Today, Monday, January 30, 2023, our key focus is on SolTrex, who is the masculine co-leader of the Sun of our Solar System. His feminine partner, co-leader and twin soul is SolTran. We focused on her in my blog of January 21, 2023 — click SolTran to reread it.
Previously, we referred to SolTrex and SolTran by their Greek and Roman names: SolTrex was Helios, the Greek god that personified the Sun; and SolTran was Vesta, the Roman 
goddess of the hearth, home, heart and family. These names were first given for the co-leaders of the Sun in their appearance to, contact with and channeling through Nada-Yolanda on December 18, 1963. The names Helios (see image to left/above of him in his Sun chariot drawn by four golden horses) and Vesta were carried over from the days of Atlantis after its downfall.

Vesta’s primary work was at the Temple of Vesta in Rome, where she and her Vestal Virgin followers tended the eternal flame that was extinguished at the end of each year, then rekindled to start the new year. (View image to right/above.)
See SolTrex & Soltran as One
I (Dr. Robert) was first introduced to the identities SolTrex and SolTran in 2015, but at the time I did not know that they were the higher names of Helios and Vesta. All I knew for sure was that they were somehow connected with the Sun, because the letters “Sol” in both their names mean sun. The only information they conveyed to me at that time was that they were establishing a “toehold” via me here on Earth. In other words, they were just beginning to anchor their presence and higher identities here in this third-going-into-fourth dimension.
It was not until seven years later, on December 13, 2022 that SolTrex and SolTran next contacted me and explained that they previously were called Helios and Vesta. Their new names codified their solar identities as they truly are, not as the Greeks and Romans had depicted them in a somewhat distorted, garbled or limited way. Thus, we on Earth are overcoming and transmuting the negative karma of the days of Atlantis, when selfishness caused its downfall. We are incorporating the good works of those days, then rising into a new and higher level of I Am, high Self, Abel consciousness. We are becoming the true solar sons and daughters of God that we are.
Note that SolTrex and SolTran spelled their names with a capital “T” in the middle of its seven letters. The letter “T” stands for Temple, for SolTrex and SolTran are the co-leaders of the Sun, plus they watch over and work with the Sun Temple on Earth, located here in northeastern Tennessee at I Am Nation/Sun Temple headquarters.
The letter “T” also stood for trans that means “across, from one place or level to another.” Thus, as the co-leaders of the Sun, they are the first to receive Milky Way Galactic visitors to this Solar System. SolTrex and SolTran then transmit these Galactic energies to each of the twelve planets that orbit around the Sun; and direct what planet(s) the various Galactic entities visit, with three planets being of a higher dimension and thus invisible to our telescopes and space probes, and nine of which are physical, thus viewable and measurable in a third-dimensional way.
“Rex” in SolTrex means king in Latin. Hence, he is the masculine leader or king of the Sun. “Ran” in SolTran represents the feminine polarity of the two leaders, with the “N” at the end of the name referring to Nothingness or Nada, hence the Divine Feminine or Mother aspect of God. It is via the feminine polarity that superconscious realization flows into the subconscious mind and from there to the conscious mind. Here is another version of “tran” meaning across, from one level to another: from the superconscious to the subconscious to the conscious.
T is the Key
Significantly, “T” is in the middle of both SolTrex and SolTran. When all seven letters are placed individually in our seven chakras or power centers, the “T” is in the heart chakra. Thus, “T” or love is the 
key to interplanetary and intergalactic travel. We as light workers are to love our spiritual brothers and sisters on all planets and the Sun, as well as those from the Milky Way Galaxy and beyond.
In like matter, our love of God and one another paves the way for the return of Sananda (Sun-Anda) and Sol-O-Man in their ascended light bodies to Earth. Our love also prepares and initiates our own resurrection and ascension into I Am, Son-Daughter, Solar consciousness
To illustrate this, SolTrex and Soltran showed me a diagram of a solar or sun cross, with the seven letters SolTrex and SolTran placed in the two equilateral poles of the cross. (See above image.)
