Love Our Mother

Picture in your mind’s eye and feel in your heart that in I Am consciousness you are sitting before Sol-O-Man/Mary the Mother. You are her spiritual son or daughter, her loving, devoted disciple and follower. Being in her joyous Divine Feminine, Mother, MaMa presence is one of the most loving experiences of this entire lifetime, and God knows how many before this one. (See a painting of Mary to right.)

She has come to tell her story; to share her wisdom and love; to reveal the truth of God’s divine law of karma and reincarnation; and to set the soul record straight about her past lives, just as she did in The Long-Lost Second Book of Acts.

This text was rediscovered in the early 1900s by Kenneth Guthrie, MD, PHD, Ordained Episcopal priest and 32nd degree Mason. He was a highly respected esoteric Biblical scholar and spiritual scientist that was familiar with the many writings from early Christianity that had been removed from the New Testament in the early centuries following Jesus’ and Mary’s ascensions. The Second Book of Acts was printed in 1904, with a copy being in the Library of Congress.

In 1970, Nada-Yolanda edited and updated this text in modern language, which she retitled Seven Lives of Mary and Jesus: Second Books of Acts (see image below). In both versions, this account by Mary is given as an allegory that also is based on physical facts. It is said to have been written by Luke, who previously also wrote the Gospel of Luke and the Book of Acts in the New Testament.

Whereas Luke’s two prior works were primarily literal and specific, Second Book of Acts is more so poetic, filled with parables, stories and heartfelt emotion. Thus, it has a feminine flavor in its presentation, as befits the story of Mary, the Mother of Jesus.

Adah and Abel

Here’s what Mary in the Second Book of Acts/Seven Lives of Mary and Jesus revealed about her past incarnation with Abel: “Dear family, to comfort and ordain your hearts, I will tell you now what I remember of my past lives on this beautiful Earth.

“The earliest recollection is that my brother and I, who was called Adah, twin-born from our sacred mother Eve, always tended the sheep and goats of our father Adam together. Because there were no other men on the face of the Earth in those days, we were nearer and dearer to each other than men and women are in these times.

“Abel and I loved each other beyond the confines of brother and sister, so that in my first bloom of womanhood our father Adam betrothed me to my brother Abel. Before all of us who were in the body in those days, he lifted up his hands to bless us both. Eve embraced and kissed me.

“But the first day after this great joy, our brother Cain grew envious of Abel because we loved each other so devotedly. After some pretext, Cain slew Abel in the field and fled from the presence of our father Adam. My grief for Abel was so great that I sunk to the ground unconscious. When my spirit returned me to consciousness, I was dumb and could speak no word for ten years; after which I passed away.

“For when I was Adah, my soul was still unformed. It was lustful, hateful and envious, gluttonous and proud, stupid and lazy. However, I did love Abel tenderly and in that I loved him, I was saved.

“When the hour to die came, this dear Gabriel [Archangel Gabriel of the Fourth Ray of Manifestation and Crystallization] who now is standing by me here, came to me and told me not to fear the darkness which was sinking in over me. He instructed me that death was only the soul’s passing away out of the house of flesh and that it should travel, as a pilgrim, to another house of flesh in God’s own good time. And since I still loved Abel, I should not be separated from him forever.

“I was weeping because I thought I had wasted my life, since I had lost Abel so early. But dear Gabriel told me that instead of having an incarnation wasted, it had been a successful life inasmuch as the sorrow at the death of my virgin twin brother and bridegroom had chastened my heart and had washed out the ugly foulness of lust from it, with which I had come out of the womb of Eve. So instead of seven deadly sins that had been mine at birth, now I only had six left.”

“Then Gabriel told me that if only I would be faithful, I should soon be cleansed from all these sins, as Providence would so arrange my destiny that I might leave them all behind. Only then, when I should be free from all of them, might I hope to be reunited forever to my dear Abel. In my soul body, I embraced Gabriel and he carried me into the haven of rest, where I slept for a time.” (End Quote.)

