeastern India.)
Babaji now referred back to the re-opening this year of the Sun Temple and the Temple of Neptune. When Mark-Age moved its entire operation to Pioneer, TN, on 1, 1999, Sananda referred to this new location of the Sun Temple as being a city of light. When MariLyn and I had gone to Olkhon Island, Lake Baikal, Siberia, Russia in 2014, I had had a vivid vision of a glorious city of light above the island, which was said to symbolize the Temple of Neptune there. The very morning of my vision, at breakfast, Nicolas, our tour guide, had shared that the previous night, he had seen a video in which three women who lived on Olkhon Island, at different times recently, had dreamt about or seen a vision of a city of light over the island. That was some confirmation!
So, my current vision of the Temple of Mercury was in keeping with the imagery and representation of the first two temples that you and I have visited this year. With each opening, greater power and light have poured into the planet’s circuitry or gridwork of the 13 power centers, and radiated throughout the world.
Shambala
Babaji further alluded to the mythical place-name of Shambala, also spelled Shamballa or Shambhala, which is said in some Tibetan Buddhist teachings to be located somewhere in Tibet, north of Nepal, hence perhaps in the forcefield of the Temple of Mercury. However, on May 24, 1961, John Mark had channeled via Nada-Yolanda: “There is a city of Shamballa and it is located in the etheric. It cannot be located on the physical, regardless of what has been taught.”
Thus, the etheric city Shambala is not necessarily the Temple of Mercury. Rather Shambala may be located elsewhere, even in another section above a part or section of Tibet. Babaji did not give me any further details of this, and Nada-Yolanda never received anything more about this. Rather, Shambala probably is best viewed as a symbolic representation of the Temple of Mercury, not as the literal place or depiction of it.
Moreover, the imagery of a city of light in my vision does not necessarily mean that such a city, like unto one we would see on Earth, exists above Lumbini and the surrounding area. It may simply symbolize a gathering place of ascended masters, space visitors and angelic guardians in the area above the 500-mile-in-diameter forcefield of the Temple of Mercury.
(In my online research after my meditation, I discovered that the Tibetan teaching about Shambala may have been the inspiration for the English writer James Hilton, who penned Lost Horizon in 1933, which was made into a movie in 1937. In the book, the fabled, paradisiacal, other-worldly city was called Shangri-La. In common language these days, a “Shangri-La” connotes any peaceful, joyous, setting or paradise on earth; any retreat center of heavenly vibrations of harmony, health and holiness.)
Instant Insanity
Babaji next gave me additional insight into why President Putin has been acting so strange lately, seemingly mentally imbalanced and out of control emotionally, particularly in the one-
hour or so appearance on TV on February 24, 2022, when he tried to explain his reasons and purposes for invading Ukraine; in which he threatened the West that if they tried to stop him, there would be disastrous consequences such as never seen before on the planet; which apparently was a reference to his willingness to use atomic weapons to get his way and destroy his “enemies.”
Babaji said that the reopening and re-energizing of the Sun Temple, the Temple of Neptune and now the Temple of Mercury was causing at least some part of Putin’s rather bizarre thoughts and behaviors, his becoming even more so a bully and trying to justify it, to prove that he is right and the West is wrong.
Vladimir is undergoing what Nada-Yolanda has received and described as “instant insanity.” When the higher spiritual, etheric energies come into the planet, by way of the 13 temples, they reveal any remaining darkness in our souls. If we understand, accept and work with the process, then we take a new two steps forward in our ongoing healing via an upward spiralling evolution of two steps forward, one step back, and then two more new steps forward.
Mend your Mind, Heal your Soul
If we or others do not comprehend what is taking place, and most people on the planet have no idea whatsoever of it, then the mortal tendency is to resist, to rebel, to try to deny the negativity surfacing in our soul or subconscious. Putin is doing this. Babaji told me that his soul karma with Russia and surrounding countries goes way back to Lemurian days. We do not need to know the specifics of this, as his errors are so evident in his current thoughts, feelings and actions.