Note that the letter “T” is in the center of the vertical and horizontal poles of the cross. It represents another form of “crossing” or “transiting” from one dimension to the next, as well as the merging of the masculine and feminine love energies and consciousness within each and everyone of us.
SolTrex and SolTran directed me to use this same imagery in my own seven major chakras. (See image to right.) This was to be a starting point for anchoring their combined solar energies and power in my consciousness, and then radiating this reality and these love-life vibrations to all other light workers of the 144,000 elect.
Seven Steps in Seven Days
From December 14 through December 20, 2022, SolTrex and SolTran contacted me three more times, each visitation more definitive and powerful than the previous one. Their contact signal was activation and acceleration of the forwardmost section of my temples, where the temples or sides of the head meet the forehead. My skin at these two contact sites on either side of my head broke out in a red rash, which helped to convince me that indeed what I was receiving was true. (My skin never before had broken out in this manner.) With each new contact, I felt more confident of what was being given, and more comfortable with their extraordinary solar presences. By the last of the four total contacts, they felt like Dad and Mom to me. I felt like I had known them forever. Their being with me felt entirely normal.
Thus, having just one contact with an ascended master or visitor from the Sun or other planets is not enough to determine if the communion is fully accurate. Rather, it typically takes a series of such contacts, each one being somewhat different and unique in its emphasis, with each being like a piece in an overall puzzle. In my case, SolTrex and SolTran contacted me four times from December 13th-20th, which number four was symbolic of anchoring and manifesting their presences and powers in and through me on Earth. And still, I asked Spirit for additional confirmation. This is simply part of my ongoing training as a channel and a spiritual leader. One can never be too cautious or careful, even while at the same time being rightly bold, confident and courageous; thus wise as a serpent, as gentle and loving as a dove.
Be Still & Know
The next day, December 21, 2022, which was the winter solstice here in the Northern Hemisphere, at the end of my blog posted early that morning titled Be Centered in the Solar Circuit (click solar to read it), I did share briefly the new information about the basic identities of SolTrex and SolTran as being the co-leaders of the Sun, who previously were called Helios and Vesta.
I also shared briefly that my name during my sojourns on the Sun was Solios, which a week or so later was amended to SolTios; hence with a capital “T” in the middle of seven letters. In my travels around the solar system to the 12 planets, I am called Soliel of the Sun, which name I use here on Earth as my high Self identity. The letters “So” at the start of SolTios refer to SolTrex, and the letters “os” at the end of my solar name refer to SolTran. Thus, in I Am solar consciousness, I am as a son of the two solar leaders of the Sun.
The “T” in SolTios refers again to the the Sun being the primary Temple or spiritual-light-and-energy source for the whole Solar System. “T” also stands for the Sun Temple here on Earth, where Phillel and I are co-leaders.
Major New Step Forward
In my following morning phone call with Phillel, he shared that the names SolTrex and SolTran resonated with him, whereas the names Helios and Vesta never had. He had not had conscious communion with Helios and Vesta this lifetime, whereas they had been contacted me numerous times since 2014.
After this phone call, Spirit and the agents of Spirit guided me to not share anything more with Phillel prior to our Hierarchal Board Meditation at noon this day. Rather, I was to stay centered, to radiate the new solar light, and to be as a pillar or broadcasting station of Seventh Ray Peace and Love. Sometimes, it is best to be still and speak in the Silence, rather than to talk outwardly.
In the sharing after our meditation, Phillel said that for the first time he had come into distinct communion with SolTrex/Helios and SolTran/Vesta. (Click Sol to read his account of this.) Herein was the confirmation and verification that I had been seeking about my own communions with the two solar beings. After he completed his sharing, I relayed how I had had a number of contacts with them, which was his confirmation for what he had received.
We were two gathered in the names, power and love of SolTrex and SolTran, and all their solar associates who have come to Earth to serve and help us. As two reborn solar beings 
and citizens, we radiated light, life and love to all light workers around the planet and to all kingdoms. A new era thus was begun, a major new step forward in the Second Coming program to pave the way for Sananda’s and Sol-O-Man’s Second Coming and the coming of spiritual awareness to all on Earth.