Adah In Holy Bible

I (Dr. Robert) first read Seven Lives of Mary and Jesus in 1970-1971, about three to four years after my spiritual awakening this lifetime and coming into contact with the Mark-Age channelings and teachings. By then, I had practiced yoga and Zen Buddhist meditation, and had read Edgar Cayce’s work about reincarnation. Studying and taking to heart the universal law of karma and reincarnation was deeply healing to me, in that it finally made sense of my life and my past ills, difficulties and dis-eases. As we sow, so do we reap, in this life or future lives. It was so simple, yet so cosmic, as cosmic truths are.

But I hardly understood the deeper meanings of the stories of Mary’s recalls of her past lives. That would not come for many years, right up to the present. On July 21, 2023, after receiving this year that I was to focus in my blogs on the past lives of Mary and Jesus, I looked up the name Adah in Charles Fillmore’s Metaphysical Bible Dictionary. In the traditional Book of Genesis in the Holy Bible, Adah is not mentioned as being the twin sister of Abel. Rather, Adah first is mentioned as one of two wives of Lamech, who was fifth in descent from Cain (Genesis 4:19); and as a later wife of Esau (Genesis 36:2).

The name Adah comes from the Hebrew and is pronounced as ā′-dāh. The ā is a long a, like in the English pronunciation of the letter A or a. The accent is on this first syllable.

Fillmore writes that the name “Adah” means: beauty; comeliness; adornment; ornament; pleasure. He further says: “Adah is a phase of the human soul, or love nature. Love, even in the limited, personal consciousness and expression, has its pleasing aspect (pleasure). Expression of it adorns one with a certain beauty of character and a grace and comeliness that are lacking in persons who are wanting in love (ornament, beauty).” Herein, Fillmore is referring to the two Adahs that are in the Holy Bible, not Adah as the twin sister of Abel, which is not found in the Holy Bible. Both of these biblical Adahs were said to be physical beautiful, hence pleasing to the eye.

However, as Mary reveals in Seven Lives of Mary and Jesus, when she was this original Adah, she was adorned with the light of her fourth dimensional light body, which was the primary cause for her beauty — it was spiritual beauty, not just physical comeliness. It was not just a phase, but rather Adah was her eternal nature as an incarnation of Sol-O-Man. She was indeed pleasing to her allegorical brother and parents, Adam and Eve, due to her loving nature as a Seventh Ray feminine child of God. She had a pure, sacred, golden heart, as did Abel.

Seven Steps to Christhood

In the Second Book of Acts, Mary also shares that at the time of her marriage to Abel and his death, she was filled with seven deadly sins: lust, hate, envy, gluttony, pride, stupidity and laziness. This account probably was added at a later time to this original treatise by Luke.

If Mary made her transition (died) and ascended into the etheric planes when she was 80 (as Catholic tradition states), or at age 83 (as described in Seven Lives of Mary and Jesus), this would have occurred at about 60-70 AD (depending on her birth date that nobody knows for sure). But the description of the seven deadly sins was not formally developed and codified until 270 AD by the so-called Desert Fathers, Christian monks who gave up everything and prayed in the desert. And after that, it was adapted by other Christian leaders and so-called saints. Thus, in Luke’s original account, this description of the seven deadly sins could not have been included.

In the Holy Bible, a general discussion of soul shortcomings, sins or negative soul karma was given in the Book of Proverbs. However, the specific seven deadly sins that became a specific Catholic Church teaching were not delineated in Proverbs. So, it would have had to have been inserted by later writers in the narrative of the Second Book of Acts some 200 or more years later, which addition or alteration was a common practice in the early days of Christianity. Moreover, it may have been added as a teaching tool, a way to show the step-by-step process of soul transmutation. (To read an in-depth Wikipedia article about the seven deadly sins, click here.)

In a higher sense, however, a modern, updated version of transmuting these seven major errors in our soul record is described in Nada-Yolanda’s channelings that are the bases for our upcoming Mark-Age text Seven Steps to Christhood. These steps are seven major initiations: birth, baptism, transmutation with personal love, transfusion, transfiguration, crucifixion-resurrect, and ascension and redescent.