Previously, a few weeks ago, I was shown Putin in a pillar of fire, like unto that which descended on Moses and the Israelites at night in their travels through the wilderness. President Putin is right now in his own wilderness, wherein he is tempted to act out the negativity, the darkness of his soul. He is in a fiery light that is revealing his darkness and insanity. He no longer is able to hold his deluded, megalomaniacal desires at bay.
From the start of Putin’s twenty-two years of being Russia’s president, he has obsessed about defeating the United States, whom he sees as his and Russia’s primary enemy. Putin evidently thinks that physical war between Russia and the USA is inevitable, but he misperceives the nature of the war. Rather than being primarily physical, it is the War of Armageddon, the battle between light and darkness, love and hate, selflessness and selfishness within each soul an each country. That is exactly what we are seeing on the world stage today — the war between mortal power-mongers and those who use their spiritual power to serve and love one another, between selfish Cains and loving Abels.
Now, in the last 7 years or so, Putin has begun to act out his false, emotionally charged negative ideas, starting with his invasion of Crimea in 2014, which originally was part of Ukraine, but now is totally in Russian control after a sham election there.
Inmates Running the Insane Asylum
Putin is going, and has gone, “mad” or insane. He sees things backwards: He thinks the USA is his enemy who is trying to control him, when in reality the USA is potentially is his greatest friend. Putin thinks the USA is trying to destroy him and Russia, when in fact it is Russia who is trying to defeat the USA. Putin hates the Germans, particularly Hitler, for during WW II, about 20 million Russians died in combat. And yet, here is Putin acting like a “Hitler” and planning to take over and subjugate Ukraine, just because Ukraine has chosen to be free.
Putin is filled with paranoia, has delusions of grandeur and demonstrates looseness in his associations between one thought or series of ideas and another. All of these afflictions, at a psychiatric level, are classic signs of paranoid schizophrenia, of being of two or split minds, so to speak. He may actually not be psychiatric in a strictly psychological sense, but he sure is schizophrenic in a spiritual sense. His mind is split between being peace-loving and cooperative, and being filled with hatred and revenge. He sees things in “reverse.” In common terminology, he is “nuts” or “bananas.”
Enter Healing Haven Hospital
I have begun to realize that this is why I previously had the two dreams of him in which he was open and receptive to what I had to share with him about the 12 powers approach, and to Sol-O-Man/Mary being my master teacher and his guiding Mother light. In this sense, Putin still is one-third balanced and right thinking, open and desirous of following the four-step Christ matrix of peace, love, cooperation and coordination. But two-thirds of him is in darkness and that is what we are seeing outwardly with him.
For us, as spiritual, I Am, light-body healers, our function is to continue to see the 1/3 of him that is already in the light, to stimulate this and call it forth, to see it growing and expanding as it disperses the darkness. We are not to curse his darkness or to be sad and dismayed about it, but rather to light a brilliant candle for him that illuminates and spiritually awakens his mind and soul. Even while we do this, however, we are to see him in Healing Haven Hospital, in its psychiatric ward.
Therein, his darkness will be contained and will not spill out disastrously in the world. He will be protected from his dark, alter ego, his so-called evil twin. Therein, he will receive our loving, enlightened, holistic treatment of him that he truly needs. (Picture to right is the logo of Healing Haven under Hilarion.)
As it is now, like the paranoid bully that he is, he puffs himself up and says he is willing to “nuke” anyone that tries to stop him. Seemingly from what he says, with his nuclear arsenal now on full alert and readiness, he is willing to “nuke” his enemies worldwide, even if it means destroying the planet (talk about insanity). Someday, when he reawakens sufficiently from this soul nightmare, his current temper tantrum, he will thank us for putting him in Healing Haven Hospital; for laying down our lives for him as his doctors and nurses, as his loving friends, for helping him to heal his mind, soul and body.