Thus, had I shared ahead of time what I had been receiving about SolTrex and SolTran, I would have wondered if Phillel’s subsequent receiving was indeed accurate; and vice versa for him. So, indeed, Spirit knows best as to when to speak up, and when to be quiet and speak in one’s prayers and projections.
Furthermore, so much of our work in these Latter Days is from behind the scenes, but our radiations of peace and love grow more powerful, effective and far-reaching each day. Keeping still at times also is protective, for if we make too much outward show of what we are doing, others will be more tempted to turn and rend us; to shut us up; to cut us down to size. And, per usual, over the next three days, I had two such “blowback dreams.” Spiritual protection is always to be first and foremost in our minds and hearts.
Shine Like the Sun
In your meditations over the next several days, begin by seeing and feeling yourself centered within a column of Christ light and power that is about 13 feet in diameter. From the Earth’s surface, it rises up through the astral planes to the etheric and celestial planes. Be still within it. Be at one with your I Am Solar Self. Be at peace. Be the son or daughter of God that you are.
Then, tune in especially with SolTrex, but also with SolTran. Ask them to visit you. Especially welcome them in your heart. At first, they may seem to be behind a thick closed door, out of sight, their energy vibration not even felt by you. But the door has a handle. Use it to open the doorway to the higher dimensions, to become aware of the two solar beings, your solar Dad and Mom, who are as happy to see you as you are to see them. My, my, what a reunion!
If you are not visually oriented, do not let that deter you in your quest to feel their sunny presence. Affirm that they are with you and that you are with them in cosmic oneness. Maybe all you feel at first is a new sense of peace and love, a calmness that descends upon and suffuses you. Maybe you feel brighter in your mood. Maybe you intuitively, clairsentiently know they are with you. Maybe later you dream about them or feel their presence when you go on a walk.
To aid this communion process, imagine each of the seven letters of SolTrex being placed in your seven major chakras, as shown again in the image to the right/below: S (for Spirit and Sun Self) in your crown chakra, O (for your all-
seeing, cosmic eye, the doorway between dimensions) in your third-eye chakra; L (the laws of God) in your throat chakra; and especially the T (Sun Temple) in your heart chakra. And continue down through each of placing the remaining three letters in your three lower chakras.
The seven-lettered names of SolTrex and SolTran also represent and symbolize that they express all Seven Rays of Life: 1) Will and Power; 2) Understanding and Wisdom; 3) Personal Love and Devotion; 4) Manifestation and Crystallization: etc. So as you place the letters of SolTrex in your seven spiritual centers or chakras, you also are anchoring each of the Seven Rays or Flames of Life more deeply into your consciousness.
Although you focus primarily on SolTrex in the vertical pole of a solar cross, be aware too that SolTran is already present in the horizontal pole. She is the subconscious representative, he the conscious representative in their pairing at the heart chakra.
Before and during this meditation, at times you may wish to lift your two arms in the shape of a V to welcome SolTrex and SolTran (as again shown in the image to the right). The apex of the V is in your heart chakra, your love center. Indeed, love is the key to communion with the two solar leaders.
Stay with your focus, your centering, your receiving the solar energy and consciousness from SolTrex and SolTran. However, placing the letters in the seven centers is just a suggested starting point. If this technique does not work for you, follow your own inner guidance. Let go and go with the God flow.
Once in higher consciousness, let your sun light shine. Do not hide it under a bushel of mortal doubts, worries, fears and such. It does not necessarily mean you have to go out and speak about this openly. Rather, sometimes you shine your light from the distance. Spirit knows when to be public and be private.
Ask and receive, and you will be shown when, how, with whom and to what degree you are to shine like the sun. Sometimes, just being your Self in everyday actions is what is most effective in helping and healing others, in transferring solar light to them. In other words, walk it, and only talk it when the situation/person is ripe for hearing what you have to say.
Give thanks to Spirit and all agents of Spirit for this new, wondrous step forward. Let your light shine on one and all around the planet, which is going through a horrendous cleansing, what with multiple killings, wars and all other kinds of total insanity worldwide.
Stay centered. Stay in your power. Stay in Sun consciousness. Stay the course. Stay at one with SolTrex and SolTran!