At each step of the way from mortal to immortal I Am, ascended consciousness, an initiate has to transmute ever deeper layers of his or her soul. At the same time, however, in each initiation, one develops one’s Christ or I Am powers. In the Second Book of Acts, there is too much emphasis on the negative qualities and their cleansing. This account makes Mary out to be a depraved sinner, akin to Mary Magdalene’s portrayal.

Love Is The Key

The key in rightly interpreting Mary’s sharing in Seven Lives is that it was her love that made her incarnation as Adah a success, rather than a wasted opportunity. The ancient fall or descent of some men and women into third dimensional darkness and animal bodies was primarily due to selfishness in all its many forms. It was an error in applying the Third Ray of Personal Love, Feeling and Dedication to a Higher Cause; a deviation from Loving One Another.

Adah and Abel, as their spiritual code names symbolize, rightly demonstrated love of God and personal love for one another and all of God’s creations — as shepherds, they symbolically tended God’s sheep. Jesus later would be referred to as a shepherd. In Seven Lives, Adah was with him. Hence it was the combination of conscious and subconscious working together to be one with the superconscious or I Am Self whether we are in a masculine or feminine body.

Note, too, that the name Adah and Abel both start with the English letter “A” (alef in Hebrew, alpha in Greek). This first letter of the alphabet stands for the “All” or Almighty God. It also stands for “Ascension” that is the seventh of the seven steps to Christhood.

“A” likewise signifies the I Am, Christ, Buddhic, Atman, high, or God Self; the part of us that is eternally one with the All or God. Abel and Adah, as the leaders of the Abels and Adahs, did their best to show their fellow men and women the Way back to I Am consciousness from which they had fallen. But the Cains, who still had residues of selfishness and felt superior, and were in the majority in those ancient days, overwhelmed those in Abel and Adah consciousness. As the Biblical allegory goes, Cain slew Abel. And humankind has been fighting with, and killing, one another ever since then.

Beware the Bias

Note also that the account of the seven deadly sins in the Second Book of Acts almost certainly was written by a man, who like most men of his day had an underlying masculine bias. In those former times and continuing to now, the society was patriarchal, wherein men were considered to be superior to women. To some extent, that masculine bias shows up in what is described as Mary’s account of her lifetime as Adah. Her description of herself as Adah makes her out to be filled with egregious major sins.

In reality, Adah was an ascended master, not just some mortal, third-dimensional being who was filled with soul errors. Thus, when I read that she said she was filled with gluttony, that her soul was unformed and impure, that she was hateful and lustful, it makes little sense. More so, by its over-emphasis on the negative, it shows the biased way that men back then tended to think of women, much like in the allegorical account of Eve, who supposedly tempted Adam to eat of the tree of good and evil. In this view, Eve was the source of all error. Woman were tempters.

Still, in a positive view or analysis, Mary’s account in Seven Lives may represent her own humility, her realization that no matter how far we have climbed up the mountain to ascended I Am consciousness, as long as we are in a physical body, we still have some residual soul shortcomings that need to be cleansed and healed. Life is ongoing, ever rising, two steps forward and then one step back, then two more steps forward in an upwardly spiralling fashion. Whether as Adah or Mary, one of Sol-O-Man’s greatest traits was her humility and graciousness, her motherly love. We would all do well to follow in her footsteps.

Twin Souls

Adah’s being a twin to Abel meant that she was Abel’s twin soul. This term describes two who through eons have evolved along similar paths, demonstrating supplementary and complementary aspects of the same functions and works. One evolves predominantly in the female-negative polarity and the other in the male-positive. When each one has attained I Am or Christ consciousness, they work thereafter as a balanced unit, but not as one entity. It does not mean that originally there was one identity that split in two, due to sin, and through eons had to work separately until there could be a reunification.

The term “soul mate” refers to one whom an individual has had close and favorable association in one or more lifetimes. Each person thus has had many soul mates but does not come into contact with all of them during any one lifetime.

Abel’s older brother Cain in the original Biblical allegory represents those in selfish or Cain consciousness in the days of Cains and Abels some 26 million years ago, as received by Nada-Yolanda in her intunements and channelings. (See our texts Evolution of Man and Angels and Man.)

