Eleven days ago, on June 28, 2023, during my morning rest period in my recliner, Sananda and Sol-O-Man brought me into contact with GalacTos and GalacTia, the masculine and feminine co-
leaders of the Galactic Godsent Group who have come to Earth from places beyond our Solar System in the Milky Way Galaxy and other galaxies. (See image to right/above of part of the Milky Way Galaxy as viewed by a couple standing on Earth.)
With this Galactic Group’s unique, highly-developed spiritual talents and abilities, they are helping Sananda, Sol-O-Man and all light workers on Earth to lift it from the third-into-the-fourth dimension; from being named Earth to becoming named Heart as the primary Seventh Ray peace-and-love planet in the Solar System.
I first had been introduced to Galactos and Lady Galactos (later to be called Galactia) in a series of contacts in late 2014 and early 2015. Lords Michael and Maitreya, as well as Sananda and Sol-O-Man explained that these Galactians could now be introduced to man of Earth because with the successful linking of the 13 spiritual temples, power centers or vortices located around the Earth during 2010-2014, these Galactic visitors could inject and instill their higher vibrations into this 13-temple gridwork.
T for Trans
About eight years later, on January 7, 2023, ascended masters took me aboard Sol-O-Man’s ship #01, wherein I traveled with her to the Sun and communed with SolTrex and SolTran, the co-leaders of the Sun. Sol-O-Man then reintroduced me to Galactos and Lady Galactos. This time, however, Lady Galactos gave me her unique code name, GalacTia, which she spelled with a capital T. Likewise, GalacTos now used a capital T in his name.
The “T” stood for trans or across, meaning that these two GalacTic visitors and others GalacTians like them cross from one part of the Milky Way Galaxy to our Solar System. Moreover, the “T” indicated that I had come into a higher, more specific and more complete contact with them in the higher planes. As much as they had to lower their vibration to appear to me, so did I have to uplift my consciousness in order to come into a fuller communion with them in the etheric realms. A New Level
During the recent 40-day project to link in a higher way all the 13 spiritual temples, power centers or vortices of sacred energy around Earth, I paid only minor attention in my daily blogs to the Galactic Godsent Group and its co-leaders. I mentioned them in passing during this time, but did not emphasize their special role and involvement. Of all the interdimensional contacts I have had over the years, I felt the least confident and sure about those of GalacTos and GalacTia. Then, in the overlapping period between the spring and summer cycles, on June 28, 2023, when they briefly appeared before me, I had the strong impression that something new was going to happen that would confirm my past communions with them. After all, they have played, and still play, a vital role in the upliftment of Earth. Somehow, I was to emphasize this in my remaining blogs, soon or sometime later.
The next morning, June 29, 2023, in my morning meditation, I came into strong, vivid contact mostly with GalacTos, with GalacTia being more so in the background. This was the most definitive communion with GalacTos yet. He showed me an image of an upward-pointing triangle. He was at the top apex in the etheric realms, I was at the bottom right apex on Earth, and Serena, my twin soul, was at the bottom left apex in the astral realms. GalacTos explained that his and GalacTia’s powerful Galactic consciousness, power and light were being projected both to light workers on Earth and to those in the higher astral planes, where Serena now resides. Moreover, his vibrant, loving energy was being radiated around the world, but he was more focused on the West, whereas GalacTia concentrated more on the East.
Bolivia
In the second half of my meditation this same morning, I fell asleep (went out) and dreamt that I was in some unknown, but pleasant place and building that was not of this Earth or physical plane. A tan-skinned woman came into the room and warmly greeted me. She looked like an Amerindian and was about 40-years-old. She gave me her name in Spanish and somewhat broken English but I did not fully understand it. Then she clearly shared that she was from Bolivia in South America. (See map of South America to right. I warmly welcomed her and said how much I loved Bolivia and all of South America, especially those countries where the Andes Mountains are located in the western part of the continent. (Meanwhile, in waking life, I never had been in, or thought much about, Bolivia; all I basically knew of Bolivia was that its capital, La Paz, was the highest capital in the world, at 11,893 feet above sea level.) She was surprised, as she said most Americans did not know about, or had mostly negative impressions of, Bolivia.
