Starting today, Monday, August 30, 2021, and progressing through to September 5, 2021, we will focus for a second week on our I Am power of order-organization-system.
This Christ attribute manifests in our body as our digestive system, skeletal system and skin. For the next seven days, our central focus will be on our skeletal system: our bones, cartilages and ligaments that comprise the solid, internal framework and form of our entire physical body.
The Apostle James, son of Alphaeus, also called James the Less, portrayed this I Am power of order.
The color that carries the energy and vibration of order-organization-system is mustard yellow, which is a combination of yellow sunlight, green plants and brown earth.
Our theme for this week is: I Am a Solid Citizen.
Solid Bones
Our physical body has two hundred and six bones that are living organs composed of an organic matrix impregnated with complex mineral salts, made primarily from calcium and phosphorus, that give bones their hard structure. Bones are like the steel girders in a tall building or the wood framework of a house or apartment. They give the physical body its overall shape and appearance, protect delicate organs encased by them (such as the brain by the skull), and some of them produce red blood cells. Without bones, our body would be an amorphous blob that we would not be able to move.
Firm Cartilage
Cartilage is not calcified as bone is, but rather is a firm gel with a consistency similar to firm plastic. Cartilage is found in the nasal septum, the discs between vertebrae, the outer ear, the joints between ribs and breastbone, and other joints.
We may be most familiar with knee cartilage, including the medial meniscus and the lateral meniscus that may get torn and require surgical repair (see drawing to right). These menisci are crescent-shaped bands of thick, rubbery cartilage attached to the upper shin bone (tibia). They act as shock absorbers and stabilize the knee. The medial meniscus is on the inside of the knee joint. The lateral meniscus is on the outside of the knee.
Fibrous Ligaments
Ligaments are tough, fibrous bands of tissue that bind bones together. Thus, in the knee joint (see drawing to left), ligaments hold together the femur (thigh bone) and the tibia (shin bone). Surgery may be required to repair a torn anterior crucial ligament (ACL) that may occur during sports that involve sudden stops and changes in direction — such as basketball, soccer, tennis, skiing and volleyball. Other ligaments include the posterior cruciate (PCL), lateral cruciate (LCL) and medial cruciate ligaments (MCL).
Blood Formation
Red bone marrow is found in the adult only in the sternum (breastbone) and ribs, in the bodies of the vertebrae (backbones), in the proximal epiphyses or expanded ends of the femur (thigh bone) and humerus (upper arm bone), and in the diploe’ of cranial bones (skull). Red blood cells are produced (hemopoiesis) within the protective confines of the red bone marrow.
Thus, the power of order (bones) and that of love (heart, circulatory system and blood), are interconnected and interdependent. For how can there be order and organization if it is not based on, and does not incorporate, love?
Red bone marrow may be so prominent in the sternum (breastbone) because this is at the general location of the heart or love chakra. However, it is fascinating that red blood cells are produced in multiple other areas as well. Truly, love forms the fluid form of our whole body. We are to Love God and Love One Another — then and only then are our lives rightly structured and in divine order.
Tough Tendons
Tendons are tough, fibrous tissues that attach to muscles and connect them to bones. Such tendons make movement possible, hence we can think of them as being more so of the muscular system (the attribute of power). When muscles contract, they move bones to which tendons are attached. So, when we contract our biceps muscle, we move our lower arm at the elbow joint upward or towards our shoulder.
However, since tendons are attached to bones, we may also include them in our overall description of our skeletal system. Trying to determine too specifically where one system begins and another one ends is impossible and out of order.
Four Lower Bodies
How solid and orderly are your thoughts, conceptions, mental frameworks and core ideas that comprise your mental body? How balanced, orderly and healthy are your feelings that make up your emotional body? How “solid” is your soul, your astral body that is similar in appearance to your physical body but made of finer vibrations?
Are you a secure, stable, reliable, orderly, solid-as-a-rock I Am Nation citizen? Is your foundation set on rock that can weather any storm and then make the best of it and learn from it and become more orderly and organized? Or have your built your house or temple on sand that washes away when the waters of cleansing inevitably flow through your mind, body and soul?
Ask, Seek, Knock
This week, ask Spirit to show you what you need to shore up, to refine, to uplift in your thinking. Ask and receive. And then, do whatever you need to do, via affirmation, decree, visualization and realization, in order to think more clearly, crisply, logically and according to underlying divine or cosmic laws. God is divine order.
Wherein are you too loose, too lazy, too easily discouraged, too dismayed by all the craziness around you? Seek and you shall find the answer, in your new images and inspirations, in your dreams and spiritual study, when talking with fellow light workers who are facing similar challenges, when you take a walk in a city park or a nature preserve.
What part of your soul record, your memories of this and past lives, needs updating, cleansing, remolding and restructuring? Knock and the doorway to your soul memories, your akashic record, will be opened unto you. Aha, you say, when some new insight about the past comes clearly into your conscious awareness.