I Am Leaders

Sananda was not a single person named Abel, but rather he was the leader of the Abels who wished to uplift the fallen race of humanity from the third dimension back into the fourth-dimensional light body from which they had descended and fallen. The Cains, who were in the majority at that time, felt superior and full of self-love; they were selfish and treated the fallen ones as slaves. Moreover, amongst the Cains were men and women, not just men.

In the original allegory in the Bible, Cain was the older brother and Abel was the younger brother. In this new allegorical version in Second Book of Acts, Abel is also the twin brother of Adah. Their being twins symbolizes their equality. Their marriage shows their complete unification and blending of their dual, complementary roles and functions. Cain is envious and jealous of their loving relationship. Cain tills the ground (he is physically oriented) whereas Abel and Adah attend to the sheep and protect them (they are spiritually centered and expressive). Cain does not want to give up his position as being superior to the fallen ones. Nor does he want to love them. Feeling threatened, jealous and personally competitive, Cain thus kills Abel.

Note that his name Cain does not start with an A. The letter “C” in this case stands for self-centered, but still having the God-given capacity to become an Abel or Christed one. Thus, A and B are the first two alphabetical letters whereas C is the third. The third letter refers to the Third Ray.

Cain is unloving, filled mostly with self-love and self-power. Therefore, in the original Biblical account, and in Second Book of Acts, he does not have a feminine twin or a wife. It means, too, that he does not want to recognize this own past errors that are bewitching and negatively influencing his conscious mind. He lives in denial of his own darkness. Instead of cleaning up his own act, he kills Abel, thus his own I Am Abel, loving, serving consciousness.

One simple way to see this whole allegory and imagery is that an Abel feels able to do all things by having Almighty God do them through him. A Cain is one who cannot or refuses to do this; who thinks of himself as a god that is separate from God; and who cannot see or accept that making slaves of others is making himself or herself a slave to his or her own suffering. This is the law of cause and effect, lifetime after lifetime. As we do unto others, so is it eventually done unto us. We are our own worst enemy.

Her Story

After pondering all of the above, still on July 21st, I drove into town to have a change of pace, to get some supplies and to eat a delicious meal. As usual, on the way, I took the back road that has no buildings on it. It is paradisiacal, like unto the Garden of Eden. While driving slowly, Sol-O-Man strongly overshadowed me. She powerfully instructed me, like a mother telling her young son: “Tell my story.” Then, she repeated this two more times to make sure I understood what she was saying.

The three “tell-my-story” edicts depicted my being one with her in my superconscious, subconscious and conscious aspects of mind. Also, in coded form, she was telling me to tell her story as I knew it to be from my own multiple past lives with her, starting 26 million years ago when I was with her as Adah, and right up to this present contact. With copious tears coming down my face, I responded: “I am deeply honored to tell your story. Please help me to rightly and clearly do so. Please fill in the gaps of things that I still do not understand.” In response, she lovingly smiled and conveyed: “So be it.”

Eight days later, on July 29th, in my morning meditation, a brilliant sphere of light, like unto the Sun, appeared above me and radiated its energy/light/love into my crown chakra (subconscious-astral body) and cerebrum (conscious-physical body). Two days later, July 31st, the same golden globe appeared, but this time it descended and anchored firmly into my crown center and cerebral computer/brain. In time, the gold-and-white energy field became Sol-O-Man, who totally transfigured over and around me. She directed me to now spell my high Self name as Sol-I-El.

This partly was to further align my Sol or sun/son Self with her Sol in her name. Our relationship goes all the way to the Sun of this Solar System, to the time 206 million years ago when we first came from the Central Sun of the Milky Way Galaxy to the Sun of this Solar System, and from there to the twelve planets, including Earth. It was to reaffirm yet again, in a purer and higher fashion, that she is my beloved master teacher and spiritual mother, and I am her beloved son.

Our Story

Once this new and higher alignment solidified, she instructed me: “Tell our story,” with the emphasis on the word “our.” Before she had directed me to tell her story, but now it was our story, the story of our teacher-disciple relationship through eons of time. But it was more than that. “Our story” was the story of “all of us” on Earth. I was but one representative of this etheric-astral-physical Earth history. She was saying, like the divine mother that she is, that I am but one of her sons and daughters. I, when I be lifted up, lift all others unto me. We are not alone, but rather we are all-one with the All.