Later, her husband and their two children, one male and one female, joined us for a delicious meal and getting to know each other. It became apparent that the mother and father had trouble with English, but their son, who had gone to school in the US, translated for them. All four of them were charming and loving, and thus formed a delightful, harmonious family. I felt like I was with old friends, like I had known them before. Upon awakening, I eventually had the distinct insight that the mother and father were co-leaders of the higher astral Amerindians that guide and oversee the country of Bolivia. The fact that I first met the mother also referred to the astral planes, which symbolically are feminine. Upon further meditation, it became clear that Mom and Dad were of the seventh astral plane, whereas the two children of the family were symbolic of Bolivian Amerindian light workers in the fifth and sixth astral planes. The son speaking good English symbolized the linking of higher astral Amerindians in South, Central and North America, who come under the overall guidance and directorship of War Cloud and Black Cloud. But why was I dreaming about Bolivia?
The Liberator
The country Bolivia is named after Simon Bolivar (1783-1830), with Bolivia meaning “the land of Bolivar.” His personal name Simon refers to Simon Peter, who represents the I Am power of faith. With faith in liberty, freedom and equality, Simon Bolivar liberated not only Bolivia, but also Panama, Venezuela, Columbia, Ecuador and Peru from Spanish rule and domination. Hence, one of the titles giver to him is The Liberator. He still is revered throughout South America. (Click Bolivar for a Wikipedia article about him.)
As a young man, Simon Bolivar had studied in Spain and was inspired by European Enlightenment writers, such as Rousseau, who questioned all religious and political authorities. Bolivar also was impressed by the American Revolution 
and the establishment of a new, democratic government and nation, the United States of America. (Currently, he is called the “South American George Washington.”) In all the countries he liberated in northern South America, he outlawed slavery and called for distribution of some of the lands there to the Indigenous people. He also proposed an Latin American Union.
Thus, he began the manifestation of the Christ matrix of peace, love, cooperation and coordination in the countries that he liberated, which example then spread to the rest of South America. In his two recent contacts with me, he explained that he now serves in the seventh astral plane where he works with the governmental and military leaders in the 12 nations that comprise South America.
Space Visitors
While pondering all of this, GalacTos again made his presence known. He said to me: Go online and check out sightings of UFOs or interdimensional spacecraft over Bolivia. When I Googled this possibility, the first reference was to a video of an UFO sighting on December 30, 2015 in which a large object travels across the sky over La Paz, Bolivia. This was reported in the British newspaper, the Daily Mail, and it had the video of this sighting. (The Daily Mail has the largest paid subscriptions of any British newspaper.) Click UFO to see this video; it has lots of advertising in it but you can clearly see the video. In the article about this, it also covered another UFO sighting that was over a volcano in Mexico, with pictures of this being shown. (The Bolivian sighting also was mentioned on other sites, with the same late 2015 date cited; but the original video of it no longer is available by itself on YouTube, because its sponsor discontinued the site.)
Well, I was fascinated and flabbergasted by all of this. What were the chances that I would dream of meeting with Bolivians and that GalacTos would guide me to research any recent UFO appearances in this country, one of which I then saw? I deduced that it was his way to prove and verify his appearance to me. Upon asking him for his input, he just nodded his head to say that yes, this is the truth. Moreover, he guided me to realize and note that Bolivia is in the Western Hemisphere, hence of the masculine polarity, as is he as GalacTos.
The newspaper entry/video, however, was somewhat confusing at first, for at the top of the page it listed the apparent date of this sighting as being on June 29, 2023. But I soon realized that this date only indicated that I was logging into this article/video on this date. Reading more, and checking other sites, I understood that the sighting probably had been eight years earlier, on December 30, 2015.