See him enclosed in an impenetrable and non-escapable forcefield of green healing light that soothes and mends his soul, and that nurtures the good within his four lower bodies. This “hospital” is all around him. We might even see it as a green sphere of light, with rays of gold radiating into and through it.
Mental health comes under the auspices of the Second Ray of Understanding and Wisdom. So, in Putin’s place in the psych ward, he is surrounded also in yellow light. Be still, Vladimir, be still and know that at heart you are good, whole, beloved of God, a brilliant son of our Father-Mother Creator. Stop persecuting Christ Jesus, your elder brother. Wake up and be born again! Love and serve Jesus and all mankind, especially all Ukrainians. So be it.
Himalayan Helpers
Even as we individually and as a group work with our own I Am projections of new images to President Vladimir Putin (who, by the way, may well at some point be deposed by his own, supposedly loyal followers who eventually see his insanity for what it is and do something about it), we also link with 12 Tibetans in a secret cave high in the Himalayas.
Here is what Nada-Yolanda received about them on September 21, 1998 when she was in Australia on the Eastern Hemisphere Mission: “Summalt’s master ship #7423 presently is sweeping the atmosphere of Australia to reinforce, first, the cleansing; also, the anchoring of the new energies being projected from the angelic realm via Uriel through the physical presence of my Nada light body. . . .
(Summalt, who was Jesus’ Apostle Peter, is the etheric commander for the Eastern Hemisphere in the hierarchal program for the Second Coming; with his headquarters being his city-sized mother craft, ship #7423, aboard which are visitors from all the planets around the solar system and out in the galaxy.)
“No one is capable of seeing three-dimensionally the high-frequency manifestation of Summalt’s craft. However, there are Tibetan monks who are aware of it and its special functions. Clairvoyantly and clairaudiently, I observed this small group, who are so secluded in the Himalayas that no other Buddhist sect in that region knows they exist.
“Even the Dalai Lama has never come into physical contact with them; he may not know that they are incarnated. Certainly the Chinese military, who are systematically destroying the monasteries of Tibet [and murdering large numbers of Tibetan resistors] have no clue that these monks live in high-range caves that are almost impossible to discover and are extremely dangerous to penetrate.
12 Tibetan Monks
“In my light body, I saw them: about twelve monks in brilliant red robes with golden stars on them. Their black hair was shaved to the back of their skulls, leaving the crown chakra completely bald, with a curled ponytail dangling down their backs. The monks descend into the population whenever one of them dies, in order to select a novitiate of ten or eleven years of age. That way they maintain heir sacred and secret sect to an even dozen. Intense training of this group produces a range of chanting that is not audible to the human ear. That sound vibration connects them with Summalt’s ship, so that there is an anchor point on Earth with the etheric masters of the Hierarchy.
“Not any of the legends of channels/sensitives who claim to be taken physically to this hidden monastery are accurate. No one except the twelve is allowed to enter their shrine. Any claiming physically to have done this, and to have been taught by this group, is deluded, mistaking one’s astral body with one’s physical form. In this elevated state, the two distinct vibratory forms (physical and astral-soul) are often indiscernible even to advanced students of the occult. The astral energies become so accelerated and intense that students, even their teacher, are absolutely certain that their experience has been a three-dimensional, five sensual one.”
12 Powers, 12 Monks
In our prayers and projections over the next 7-10 days, we link in our light body with our own indwelling 12 Christ or I Am spiritual powers, with Summalt-Peter, with the 12 Tibetan monks high in the Himalayan caves and with Kut Humi/Babaji.
Cooperating and coordinating together as one team in Christ consciousness, we receive new I Am or Christ images to broadcast to all in Russia, particularly to President Putin; plus to all in the 500-mile circle of yellow light that is the area of the Temple of Mercury.
As we see it, so shall it be. Our brother/young son Vladimir is healed. Russia and the rest of Europe bond together via having faith in love.
Love is now in action. Amen!