I felt totally electrified and filled with her cosmic feminine love. It took me all day and most of the next day to assimilate and hold her vibration, to feel grounded and normal or normal in a new way, able to function fully on Earth while part of me was with her in heaven or the etheric realms. Still, however, I did not know how to begin to tell our story, to tell the story of her 7 lifetimes after she was Adah. I had yet to have any specific contact with Sol-O-Man as Adah. So, once again, I asked her to show me the Way, and I fortified my faith that she would in the right time and way.

Start with Adah

Nine days later, on August 9th, I spent a long time focusing in my morning meditation on spiritual protection, linking with the 8 blue protectors of the First Ray and the 8 gold protectors of the Seven Ray. Centered securely in my Christ column of  light, I felt fully at peace, surrounded by and infused with blue-and-gold light that extended up through the astral planes into the etheric and celestial realms.

Then to my left appeared a brilliant starburst of light. It was so bright and powerful that at first I could not see who might be within it. Slowly, Sol-O-Man showed herself to me in her lifetime as the leader of the Adahs. This was the first specific contact I had experienced with Sol-O-Man as Adah, as the feminine leader of the Adahs and Abels.

I could see the distinct outline of her body that was mostly golden in color, with some white in it. She was indeed beautiful, beyond compare, not so much in her features but more so in her consciousness. She was Adah: beautiful, comely, adorned in gold gems, a total and complete pleasure to be with. Her presence took my breath away. As so often happens in such contacts, involuntary tears streamed down my face.

Upon composing myself, Sol-O-Man/Adah said to start my series of blogs about her and Sananda by focusing first on her as Adah. I was stunned, because all along I had been thinking and planning to start by focusing on Abel. Were they not Abel and Adah, in the traditional way and order of describing men and women, husbands and wives?

Then, with a cosmic twinkle in her eyes, Sol-O-Man/Adah asked me: “When Adah and Abel were described as being twins in Second Book of Acts, who was born first, him or me?” Well, by the way she phrased this, it was clear to me that Adah was the first born, and thus was slightly older than Abel. Oh my! What a revelation this was!

Adah then conveyed that in the spiritual order of things, in the process of giving birth to a new level or octave of spiritual consciousness, we first align ourselves with our I Am, high, Christ, God or superconscious Self, and with the ascended masters and angels in the higher realms, plus visitors from other planets. Then and only then do we receive new I Am images and ideas that descend from the etheric or angelic or elohim level down into our soul or subconscious, the feminine or astral part/body of us. In other words, it is our soul/astral/subconscious/feminine self that first receives the pouring out of the Holy Spirit, that which is Holy and Spiritual within us, above us, below us and all around us. Thus, Adah as the prototypical spiritual woman is the first to be born!

I had experienced, realized and written about this above-to-below  many times in the past, but I never had connected this with the allegory of Adah and Abel. It was as if a tremendously bright light bulb flashed on in my mind and heart. As concerns masculine bias, how amazing is it that Adah as the twin or twin soul of Abel is not mentioned in Genesis. When her name does appears, it is several generations later when she is viewed as a pretty, pleasing wife who is appreciated mostly for her physicality; who expresses some but not that much love; and who is subservient to her husband who also has another wife (Lamech and Esau had two wives).

Eve and Adam

Adah then directed me to rethink the allegory in Genesis of Adam and Eve. In it, our One God Who is Ever-Present, All-Knowing, All-Powerful and All-Loving, who is beyond gender or polarity, speaks the word: “Let there be light.” God creates the heavens and the Earth, separates the land from the sea, and brings forth all manner of animals, plants and minerals. Then on the fifth day of this allegorical, seven-day, Seventh Rays of Life creation, he forms and breathes life into the “first” human, who is made in God’s image and likeness. And who is this first human? It is Adam, a man, not Eve, a woman.

Adah then proclaimed that a more accurate allegorical description would have Eve being created first. Thus, first came the woman, then the man, as she described above. The first “E” in EVE stands for “EL” or God, beyond gender, the One Power and Presence. The “V” in EVE represents the light coming down into expression, down into the feminine Womb; into the feminine soul, subconscious and astral body. The second E is for Elder or I Am consciousness, in which the allegorical woman is the expression of God in the feminine polarity.