Moreover, in one place on the video, the UFO sighting was said to be over La Paz, and just below this it was said to be over El Alto. It turned out that La Paz is the central capital city, which originally was named after Sol-O-Man/Mary, with it meaning Our Lady of Peace. “La” is feminine, and “Paz” in Spanish means peace. So the spacecraft sighting was in a highly elevated city, symbolizing higher consciousness; and it adjoined and referred to Mary as Our Lady of Peace (La Paz), hence my prior contacts with Sol-O-Man in my visitations with GalacTia and GalacTos. I then felt Sol-O-Man’s presence off to my right side, mostly in the background, in her typical role as confirming whatever new information and contacts that are given to me.
El Alto (Google an Wikipedia article to read about this city and an article about La Paz) is the largest suburb of La Paz. El Alto is located to the west of La Paz, closer to the Andes Mountains. Moreover, El Alto is still higher in elevation than La Paz, with El Alto averaging 13,123 feet high but its highest part being 13,616 feet above sea level.
As such, El Alto is one of the highest major cities in the entire world (El Alto has a population of 1.1 million, whereas La Paz has 1.9 million inhabitants). El Alto means “The Heights.” “El” means the in Spanish, whereas “Alto” means high or tall. In Hebrew, however, “El” means God, and thus is another code word that refers to this heavenly, higher-plane site that is being visited by GalacTic visitors.) To the west of El Alto and La Paz are the Andres Mountains, shown in brown colors in the above/right map.
New Cycle
Moreover, El Alto is the largest city in Latin America with a mostly Indigenous population. About 76% of its inhabitants are Aymara, 9% are Quechua, 15% are Mestizo (descendants of Indigenous and Europeans), and less that 0.1% are Criollos (white). So, that correlates with my conclusion that my Bolivia family dream visitors were Native Americans of Bolivian descent, those who inhabited the land before the Spaniards came there. These Amerindians were descendants of those who Sol-O-Man as Zolanda, high priestess of the Earth Temple on central Long Island, had trained in spiritual matters prior to the flooding of Atlantis; who carried these teachings throughout the Americas.
In the high altitudes of Bolivia, these Amerindians, including the Incas, had kept the thought atmosphere relatively clear, preparing the area for the coming of the Spaniards with their Catholic teachings of Christianity. Currently, these Amerindians practice a blend of Native teachings with those of Christianity. For example, like in nearby Peru that borders Bolivia, they equate the goddess Pachamama, meaning “Mother Nature” or “Earth Mother,” with Mary the Mother of Jesus. Pachamama, as was given to me in 2011 during my contacts with her in neighboring Lima, Peru, is the chief feminine deva of the Andes Mountains. Amerindians are particularly adept at working with the devic-elemental kingdoms.
In our text Evolution of Man, Nada-Yolanda shares that Sananda and spaceships appeared to Amerindians in California and elsewhere, prior to the coming of the Europeans there. These Amerindians called him the Golden One, hence his identity as the Chohan of the Seventh Ray of Peace and Love, whose colors are gold and white. When I visited South America in 2011, Sol-O-Man told me that in North America, most Christians worship primarily Jesus, whereas in South America they focus more so on Mother Mary. Since her appearances in 1531 AD as the Virgin of Guadalupe near Mexico City, when she looked and dressed like an Aztec Indian, she has been called the Mother of the Americas. There have been numerous other sightings of her throughout South America over the last 200 years or so.
But what did the apparent December 30, 2015 date of the Bolivian UFO sighting mean, if anything? GalacTos reminded me that MariLyn’s and my trips around the world to link the 13 temples had ended in fall 2014, with a lapping over visit to Vera Cruz, Mexico in spring 2015. Repeatedly during this time, Michael, Maitreya, Sananda and Sol-O-Man told me, as described above at the start of this blog, that with the establishment of a new and higher level of the 13-temple network, higher energies, including those by the Galactic Godsent Group, could be introduced. Those new energy implantations began in the Christmas cycle of 2015-16. GalacTos now said that he had been part of the interdimensional team that had started this new cycle, and that the above Bolivian spacecraft sighting was one outer demonstration of this.