Be sure, therefore, to keep your third-eye mirror or doorway open, unclouded, not marred by your fears, selfishness and feelings of excessive shame and guilt that have taken up residence and form with your subconscious mind.
Remodel and Rebuild your Temple
Bones appear to be solid structures that do not change, that seem to be composed of a lifeless, inert substance. However, they actually are a living tissue that is continuing being formed and destroyed. Bone cells called osteoblasts enlarge the central section or medullar cavity of a bone by eating away the bone of its walls. At the same time, other bone cells called osteoclasts at the outer layer of the bone, the periosteum, build new bone around the outside of the bone. By this process, a bone with a larger diameter and larger medullary cavity is formed.
During childhood, bones grow in size, both wider and longer, because bone formation goes on at a faster rate than does bone destruction. During our early and middle years of adulthood, the opposing processes balance each other and bones neither grow nor shrink. In old age, if we do not eat well, exercise, and think in orderly, organized, systematic ways, our bones may degenerate and may be reabsorbed faster than they are formed.
Fourth Ray Focus
In terms of remodeling and rebuilding bones, think about what Christ Jesus proclaimed: Tear this temple down and in three days I will rebuild it. In other words, I am remodeling and restructuring my four lower bodies such that they become a temple of my light body, which is eternal and ever growing.
So, what is it in you that needs to undergo decrystallization in order that you might recrystallize more of your light form, in and through your four lower bodies? Do you still have some cherished mortal ideas, hopes, dreams and such that are not really in order, as you seek to serve Spirit only? Are there still nagging feelings of worthlessness, helplessness, insecurity and needing to be love by others that you now can shed and replace with your true Self-worth and Self-confidence; and with I Am love for all of God’s good creation, which will then come back to you multiplied?
Yes, during your time in the wilderness, like unto the forty days when Jesus following his baptism faced his doubts, fears and concerns about how he would use his spiritual powers, you may “hit the wall”, so to speak. You may come face-to-face, gut-to-gut, broken-heart-to-broken-heart with those ideas, feelings and memories over lifetimes that you now need to decrystallize and shed, so that you can make all things new, so that you can resurrect.
Tear this temple down? Sure, why not? For in three days, which actually may take three weeks or three months or three years, you know without a doubt that you, the real You, will rebuild your temple, imbuing it with your eternal, etheric, fourth-dimensional light body. This is the order of each and every day!
Be Fluid
One more question to ponder: When and in what ways are you too rigid, too formulaic, too set in your ways, too tightly wound? Yes, you need solid, orderly thinking to crystallize and build a firm foundation, to be a solid I Am Nation citizen. But at the same time, you need to go with the flow, to turn on a dime when necessary, to do all the things that you are inspired to do whether or not they seem at first to be in good order.
Be fluid rather than frozen in fears, comfortable routines, ways in which you think you are in control rather than acting on the divine principle that Spirit does all things in and through you.
Bones in the Body of Christ
The 144,000 elect, those who have elected to serve Spirit only, are like the “bones in the body of Christ.” In other words, they as solid I Am Nation citizens are the grounding rods and individual temples for the anchoring of Christ awareness and Christ consciousness on Earth. Invisibly connected together, they form a strong, orderly, well-constructed network of light and love, will and power.
Individual members of the 144,000 may not use the same terminology. They be Buddhists, Hindus, Muslims, Jews or Christians in their religious background, training and understanding. But whatever their differences, they follow cosmic, universal, divine principles that get expressed in every religion. They may not even be particularly religious, but rather they actually put their love in action, rather than just mouth the teachings of some religion, philosophy or school of thought.
Thus, they are solid I Am Nation citizens. They are not wishy-washy, light-weights, cream puffs. Rather they keep on, keeping on. They let their actions speak for themselves. They actually do something practical and well-grounded each day to bring more divine order into their lives, into the lives of those around them, and into the lives of those in their states or provinces, as well as countries all around the world.
So link with them in your meditations this week. Know that by the principal of unity and oneness that you are connected with them — you can feel this in your bones.
Enlighten the World
Surround the 144,000 in mustard yellow light. Their very bones absorb and radiate and ground in this light.
See the whole planet bathed in mustard yellow light, the yellow light of the sun combined with the green light of plants and the brown light of the earth.
See political, economic, religious and cultural leaders worldwide going through decrystallization in order to bring forth and crystallize a new heaven on a new Earth.
See each leader affirming: I Am a solid citizen of the I Am Nation. So be it!

Together as one, we are solid I Am Nation citizens!
I awoke this morning with the Bobby McFerrin song “Don’t Worry Be Happy” playing in my head, over and over as they usually do (at least until I get the message), and this soon transformed into an attitude of “Joie de Vivre”. Attuning to the divine order of all things, I now have a clearer understanding and awareness that when I truly go with the flow, truly let go and let God, the natural outpouring and result of that is an unabashed joy for life. And that is really exciting!