Adam in the original depiction was said to be lonely, so one night while he was asleep, God took one of his ribs and used it to form Eve. In other words, Eve came from a man. Nonetheless, Adam and Eve lived in a paradise, the allegorical Garden of Eden. In other words, they were in fourth dimensional consciousness in their light bodies. Adam and Eve represent the years from 206 million years ago (when humankind first came to this Solar System) to 26 million years ago when as golden giants we lived on Earth and worked with and had dominion over the lower kingdoms, lifting them into higher expressions. Instead, over time, a segment of humankind fell into physical matter and animal/third dimensional bodies, the final fall being about 26 million years ago. With the fall from God’s grace, the third-dimensional, mortal consciousness now had dominion over these fallen ones.

And according to the Biblical allegory, whose fault was that? Well, of course, it was Eve’s — she tempted Adam to eat of the forbidden fruit of good (God and the fourth dimension) and evil (mortal man and the third dimension). Adam, like men too often still do today, thought he was superior to Eve, yet he and he alone made the decision to eat of the apple. Eve, however, gets the whole blame. Eve is considered to be Ev-il. She is a feminine temptress. A whore. One who leads men to sin and degradation. So, the new and higher allegory is that Eve did not come from Adam’s rib. Rather, he came from her cosmic, Divine Feminine womb!

His name is Adam, thus starting with a capitol “A.” He has within him, from the time of his creation, the ability to be his I Am Self, to be love in action. Of his own free will, he choses to be less that this. And note that Adah’s name has the same first three letters in it — Ada — as in Adam. M in Adam is for man. H at the end of Adah is for “her” who thus is a woman, who has a heart of gold. Adam is head and mind, and Eve-Adah is heart and soul, our feminine feeling nature. Our first step, therefore, in bringing forth a new octave of I Am conscious is to love our Mother, meaning Mother God, Mother Eve, Mother Adah, Mary as Mother of Jesus.

Mary & Jesus

Pondering all this, still in a bit of shock and well as delight, I asked Sol-O-Man for some significant sign or verification. She said that I need no more than look at the lives of Mary and Jesus to see this overall principle in loving action. Thus, who was first born in that time? Of course, it was Mary. She laid down her life and came down here to Earth. She set the stage. She showed the way. She trained in the secret, esoteric, probably Essene societies as part of her preparation to be the Virgin-Eve vessel to purely receive, nourish and birth Jesus. She was already such an ascended master that could become impregnated with Sananda’s spirit and light form, even without having physical, sexual exchange. She was his co-equal, twin soul.

Sananda, who would become Jesus, remained in the etheric realms and watched over and guided Mary with his divine masculine talents. Then, via her, he took on physical form. Thus, in time sequence, she was first, he was second. But interdimensionally, they worked together as one; from above to below; from below to above; a cosmic 8. In their lives, their pattern was a cosmic infinity pairing for all to follow.

And fast forward to this present time, who for the last three hundred years or so has been appearing worldwide in her ascended light body and announcing and preparing the way for Jesus to return in his light body? Sol-O-Man/Mary again has come first. Thus, individually and in mass consciousness, first comes the soul preparation, the visions, the dreams, the moments of clairsentience, that prepare each and everyone one of us for the impregnation and eventual new birth of our I Am Selves.

And as one last confirmation for me, after receiving and pondering all the above, when walking out my office door, my attention was drawn to a picture of Yolanda and me form the early 1990s. I felt Nada’s presence, and she telepathically conveyed to me: “When I retitled Second Book of Acts, note that I called it Seven Lives of Mary and Jesus! Thus, Mary comes first, then Jesus.” My whole body became goose-bumped. Thank you, Nada, who of course represents the soul/subconscious. I love you!

A New Octave

Down through the ages, for millions of years, men typically have seen and placed themselves in the top circle or loop of a number 8. (see image to right.) In other words, they thought of themselves as being intellectually and physically superior to, hence above women. Men were the head of the household or any organization, whom women are to follow and obey. In this sense, women were seen symbolically in the bottom circle of the 8. They are less than men, as second class citizens in Earthly nations, churches, families and businesses.