Multi-Leveled Discernment
However, here’s a word of caution: When you looked at the above video of the spacecraft over El Alto and La Paz, you saw that the resolution and details of it are not that clear or definitive. Nonetheless, UFO enthusiasts claimed that it definitely was a spacecraft sighing. Doubters, however, said that it was a weather balloon, a fireworks flare, a large airplane or some other known physical phenomenon. From the physical video footage, it is not clear what it was, although it certainly was detailed enough to know that something happened.
My own conclusion at this point is that it was a definite sighting, as confirmed and described to me by GalacTos. All the many levels of interpreting it, both physically and symbolically, including its location above one of the world’s tallest cities and the consistency with my dream of the Bolivian Amerindian astral family, point to this conclusion. In other words, I took a holistic, multi-dimensional approach to discerning the truth about this UFO sighting.
However, whether or not this spacecraft sighting was that of an actual UFO in some ways is not the point. Even if this sighting was not of an actual ship, it certainly points to the fact that UFOs are appearing around the world, and that an increasing number of people believe this. And it indicates that GalacTic visitors are a key component of this. Furthermore, it takes spiritual sight to actually and fully “see” such ships, and spiritual mastery to ascend into them. Just focusing on the physical level leaves much to be desired as to providing an overall rendering of the spiritual space program; just like seeing humans as only physical beings misses the reality of their invisible to mortal eyes our soul-astral and superconscious light bodies, and misses and discounts the coordination of the etheric, astral and physical realms, plus the communions with angels and visitors from other planets and out in the Milky Way Galaxy.
In interpreting the evidence of spacecraft visitations, it is almost like interpreting a dream. Some parts of a dream are literally accurate and depict physical realities and happenings. But most contents of and depictions in dreams, especially vivid ones or so-called night visions, are symbolic in nature and have multiple levels and meanings. One must be holistic in one’s approach in order to get the whole message of the dream. That is what I feel has happened with this particular extraterrestrial sighting. At the top of my list of reasons why I have concluded that it was a spacecraft is that GalacTos told me that it was. I trust and have in my contacts with him that with anyone on Earth and what they might say to me about all of this. Welcome to Earth, GalacTos, GalacTia, and all other Galactians. Come on down!!!
Be a BoliVian V
In your meditations today, tomorrow and the next day, visualize a huge letter V descending over and around you, slowly descending your spine and your seven chakras. As it does so, be a BOLIVIAN, which has a letter “V” in it. “V” is for Victory, “V” is for Vulcan, “V” is for Vortex. “V” is for Verity, for the truth of spiritual reality and I Am consciousness; for the truth that we are being visited by GalacTians.
See each of the seven letters of BOLIVIA in each of your seven chakras. “B” is in your crown, “O” is in your third eye, “L” is in your throat, etc. In time, the apex of the V anchors all the way down and into the ground below you. You are now a Liberator, one who liberates yourself and mankind from the evils of Cain selfishness and mortal consciousness. Affirm: I Am a Liberator; I Am a BoliVian; I live the cosmic laws of God; I Am in I Am Abel consciousness.
Lake Titicaca
Then see yourself with GalacTos and GalacTia aboard Sananda’s ship #10, wherein Sol-O-Man also is present. Ship #10 is now over Peru, as was shown definitively to me on July 3, 2023, as I shared in my prior blog, which in itself was another confirmation about the UFO sighting over El Alto/La Paz, Bolivia.
Focus especially on Lake Titicaca that is located in southeastern Peru and northwestern Bolivia. Native Americans in ancient times and now consider this vast body of water to be sacred. See the map below. For a large map of this, click Lake Titicaca. Note the locations of El Alto and La Paz.
The Incas, whose Empire existed from about 1200 to 1533 AD, said that the first Incan man and woman (its Adam and Eve) came from out of Lake Titicaca; and that the lake is the birthplace of the Sun. Other current Amerindians living around the lake say that the name Titicaca refers to the 
sacred carved rock on the Isla del Sol (Island of the Sun) that is located in the southern, Bolivian section of the lake, which to them looks like a puma hunting a rabbit. The puma is one of the most powerful “spirit animals” or totems that Amerindians revere and worship (see photo of a puma to right).
