All this day, June 16th, pray without ceasing for the re-crystallization and re-birth of the Temple of Pluto in and around Paris, France. Affirm, decree, visualize and realize that a New Paris is descending upon and 
manifesting all around the current Paris, whose crystal-clear, light-green light radiates to the 50 nations that comprise the continent of Europe. (See image of the central core of the Temple of Pluto in Paris.)
Centered in I Am ascended consciousness, commune with Pluto and Persephone, who are the masculine and feminine co-rulers of the planet Pluto that exemplifies and radiates the combination of the Fourth Ray of manifestation and crystallization (crystal clear), and the Fifth Ray of unity and integration (green). Unite, also, with the numerous other Plutonians who have come with them in their spaceships to Earth.
Sacre-Coeur & Notre Dame
As guided from within, in conjunction with your entire Plutonian team in the higher astral, etheric and celestial realms, decree and/or see Paris being surrounded and suffused by a brilliant, sparkling, transparent, light-green flame. In time, it crystallizes as a glorious, etheric, light-green diamond that encompasses Paris with its 2.1 million inhabitants.
Visualize and/or know that a brilliant star is over Paris, which is a large Plutonian spaceship. Think of this as being the star of Paris, like unto the Star of Bethlehem that was Sananda’s ship #10. Especially at night, this Parisian/Plutonian Star dramatically lights up the two major, current, earthly, Plutonian churches/temples: Sacré-Coeur and Notre Dame.
Sacré-Coeur (Basilica of the Sacred Heart) is located atop Montmartre, whereas Notre Dame Cathedral is positioned on an island in the Seine 
River, whose waters travel northwest and eventually empty into the English Channel at La Havre; and from there carry Plutonian vibrations into the Atlantic Ocean and around the world.
Sacré-Coeur is devoted primarily to the sacred, golden heart of Sananda/Jesus, whereas Notre Dame (Our Lady) is where people worship and commune with Sol-O-Man/Mary, who likewise has a Seventh Ray sacred heart. Sananda and his twin soul, Sol-O-Man, are the co-leaders of Earth. Plutonians have come to serve them and all men, women and children on and about the Earth in the Second Coming program.
Europe is One
In time, see, know and give thanks that the Temple of Pluto in and around Paris has become re-crystallized, re-harmonized, re-vitalized and re-born. Then, affirm and realize that its Plutonian 
vibrations now spread out in all directions. Sacred, light-green, crystal-clear light flows into, and uplifts, all European nations, linking them together as one, united, holy forcefield, wherein people follow the four-step Christ matrix: peace, love, cooperation and coordination. Visualize sparkling, light-green, energy packets going especially to Moscow, in European Russia, and to its current political and military leader, President Vladimir Putin. He still is threatening to use nuclear weapons in his crazed desire to conquer his fellow European nation of Ukraine. It’s time to wake up, Vladimir, to decrystallize your power-mongering, mortal, selfish, self-deceived ways; and to heal your mind, body and soul so as to become the Christed Vladimir that you are as an immortal, spiritual being of light.
Re-Energized Global Gridwork
From Paris, Plutonian light-green, crystal-clear light flows around the planet to all other spiritual temples, power centers and vortices of sacred energy. The Sun Temple and the 
eleven other planetary temples are now one with the Temple of Pluto. The whole gridwork of the 13-temple network is newly charged with I Am, electromagnetic, fourth-dimensional, Plutonian light that uplifts all life on Earth. The entire planet glows light-green.
Thank You, our One God who is Ever-present, All-knowing, All-powerful and All-loving. May Thy will continue to be done by all I Am Nation citizens, all Plutonian/Earthlings and all other Solar System citizens now on and about the Earth. The Temple of Pluto is re-born. So be it. It is. Hallelujah!