(However, in one sense, this above 8 symbol of man and woman is accurate, in that the conscious/masculine/analytical mind is said to above the ground, and the subconscious/feminine, intuitive mind is said to be below the ground, hence “sub” or below the conscious mind. However, men and women have misinterpreted and misapplied this to mean that on a physical level, in animal/physical bodies, men are superior to women, the so-called weaker sex.)

But the new view and approach, which we now are seeding on Earth and will blossom after the Second Coming, is of an 8 as a horizontal infinity symbol. The woman is to the left, in the left loop, the man is in the right loop. The two loops are equal, but complementary and supplementary. They thus are twins. One side is not superior to the other. (See image to right.)

The common saying is that behind every good man is a woman; but we might add that behind every good woman is a man. Moreover, the new saying is that beside every good man is a woman; and beside each good woman is a man. Together, they are the heads of the household and all other departments of life.

East and West

We are to become one harmonious, happy family of humankind, in the East (subconscious/feminine) and the West (conscious/masculine). This is “our” planet, “our” focus, “our” work in which we apply “our” Christ matrix of peace, love, cooperation and coordination. Russia and China are not better than or superior to countries in the West; or vice versa. We in the West are not to look down on Russians, Chinese, Iranians or North Koreans, but rather to see and call forth the Christ or I Am Self in all citizens in all nations on Earth.

The key word is “our.” When Sol-O-Man directed me to tell “our story,” this is what she meant. She is the “Mother” of the entire planet and all its potential I Am Nation citizens. We all are in this together. We are going to make this our world, in which all are equally of God, whether they be men, women or children, regardless of the prevailing religious views, or any other such considerations. Our planet is to be our planet of peace and love!

Love Our Mother

So, how are we to now do this, to put all this new instruction and insight from Sol-O-Man/Adah/Mary into action? We begin by loving our Mother. Our Mother God. Our Mother Sol-O-Man, who represents the feminine soul of man; who shines with the feminine love of the Sun; who equally loves all Sons and Daughters of God.

Love your personal mother. Love all those who have been as mothers in your life, including your aunts and grandmothers, your past feminine teachers in school, your spiritual teachers who have mothered you in your ongoing spiritual journey, and may still be doing so.

Especially love Sol-O-Man, who like Sananda is with you always in all ways. Feel her presence deep in your soul. Be as a son or daughter to her. Return her love that she has bestowed on you for the last 26 million years as your spiritual mother, and continues to do right now.

Love Adah, who was the “second woman” after Eve, the “first woman” in the Biblical allegorical depiction and explanation. Embrace and take to heart the Adah/love consciousness that is within you as a soul with a subconscious, with feelings of personal love. Your soul in this sense is your very own internal mother. It is the part of you that is most at one with Mother God. Love the evil and the good within you. Forgive and be forgiven.

When you refer to God, do so as Father-Mother God or Mother-Father God, as has been given several times in Nada-Yolanda’s channelings (Our Mark-Age book MAPP to Aquarius lists 52 names for God.) Remember, however, that God the Good is beyond gender or polarity. God is One, Indivisible, All-Powerful, All-Loving. But in this week’s meditations, think and feel more of the Mother Aspect or Polarity of God. In creating manifestation, God works via two polarities that we call Father and Mother, or Mother and Father.

Be sure to daily tell the person you love how much and in how many ways you love her or him. And show them by your new actions that this is indeed true.

Try anew to make your enemy into your friend, if only in your own heart, by loving this individual. Love heals. Love is the Way. Adah, who connotes Mother/Sister/Friend Love, who will help you to do so.

Cain killed Abel, but Adah eventually forgave him and has never given up on him. Adah forgives us, no manner what we have done, going back at least 26 million years. Whether we remember this ancient past or not, we forgive in the present and this takes care of the past. Love and love some more and some more and some more, ad infinitum. Go from being a Cain, who carries the stain and shame of Cain, to being a reborn Abel. Love God and Love One Another.

Love Our MaMa. Then next week, we will love our PaPa. So be it.