Most of the Native peoples around the lake also believe that it is the principal home of Pachamama who imbues its sacred waters with her Divine Mother energies. In my own current view, I see that there is a capital “T” and a small “t” in Titicaca’s name, meaning the crossing over from the spiritual into the physical, and vice versa, with GalacTos and GalacTia helping us as we do so, along with the residents around the lake and in its adjoining astral planes do.
The lake is 118 miles long and 37 miles wide at its widest point. (See picture of part of it to right.) It is estimated to be 3 million years old. It is the highest navigable freshwater lake in the world. It reminds me of Lake Victoria in Africa, Lake Tahoe in the USA and Lake Baikal in Russia.
Lake Titicaca is the perfect place into which to instill our Seventh Ray peace and love, our Fifth Ray healing and harmony, and our crystal-clear brilliant life and light. Being located equidistant between the Fifth Ray Temple of Uranus at Manaus, Brazil and the 10th Temple of Clarion with its combination of Second, Fifth and Seventh Rays in Cordoba, Argentina, it serves as the ideal place to see and call forth the full unification of these two temples or powers centers, as well as the unification of all 12 countries of South America.
Be a Temple of the Sun
See a cosmic V or Vortex, 12 to 120 miles in height, being lowered from ship #10 down through the astral realms into the deep waters of Lake Titicaca. See all of the area’s animals (including 
pumas), vegetables and minerals being charged and uplifted by the new inflow of spiritual energies that mark the beginning of the summer cycle. See all humans in the astral planes and on Earth in this area and then throughout Peru and Bolivia being quickened, inspired and enlightened. See the Lake being filled to overflowing with sacred Life, Light and Love that radiates out to all of South America. (See picture above right of man-made floating islands of grass in the lake and the characteristic Native ships; note the multiple bright colors of the clothes worn by the women.)
In particular, focus on and around the Island of the Sun, especially on the ruins of the Incan Temple of the Sun at the southernmost part of the whole Island. (See map below; click SunTemple for a large map of the Island of the Sun and the Sun Temple on it.)
Incans worshipped the Sun as the symbol of God/Divine Mind/Creator. Sananda has also called himself Sun-Anda, and Sol in Sol-O-Man partly means “of the Sun.” Each of us is a Sun-Son-Daughter Temple in the making.
So, with Sunanda and Sol-O-Man, the Galactians, visitors from other planets, angels, higher astral plane guides and devas, we see the redescent of Sananda and Sol-O-Man in their ascended light bodies to Earth, in and around Lake Titicaca. See Sananda walking on the waters of this lake, spreading his love and light to one and all. Sol-O-Man walks with him. Lake Titicaca is now filled with peace, love, cooperation and coordination.
So be it. Thank You, Father-Mother Father God.

Addendum
Several times as I prepared over the last few days to write this blog, Hilarion with his twin soul Harmony contacted me. Time and again, they reminded me of my dream from way back on March 23, 2004, about 19 years ago. In it, a powerful, light-filled Unity minister and his loving wife invited me to give a 12-Powers workshop at their large church in the Andes Mountains of Peru. In time, I realized that this Unity minister was Hilarion, Chohan of the Fifth Ray of Unity, Integration and Healing, and the Etheric Director of Healing Haven. His wife was Harmony.
Their church in the dream represented the congregation of spiritual healing thoughts and energies. It was part of an international conference center located near a large, clear mountain lake, which I later realized was a reference to Lake Titicaca. This lake was surrounded by abundant, vivid-green grass. The whole setting felt like an Edenic paradise. About 1200 people, mostly from around South America but some from Unity churches and other spiritual centers around the world, were coming to my workshop. At the end of the dream, I was setting up my computer and projector.
Herein was the linking of lights, those of the 12 nations of South America and the 12 planetary temples around the world. I was to travel from the Sun Temple here in northeast Tennessee to South America to initiate this new project. I was going to the Island of the Sun, so to speak, for the Incas worshipped the Sun as a symbol of God. To calm my nervousness and anxiety about this upcoming project (before this, I had not traveled around the world, except briefly to England), I recalled the words of the 23rd Psalm: “He-She makes me to lie down beside the still waters, in the green meadows; He-She restores my soul.” In the months and years to come, I was about to lay down my life beside Lake Titicaca, the sacred site of the Sun. And in all the upcoming visits around the world, including those throughout South America, my soul would be healed and restored.
As much anxiety as I felt in the dream, I much more so felt deeply at peace. Being in this sacred site was going to be like coming home, like I had incarnated there in preparation for this present visit and work. No details were given of such an incarnation or incarnations, but I knew in my heart that it was so. To this day, I have a special place in heart and soul for Lake Titicaca, my home away from home!
Two Temples
Two years later, in 2006, I dreamt of giving a 12 Powers workshop in Cordoba, the first capital of Argentina. El Morya/Mark and Nada-Yolanda were there, sitting on the stage behind me, supporting and guiding me. Di and Dr. Ken Collins, whose actual physical home was in Perth, Australia, were in the front row of the audience in a huge lecture hall. Their presence represented the linking of East and West.
However, apparently, Di and Ken’s home was also in South America, with Di living mostly in Córboda, so they had been the ones to sponsor me and set up my visit to Cordoba. At the time, I had no clue whatsoever what this might mean. In was only this year, 2023, after receiving that Apollo and Diana were the co-leaders of the 10th Temple of Clarion, that some light began to shine within me about this. Just 2-3 weeks ago, it dawned on me that Di, whose given name is Diane although her father wanted her to be called Diana (there was a clerical mix-up on her birth certificate), was strongly connected with this temple in past lives, under the guidance of Diana in the etheric realms. Di’s name Diana (or Di-Anna) also refers to her being a Third Ray worker under Lanto and Anna of this ray.
Ken is a Fifth Ray worker. Several months ago he made his transition (died) and he now is in the higher astral planes, reviewing and healing his soul, and preparing for his higher spiritual healing mission. As a physician in his immediate past lifetime, he served under Hilarion. During this flow through about him and Diana, I felt his presence whereby he explained that in past lives he was focused on the Fifth Ray Temple of Uranus at Manaus, Brazil. Thus, his and Di’s spiritual homes in the past had been in Manaus and Cordoba, respectively. That is why they had arranged my visit to South America. What a revelation all of this way!
Meanwhile, two years after the above dream, In 2008, I dreamt that I was above Manaus, Brazil in the middle of the Amazon Rain Forest. There was a large building there with a green roof. The whole area was vividly green. These symbols indicated that Manaus was the epicenter of the Fifth Ray of Unity and Integration, whose color is green.
Healing, Harmony, Integration
Back to this present moment, Hilarion now commented to me that my current blog exampled still more work on the Fifth Ray. Past and present were integrated as one. Two temples were integrated in the past, and now were being unified in the present. All 13 temples in the East and the West are coming together under the direction of Sananda and Sol-O-Man; of St. Germain/Dr. Hannibal who leads light workers in the Western Hemisphere; and of Summalt/Peter who oversees and guides light workers in the East; from aboard their respective city-sized mother ships in the etheric realms.
Needless to say, as I share this now, the whole history of the last 20-30 years pretty much still blows my mind, how Spirit has arranged and guided it step-by-step-by step; how Sananda and Sol-O-Man, Hilarion and Harmony, and so many other ascended masters as well as Elohim, angels and devas, Galactic visitors, and light workers worldwide and in the astral planes, have teamed up to lift our beloved Earth/Heart into the fourth dimension, to prepare the way for the return of Christ Jesus and Mother Mary.
My heart is full, my ventricles are filled with healing love, as I Am sure yours will be as you focus on and experience the filling up Lake Titicaca with peace and love, will and power, healing and harmony, personal love and dedication to a higher cause.
